I called Tom from Brendan's, who had always been so kind and helpful whenever my car needed a fix, while I was waiting in the dealership lobby and he told me to bring the car by as soon as possible. Eric and Tom took the time to check if I actually needed all of these repairs (I didn't, only a few that I already knew about from my last visit to Brendan's and hadn't gotten around to fixing yet) and gave me a MUCH more reasonable cost. Car was done early the next morning. As a young girl who lives across the country from her family and has zero car knowledge, people like the staff at Brendan's really make such a difference. Always so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Thank you guys again!!!

This year, they said I needed two new tires again in addition to a $500 brake fix. Everything would have cost approximately $1,000 so I just left. Today, I went to another repair shop where I paid $37 and passed my inspection. The other shop didn't notice any tire or brake problems. I drive about 4,000 miles a year locally. I never have any warning lights, engine check lights, or any other issues with my car. Beware if you go here and they tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Reliable Service and Honest Communication…read more When my car was towed to Main Street Auto due to brake problems, I wasn't sure what to expect. The team conducted a thorough analysis and presented me with clear repair options, explaining exactly what needed to be done without overselling unnecessary services. I had the brake line and front pads replaced. Mickey handled my case and was exceptionally professional throughout the process - he kept me informed, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood the work being performed. The staff was courteous and efficient when I picked up my vehicle. Main Street Auto demonstrated the kind of straightforward, honest service that's becoming harder to find. Their work was completed as promised, and I felt confident in both the quality of the repairs and the fair pricing. I would recommend them to others seeking reliable automotive service.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I am Chris, the owner of a white 2012 Nissan Rogue that was serviced here in 2022. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle. Whether you agree with me or not, I have had to live with the results of these experiences for years.
