Well guess what because the tire was a different size it ruined my rear differential. The owner refused to hold his business liable for what an employee did. They are the experts and should have never recommended a different size tire for a vehicle with all wheel drive just like the owner said he wouldn't recommend himself. I asked for just half the cost of replacing my differential and they couldn't even do that. Avoid them!!!!!

That is a rare attribute in a car repair shop and is why I trust them. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, fixing a part rather than replacing it. Needed some mounts replaced on my Ford Flex…read more I came. acros this shop during my search and was pleasantly surprised with the qualityof the work, professionalism of the shop, and how quickly they respond to inquiries. I was actually able to drop it off a few minutes before my 8am appointment and was surprised to hear it would ready in 2 hrs. I decided to hang around the neighborhood and found there are quite a few nice eating spots a short walk away. I normally try to give business to the Auto shops that advertise in my local church newsletter but to my disappoiment they always seem to be the most expensive and require me to drop off early an pick up late. I was actually trying to make an appointment with one of the advertisers, for this work, but they couldnt even bother replying to me. Their loss was a win-win for me. I came across a great shop and the price was very reasonable. With 37th Auto, I dropped off it off, walked, had a good breakfast, explored the neighborhood a little and was able to pick it up 2 hrs later and continue with my day.

Finally, we came here because of some post we found on Reddit, and it was so easy, they had it done in an hour or so- all they had to do was contact the DMV- they had the direct number to the correct department and show the guy a picture that the car passed and bam, I had my inspection sticker. Plus I went back another time to have them actually work on some things like the brakes and they were great- they gave me an accurate estimate and adhered to it, and I got my car back in a few days.
