Priscilla Rodrigues now leads the company after taking over from her father, Saulo Xavier, who founded the business and is now retired. She is carrying the business forward with the same work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to service that have kept me returning for well over a decade. Long-term vendor relationships are important in my work, and Xavier Cleaning Service has earned my trust repeatedly. I recommend Priscilla and her team without hesitation.

Tailoring: Jack, one of the employees, stopped what he was doing when I came in without an appointment and attended me very quickly. He was able to give me feedback as to how much bulk of fabric to take off to ensure a quality fit for my wedding weekend. Made the alternations fit me on the first attempt. He took good attention to detail on the top and bottom to ensure a good clean fit. Turn around time was about two weeks for this. Total cost was $170 for my work but I had a lot done. Getting a suit off a fast fashion website and getting tailoring done, you can have a custom suit for around $250, which is not bad at all. The dry cleaning for two suits and a shirt was $57 total. Considering my wedding was in Mexico and I sweat a lot in them I brought them to the store with plenty of stains. When I got them back they were totally spotless, particularly around the collar and cuffs. Overall good work by Crown Cleaners. I would come back for more alterations.

Not the case... I guess this is what usually happens when you hire a company that relies on subcontractors. Subcontractors can't be supervised or monitored, because that would qualify them as employees that means that Cappstone/No More Dirt would have to pay them employment benefits. Yelp is an amazing place to find local service providers (don't be afraid to call a few) And of course, no matter how nice and sweet they may seem to you, don't forget to ask for proof of insurance, specially Insurance for their employees. We are in the process of interviewing a couple of companies we found here on Yelp, unfortunately there's a 30 day notice that Cappstone will enforce, so we'll have to wait a few more days.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of an apartment complex, so I needed someone who could clean the carpets without directly accessing a truck outside. The carpeted area is roughly 565sqft. I used request a quote and I promptly heard back from Frank. After some back and forth I scheduled an appointment the following week from 2-4pm to have my carpets steam cleaned. On the day of, I received text alerts that they were on their way at 1:30pm. Two friendly workmen arrived at 2:15pm, checked my apartment, then came back a few minutes later with their equipment. They used hot water from one of our tubs and gave me the opportunity to check out the work that they did before they left in case I noticed anything that they had missed. The service was done by 3:30pm and I was able to pay online - you can also include a tip using their online payment system. I was also given a 20% first time customer discount! I asked how long it would take for the carpets to dry and they told me they didn't use too much water, so it would be about 3-4 hours. I am very happy with the service and am excited to move the rest of my belongings to this new clean apartment now.
