Everyone knows me as the nail salon Gypsy lol. I go to all of them just to post the review. My mother and I took my daughter and niece here on a Saturday and I have taken the girls to multiple salons and this salon is the most kid friendly. The girls were allowed to wait on the pedi chairs for their techs and the tech treated them as little humans. Had conversations with them and took their time. I got a gel mani and gel polish change and Jenny was fabulous. When I was trying to pick my "nude" color she opened like 6 and painted them on for me to reference. She wasn't upset about it either. My mom comes here all the time and everyone is so nice. Will def come again for another girls day

Upon entry into Trina's I was a little shocked, thought they only sold beauty products. But I called right before I came to see if their is a available pedicure appointment last minute. The guy who answered was very polite and invited me to come whenever I was free. The location is prime, lots of parking in the mall area. The inside is very clean and cool. The last nail salons I went to I left with my back wet from perspiration. Lots of chairs available and nail technicians to service your needs. The service is awesome, the ladies work very well. I enjoyed the care on my feet, was too rough and no pain at all while removing excess skin and deep nail issues. Very welcoming and I felt like the customer service care is on point. Had a shocking, yet great experience and will be coming back again for a pedicure

I've been here before, figured I'd give this place another try after covid... Gel nail polish was pretty at first. But on the way home I noticed that the gel nail polish had pockets or bubbles under the top layer. It started to lift at the edges of the nail and notice it was powdery or wet underneath?? Gave them a call and they said they would redo, if I went back in. So they did a few nails, the more noticeable ones... Maybe she should've redone the entire thing. My girl was really cool and nice tho... maybe bad quality nail polish??

I enjoyed my visit here at Trina's. We were able to come and walk in an hour before closing. I liked how we had the whole place to ourselves for awhile. We went in for a male cleaning for mani/pedi and I just got a pedi. The ladies were super nice and cute. They had set everything up really quick for us and helped with anything we had questions about. The ladies were too funny about trying to offer my fiancé color and clear coat and etc! It was his first time getting a cleaning and he enjoyed the pamper very much! Men can get pampering too, y'all! I loved how they cleaned my toes and pushed back my cuticles. I think this place was quite affordable because it is a low-key place hidden behind all the beauty supplies. It's a nice ghetto place for the simple cleaning and painting. This is a place that doesn't use plastic to cover their spa things but it was for my feet, people be barefoot at the club. I also like getting my hair and nail supplies here. They have alot of different items. Stop by, check it out.

Best deal for a cheap pedicure. No appointment needed. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in here. This place is only a few minutes from my house. There's lots of free parking and it's next to yummy restaurants. As soon as you walk in, there's usually someone greeting and asking what you are looking for. I point to my toes and I'm led back to where the nail salon is. They put you up in a massage chair where you soak your feet in some nice warm blue water before they start cleaning your toes (cuticle push back, trim off dead skin, scrub bottoms of feet). Then you get a nice calf massage with Tiger Balm (heavenly) before your toes get painted. The girls here don't speak much English, but they know enough to know what you want. Takes about 20-25 minutes for a basic pedicure and only costs $20 (plus tax and tip). They take credit cards. Always great service and pleasant people working. There is also a beauty supply store here, but I have not ventured in these parts.

Worth the drive to Aiea!! Beauty supply heaven!

I don't think I was checked upon but I'm sure I wouldn't have had a problem grabbing an associate that was floating around. Upon checking out, there was no reception to connect to the app. One of the cashiers suggested to go near the door. 5 stars for the MUA - JADE!…read more Before i rave about how awesome and sweet Jade was, I want to talk about the online reservation needed to make an appointment to get your makeup done. And for that, its a solid 2, lol. i went online multiple times to book an appointment, and the website itself is easy to book a 60 minute makeup appointment. However, when it was time for me to pay, it kept saying there was an error with my card. I tried to book again the next day and the time slot I needed was already taken :( but the LORD knew how much I needed this self care day that the person who booked it had cancelled! TYJ! I STILL couldnt make an appt inline because of the same reason so I had to call the store and make an appt over the phone. Once it was made and confirmed,I felt a huge relief! okay on to JADE! - - - it was me and my husbands 15 year anniversary and my dinner reservation was at 530pm. I booked Jade for 315 for the 60 minute makeover. Upon meeting Jade, her friendly customer service already made me feel like I knew i was gonna love my service. She asked me for an inspo pic which I didnt have, but i knew what i wanted. So i went online and pulled up an inspo pic of my idea and she didnt waste a second and grabbed everything she needed. from the start of my eyeshadow to the last piece of my lashes, she made me feel beautiful. she made sure after every new product she put on my face, that i was in agreement with her. She took her time yet finished right on time. She definitely is now my go-to MUA anytime I wanna feel beautiful. TYSM JADE at Pearlridge!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more I purchased $164.55 worth of products (4 items) at Sephora on November 24 -- the day before the 50% off sale started -- but I never requested a return or a price adjustment. I only asked them to properly record my purchase. I handed over my membership card at checkout, but the cashier forgot to scan it, and the transaction never appeared on my account. Since I rely on my purchase history for reordering, I went back to the store for help. The cashier who listened to me was kind, but the Store Director, Mr. Kaleo Ulep, repeatedly said, "Without a receipt, we can't do anything," despite the fact that I showed him: Photos of all the items I purchased A credit card statement clearly showing the Sephora charge I usually throw away cosmetic receipts along with the product packaging right after opening them, because I understand that cosmetics typically cannot be returned, so I no longer had the receipt. That's why I brought photos of the items and asked if they could simply scan the same products on the shelf and record the purchase on my account. However, even after I showed him the product photos and my credit card statement, he made no effort to help and showed absolutely no willingness to resolve the issue. He did not try to scan my membership card, compare my photos with items in the store, or check any internal records. His complete lack of problem-solving was shocking. I told him I was disappointed and would not be returning to this store. As I was walking out, he made the situation even worse. In a loud, sarcastic voice that echoed throughout the store, he shouted: "All right~, all right!~That's totally fine~No problem at all~" It was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a management role. After years of being a loyal Sephora customer, this was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I have ever had. It made me feel like the days of helpful, knowledgeable Sephora staff are long gone.

From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication.
