I was absolutely devastated. I trusted them, and they RUINED my hair. I'm still traumatized and thank GOD I went to a different hair salon to fix it. But then you add how great the staff is, and I love the location in my case, it's close to my house, easy parking in the lot, the office environment is great. There is no doubt that if a plastic surgery with a laser was available, you would see them push it. They are seriously lucky there isn't a competitor around OV up in the northern part. Because if there was, their approach wouldn't fly. But their clients would.
