Of the two products I ordered on 9/26, one didn't ship until 10/4 and didn't arrive until 10/10. The other product, as of 10/23, still hasn't even shipped. I wrote an email to inquire about it, and apparently the items in my order were processed "for drop ship direct from manufacturer" and the remaining item hasn't even been manufactured yet. If I'd known it was just going to be direct from manufacturer, I'd have gone to any of the dozens of other websites offering the same thing for lower cost and with free shipping. On the positive side, at least I've received part of my order so it isn't like they've just disappeared with my money, and customer service responded on the next business day so that's nice. I'm just super frustrated that I won't receive my items within the needed timeframe despite explicitly picking a more expensive store with the items "in stock".

I made contact with the owner who came to my home and gave a realistic estimate of the cost. In addition to what was covered by the rebate, other work was done, as well. I was sent a quote via email which was positive because everything was done formally. A down payment was required as part of the contract. Once that was complete, SCE came in and placed a sticker on my old electrical panel. After that, ROC Electric came in and began the process of replacing my panel. There was one working day with no electricity but it was quick. This replacement took place in extreme heat. Somehow the ROC Electric team was able to keep working. I was amazed. They came in when they said they would and kept their word in regard to start dates, timeframes and finish dates. The owner of the company was flexible and understanding in regard to any issues.
