This place is open late and the person who answers the phone speaks English well. I called on the way to dinner and got my friend and I 9pm appointments with only two hours notice. I let them know it would be for two reflexology foot massages and they still tried to upsell us when we arrived. I pointed to the $40 option and the woman tried to get me to upgrade to the $55 package. I let her know it was too much and I would only be agreeing to the $40 option. We were brought over to the chairs right away and were able to enjoy the foot soak while they started on our back/shoulders/arms. I let them know we both did not want them to work on our heads and they complied. My friend fell asleep towards the end of the massage. It was very relaxing and well worth the cost! Keep in mind the name on the ssign out front doesn't match the name on the Yelp profile, so we drove around the whole shopping center to see if there was another place. Another great promotion they have is after the second review you can get 10 off which is a nice promotion to get people to come back and review again. They took us as a walk in as we had accidentally gotten there an hour early because my hubby put the wrong address on the gps, and he had just said he never makes mistakes. Ha! Got him there! My massage therapist was persistent and really kept at those muscles on my back . Then he put the hot stones on it and did some great stretches, which reminded me of a Thai massage I had years ago. Been going to this location for the past year and still love it. Went in with a tight shoulder /back pain ( probably from stress and such) and Alice has been my masseuse the past few times and she is amazing. She would check to make sure the pressure wasn't too hard, make sure your comfortable with the whole experience. Came out feeling refreshed and renewed. Best part is the relief from that tight area is gone, your muscle will be sore for the next day or so , but it's almost like a little workout sore and then it's gone! No more aches and pain. I came in all busted up and could hardly move after digging a trench for three days. Lucy was my massage therapist and although there was definitely a communication problem between us (she barely spoke English), she gave me an extraordinary massage, and I should know as I'm a licensed massage therapist from Iowa. She did something I've never encountered...a hybrid shiatsu/Swedish/Deep Tissue massage with something akin to Thai massage where she climbed on top to level my hips. I decided after a few minutes to extend my hour to a 90 minute massage. With asian massage, there is often a hint sexual innuendo involved and I was worred about that. Nothing to worry about here. Lucy was utmost professional and had me sound asleep after I turned over. When she was done, I honestly felt like I pushed clock back on my age. I felt wonderful and full of energy...completely opposite from the condition I came in on. I can't say enough how impressed I am with her. Hmm, very interesting location in a strip mall that shares a parking lot with a gas station in a part of Tucson pretty far from downtown. (And, to be clear, the sign says "Healthy Reflexology Foot Spa," but that's a little misleading because they do everything). We called ahead based on the great Yelp reviews and set up two full-body massages. They were able to accommodate us that night, which was fantastic! We each had our own room for an hour, and it was amazing. This was my first massage, and I thought it was great - I left there able to use all my sore muscles again! My boyfriend has always had neck issues and has had several massages in his life, and he said this place was unbelievable, and left feeling like he had a new set of shoulders! I was going to just leave because it was already late (7pm) but since my neck and shoulders were in pain, I just waited Because in my opinion a bad massage is better than no massage. As I waited for my massage, 2 customers came out of theirs to pay and they said multiple times "that was literally THE best massage that I've gotten in a WHILE!" When it was my turn, the lady took me to one of their rooms and then I received an AMAZING massage from a guy named Tony! (Definitely recommend him!) I planned on a 60 minute theraputic massage and ended up staying for 90 mins because my masseuse "Lucy" zeroed right in on my knots and went to work. If you chose the $35 one or one of the combos they are less likely to care and if you don't like deep tissue they pretend to not know what you're saying.
