He assessed my current electrical box set up and my installation preferences, and advised a few options. Since my garage is detached from the house and over 25ft give or take away from the electrical box Sebastian said I would have to run an underground conduit line to the garage. I was a bit concerned in the beginning as he said he'd have to go under house to run line from box, and dig up my new grass that had been laid not too long ago for the conduit. In the end I decided to trust Sebastian after reviewing the quotes he sent though the same night and schedule a time for him to come out the following week to do the install. Sebastian and his colleague were very courteous and did a very clean install and made sure to clean up work mess as they went along. I have called about 10 electricians for a bid to install a EV charging station's. However only a hand full of electrons called me back. TriNetwork (Sebastian) was one of them. They take multiple days to respond and then if you don't respond immediately they get rid of appointment slots they offer you and say they can't come for a month. They're just generally much harder to deal with than other electric companies I went with, you should look elsewhere. And now the owner is blatantly lying. I have one EV and another one on order, so it was time to graduate from using a portable charging cord plugged into my dryer outlet to a proper dual-charging setup. This meant doubling the capacity of my electric service, bringing a 100 amp circuit to the garage on the opposite side of the house, and installing a charger on each side of the garage. A friend recommended TriNetwork. I got quotes from TriNetwork and two other companies. Not only was TriNetwork about half the price, but they proposed a better solution of replacing the entire main panel, whereas the others quoted prices for just adding an additional panel, which would not have looked as good. Sebastian got all the needed permits from the city, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The work is very tidy and concealed. And the parts of the work that are visible look great. A lot of times, contractors will do work that is just "good enough" --they'll do an acceptable job and it will probably be OK, but to look at Sebastian's work, you would think he was working on his own house. I needed a Tesla charger installed and I wasn't sure if it could even be done where I wanted it at the front door, because the electrical panel is on the other side of the house. And part of the house has only an attic and part of the house has only a crawl space. So they had to go part through the attic and then down and then rest of way through the crawl space which was quite a challenge but they did it and it looks great and they did it in only in 2-1/2 hours. He happened to live in Chino, the city next to us, so he was accommodating with the times when coming out to give us a quote and then to install the nema 14-50 and our level 2 charger. Very reasonable and fair price, which included the city permit. I think some electricians inflate their price when they know the owner bought a Tesla, but not all Tesla owners are loaded, so it was nice to have a company that was fair in its pricing. Sebastian completed the job quickly and cleaned up after his work. The installation passed city inspection. Everything works great and although it took a few days, he emailed us the invoice for the rebates after.
