I'm calling my attorney on these people! The order was to change the handlock and have it keyed to the top deadbolt. I paid $95.00 for these people to put on a new handlock, which is a different color than the deadbolt and it was not keyed to the top lock as requested. After speaking to "Chris" about this issue, wrong color and not re-keyed, I was told that no service charge would be required, but a charge for the re-key. I told him about the different color as well. We were told that "something" had to be ordered. No reason why a real "locksmith", let alone a half intelligent person would even put on a different color handlock! After several weeks, no call returned to me as they said they would. Then I spoke with some David person who claims I did not request what was stated above. He said he has the phone recording... Now, the charge would be another $95. Bull crap to that! They are refusing to take care of their mistakes and got nasty with me! So be it....... read more

I just used this service to change the lock on my apartment door. I called them at 1pm and they were at my apartment at 2:30pm. They were quick fast and efficient. The other locksmiths I called did not have availability until the next day. Because of my situation I needed my locks changed ASAP. My technician actually took the time to ask if I was safe and ok. He didn't just do his job, he went above and beyond what was required. Best of all it only took 15 minutes for him to come complete the job. I just used this company, too, to rekey 3 locks in my house. #1, the guy they sent out was very nice and efficient. #2, all of the locksmiths appear to be independent contractors, not employees of this particular company. #3, the job cost more than twice as much as the initial quote I received from the dispatcher because the dispatcher did not ask pertinent questions (like were the locks double-sided or not, which mine are, so 6 rekeys vs 3). You might want to choose a more reputable company for your next job. read more

I scheduled this company out to my store after seeing they had 25 great Google reviews. A nice woman called me back after contacting the main office, she explained she would be on site within 25 minutes. Turns out a male technician showed up who was considerable rude to my team members. This technician was on site last night, as well as today. He told my store manager this job was a waste of his time. My store manager called me to let me know he was not only extremely rude, but made the lock on their door worse. I called the main office back. Spoke to a guy that said he would be calling his manager, and hoped he was still in the office. That was hours ago, no word back. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I've hired another locksmith, and given up on this company completely. UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner of Trinity and Sons Locks called me to explain he fired the tech he'd sent out to my store. PLEASE SHARE TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM BEING SCAMMED BY FALSE ADVERTISING! I wish I had read the reviews as I panicked calling them locked out of my home with my sweet baby in the extreme heat yesterday. This company charged me 4 times what other company's charge!!!! When I called they said some would be ther in 20 mins. The technician called shortly and also told me 20 mins. 20 mins went by and I called to see to see how much longer and was told 20 more mins. After a total of 50 mins of waiting with a dog and baby he came and was very nice. I thought okay this guy seems nice so maybe he will also be honest....WRONG. He did not quote me at all then he charged me over $400 to drill out one deadbolt, replace it, and rekey the knob to match the deadbolt....he told me the deadbolt he installed was the cheapest. After finding out they charged me four times what other locksmiths would have I called to speak with a manger. Who was very short and rude and kept trying to get me off the phone saying he would call me back...I kept asking if he wanted my information and he grunted and and said yes what is it. I said thanks for being so rude and unprofessional and he said your welcome just give me your info! Someone called back from a different number and area code and said their name was Andrew then quickly hung up and when I called back it was the supposed manager John I had spoken with earlier...he said he was waiting to hear back from Joseph. I asked who that was and he said your technician....I said no my technician said his name is David, which I had told him when he was rushing me earlier, he then said oh I'll call David. He did apologize for being rude earlier and said he would call again when he knew more as to why the charge was so high and I told him there would be no reasonable answer to justify the charges as I had recpeits from a friend where another local company charged half as much to provide the same service on 2 doors, that's right they charge me 4 times more since I only needed service in one door! Wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I was a women home alone with a fussy baby....the "manager" said he would call me back before the end of the day but I never heard back. I called and was told John had left for the day and the guy I was speaking was the only guy and the office that in would have to call back tomorrow, then he hung up on me. Then I called back and the same man answer and tried to change his voice with a country accent....and made me request a manager 6 times then put me on hold and never came back to the line! Talk about false advertising, they claim to respond quickly-false, they claim to have the best prices-false, they claim to provide great customer service - false! Again if I hadn't been such a panicked mother in the moment i would have read the reviews and passed this horrible company over. read more

Locked myself out of my home late on a Sunday night. The locksmith arrived around 20 minutes after calling and I was in my house in no time. The locksmith was courteous and the interaction with the person at the office was great as well, they made sure to call me and ask if everything was going ok. I accidentally locked myself out of a room in the house that I just couldn't find a way back into (credit card, bobby pins...nothing worked.The service was nice - someone in the office kept calling to make sure a technician called me and was helpful - the locksmith was a little later than I expected (he said 15 minutes, but that turned into 40 mins)...but opened the door in about 30 seconds and only charged $50...less than I was expecting. Don't believe what they tell you because when their sub-contracted worker arrives it is nothing like what you talked to Trinity and Sons price wise. Absolutely remarkable. There was some confusion as to the suite # for the technician, so he called me, which is fine. He kept saying he was at our location, which he was not (he was 3 doors down). Finally, he realized he was not at our suite and walked the 3 doors down, cussing, shaking his head. First impression was not good. When we let him in, he was agitated about the address mix-up and made it clear by confronting and blaming me for the mix-up. Did I mention he was agitated? Asked him if he wanted to do the work, but got more attitude, so I asked him to leave. He then stood outside the door yelling, cussing (every word you can think of), giving me the middle finger and refusing to leave until I paid a $30 trip fee. I refused to pay him (or deal with him), and told him I would call his office and discuss payment with them. He stuck around for a few more minutes carrying on, and I mentioned a call to the police would be next if he didn't leave. Eventually he did....yelling and cussing down the sidewalk. I did call the office and explained what was happening. Meek apology at best, but still wanted the $30. read more

After my routine got a bit out of synch, I locked my keys in my car. Being that it was the day after Christmas, I had no one to give me a ride back to my house, so I knew I had to pay the money to get my car unlocked. The first place I called said it would be at least an hour, so I tried Trinity and Sons Locks. The gentlemen on the phone (I am assuming the owner) promised a locksmith in about 15 minutes to 20 minutes. PERFECT! I was at my vet's office and had my two sons and a puppy with me! The locksmith called to confirm the location and then the owner called me again to make sure the locksmith had gotten in touch with me. When the locksmith arrived, he called to let me know he was there (exactly 15 minutes later-I checked my call record). He was very professional and courteous and had my door open in about 90 seconds. About an hour and half later the owner called again to ask about my experience. This man has customer service figured out! I sure hope I don't have to call on Trinity and Sons again to unlock my car door, but if I have any lock needs, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company! read more

A locksmith came to our house almost 3 weeks ago. He stated that he couldn't fix the lock and said he would order one and it would take about a week. Almost 2 weeks passed and I never heard a word. I called and the lady said she would talk to the locksmith and get back to me. She never did. I called again and she said the same thing with the same result. No call. I called again and a man answered and he essentially said the same thing. He called back and said that I had told the locksmith that it was too expensive and I didn't want the lock. Now, why would I call and ask about where the lock was if I didn't want it? I heard nothing back after I told him this was not the case. I never even got a quote. I called again today and the man on the other side of the line said he would call me right back because they were very busy. I am still waiting. They took $75 of my money and told me you would complete the work. Why hasn't anyone gotten back to me? I am a paying customer? read more
