    The picture of the sale I took in NOV

    My son and I went on 4/12 2021 to get products for my salon and noticed they had Babybliss Rose Gold Clippers on the shelf. I made an invoice back order of this product in NOV 2020 because it was on sale but not in stock. I checked back twice a month since and was always told it was still on back order. I was upset that they never called me to pickup the product in the first place but now the assistant manager PAM was telling me that they have just THROWN AWAY all of their previous back orders, fulfilled or not. She preceded to tell me that there was nothing she could do and that the price was NEVER that low. She did nothing to help resolve the problem and move forward. She continued this for about 5 minutes while the other associate Dana was on the phone contacting other stores to see if they had records of the sale. Pam continued to raise her voice towards me and my son had to come in between us to calm me down. I asked her many times to please lower her voice but she was insistent that "THE CLIPPERS HAVE NEVER BEEN ON SALE." Pam insisted that they was no way to override the price of the item even if the item was on sale. While my son was talking to Dana, I found a picture I took of the sale back in NOV and showed it as proof. After I showed her the picture then magically the computer allowed her to override the price. We were able to leave the store with the clippers for the sale price as well as Dana making another invoice for an additional clipper because my previous invoice was for 2. This was incredibly appalling and infuriating that the ASSISTANT MANAGER would claim it was me, the customers fault and make it my responsibility to prove they had a sale. After all was said and done, she never apologized once for the way she treated me and kept trying to "explain their procedures". Till this day, the store has not contacted me about this issue or about resolving it.

    I love Cosmoprof! This location is located in halawa, past Hawaiian cement but turn right before going to halawa prison the go all the way down till you see their sign on the left hand side. Located next to Hawaii stationary and in the same parking lot as the times warehouse. They have a parking lot right in front of their store or in the back, you can also find street parking. On Saturdays the parking isn't bad at all, but if you come on the weekday the parking can be a little more challenging. As you walk in you always get greeted by someone standing at the register, usually it's Aileen.. hi Aileen! You usually have about two workers on the floor during the day stocking the shelves and helping licensed customers. Whenever i go there i always have tons of questions, due to me having a license but not in the field any more. There is always new products in their that I'm asking about. They will answer all your questions. All staff are knowledgeable with the products. I believe sometimes they have classes there to. Thank you Rodney, Aileen and all the other Staff for always being so helpful and patient with me.

    With Nstyle by Toney. Staff is friendly and know their products. Clean store and organized. If I had a license to cut hair. This is where I would go.

    Exceptional customer service! It has been years since I've lived on the island, and I was greeted and welcomed like Ive never left.

I love love love how they carried beauty by josseon & round lab my favorite sunscreen brands. I've been ordering them online and it's nice to know I can just go to the store to pick one up when I'm low on stock. They carried a lot of other brands as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful my entire visit. Definitely worth going to if you're a k-beauty lover since they carry a lot of popular brands.

    5 stars for the MUA - JADE!…read more Before i rave about how awesome and sweet Jade was, I want to talk about the online reservation needed to make an appointment to get your makeup done. And for that, its a solid 2, lol. i went online multiple times to book an appointment, and the website itself is easy to book a 60 minute makeup appointment. However, when it was time for me to pay, it kept saying there was an error with my card. I tried to book again the next day and the time slot I needed was already taken :( but the LORD knew how much I needed this self care day that the person who booked it had cancelled! TYJ! I STILL couldnt make an appt inline because of the same reason so I had to call the store and make an appt over the phone. Once it was made and confirmed,I felt a huge relief! okay on to JADE! - - - it was me and my husbands 15 year anniversary and my dinner reservation was at 530pm. I booked Jade for 315 for the 60 minute makeover. Upon meeting Jade, her friendly customer service already made me feel like I knew i was gonna love my service. She asked me for an inspo pic which I didnt have, but i knew what i wanted. So i went online and pulled up an inspo pic of my idea and she didnt waste a second and grabbed everything she needed. from the start of my eyeshadow to the last piece of my lashes, she made me feel beautiful. she made sure after every new product she put on my face, that i was in agreement with her. There are sampler packs of whole bean coffees, and samplers of ground coffees. Coffees from different islands (Kauai, Hawaii) and different roasts of these coffees. There are instants and ready to pour over packs for traveling coffee afficionados. I could've spent an hour just perusing these two shelves! The tea selection is pretty impressive too - different types (black, green, herbal) and tropical flavors (mango, pineapple). Some loose in tins, and others in bags. If you're looking for a last minute gift for that coffee or tea lover on your list, this would be the place to go.

    Treat Black ppl right or DONT SELL OUR HAIR PRODUCTS PERIOD…read more I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at this store. After purchasing a bundle of hair, I immediately noticed that the texture was rough once I got to my car. I returned to the store right away to exchange it for a different product. When I attempted to make the exchange, I was informed that there was a $2 price difference. The employee told me that I could not simply pay the difference with my card because the store requires a minimum purchase of $10 for card transactions. She also stated that the store does not provide refunds. Fortunately, I had cash available, but the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. In addition, the employee's attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant. I felt as though I was being closely watched and followed throughout the store, which made me uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was carrying no purse, bags, or anything that would justify such treatment. To make matters worse, when I asked to use the restroom, I was initially told that the store did not have one. However, shortly afterward, an employee called someone over with a key to unlock an outside restroom for me. Rather than allowing me to use the restroom and return the key afterward, they escorted me to the restroom themselves, unlocked it, and instructed me to close the door behind me. The entire interaction left me feeling as though I was not trusted as a customer. Another concern is that many of the items in the store did not appear to have visible prices. As a customer, I expect clear and consistent pricing on merchandise. The lack of posted prices made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about transparency and fairness. What concerns me most is that businesses that sell products primarily to the Black community should treat their customers with respect and appreciation. The people who support these businesses deserve courteous, professional service, not suspicion, hostility, or poor treatment. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. I left feeling disrespected, profiled, and undervalued as a paying customer.

I typically don't like to confront racism but that day I did. She tried to play it off as "she was observing gods creatures", how creepy. I told her it was unacceptable and unnerving and she finally admitted it was because a couple of black people had robbed them recently, then proceeded to say I look nothing like them. She admitted to racially profiling me. I will not go back and do not suggest!!!! Do not have a store meant for primarily black people if you're uncomfortable!
