I genuinely have no idea how this store operates with this type of sales approach. I have personally passed by this store before and been approached somewhat aggressively, but I declined and kept walking. Today, however, my daughter and her friend, both new college students, had a much more concerning experience. They were approached while walking by and initially declined the sample being offered. After continued persistence, my daughter's friend eventually allowed the employee to place some type of cleanser or skincare product on her arm. From there, the employee began criticizing her skincare routine because she is acne-prone and repeatedly suggesting that the products being sold would essentially fix her skin. More concerning, my daughter said the employee grabbed her friend's arm and pulled her toward the store. My daughter immediately became uncomfortable and continued making it clear that they were not interested. Her friend, being young and caught off guard, was still trying to figure out how to firmly remove herself from the situation. My daughter finally said, "We're not interested. We're college students. We're trying to save money." The employee then pulled my daughter's friend aside and, loud enough for my daughter to hear, asked her, "Are you gay, and is that your girlfriend? Why is she so defensive about you?" That was completely inappropriate and had absolutely nothing to do with selling skincare. No means no. A customer should not have to repeatedly decline, be physically grabbed and pulled toward a store, or be questioned about their sexual orientation simply because their friend is trying to help them leave an uncomfortable sales interaction. I called the store afterward and spoke with someone who identified himself as the manager, Angelo. He listened to my concerns, said he understood, and told me he would speak with his employees and that it would not happen again. I am leaving this review as a warning, particularly for parents of teenagers and young adults. My advice would be to decline the sample and keep walking. Do not engage if you are not interested. This was a learning experience for the girls about being firm when someone refuses to respect a boundary, but this behavior should never have occurred in the first place. Aggressive sales tactics are one thing. Grabbing someone's arm and pulling them toward your store after they have declined is entirely another. I recently went to their spa in Florida for a facial for 69.00. What I got was cream upon cream with a red light wand. Yes my skin looked better but I have beautiful skin anyway. I never received a true facial. Then they used hard selling tactics to sell me 4000 of products and machine. It was difficult to leave they make it hard to leave. They lied to me and that's not ok. In malls they have kiosks and put cream on you and follow you. They are from Israel and be careful of your money! read more

I was on my way to another store and was completely caught off guard by the sales person handing me a free sample and from there they said their whole rehearsed sales pitch "what do you do for your face, not soap and water is it?"... and took me by the arm to "try out" their product. They don't let you respond and after them testing the product on you they don't wait for you to say you'll buy it. The lady immediately said which product did you like best, I replied "uh if I had to choose I guess the tonic one-" she caught me off, stood up and said okay so let me ring it up for you. I spent two hours trying to get out of there. And she tackled on TWO extra items. Insisting that it works best with all three combined. All three items ranged between $200-$400 but to get me to buy she gave me two for free and ended up having to pay $210 for the one item bc they literally wouldn't let me leave, whenever I said I was actually late to meeting a friend and I needed to grab something from another store and told them this is too pricey they would have these" long chats" with you on why you couldn't buy it or what's stopping you from just (and I quote )" giving into the prices". THEN after I reluctantly paid for it the sales lady said she went ahead and scheduled a facial appointment for me on standby. Absolutely not! I was just walking around when the salesperson offered me a free sample. I love samples but somehow the sample turned into 5 minutes of him rubbing micro peel on my skin and then putting moisturizer. Then after all of that he tried to sell me the product for $260 and 2 moisturizers. When I said no he asked about my budget and said he could sell me 2 for $199 and I again declined. My daughter got a nosebleed and she does nothing to offer tissue so I get it from the rep next to us. (I just grabbed it from them) and she is still trying to sell me the stupid overpriced mud for ONLY THE HALF PRICE. And guess what? It will last a whole year! OMG. She cares only about making her quota and even when I'm trying to leave she shoved her "business card" in my hand which was just a piece of paper. High pressure sales at its finest. He put the eye springe cream under my eye. He applied a couple of times. It really looked great. The price was $995. Then he tried to sell me a combo package. Then he gave me his discount. And added his co workers discount. He got it down to $139. He did even out my eyes by appling to the 2nd eye. I walked out. I tried to find it on the internet. Couldn't find it. A couple of hours later the 2nd eyes wrinkles were back. By the evening the skin around the 1st eye was feeling stiff and felt grainy on my skin. I hate high pressure sales!! I'm glad I walked away. Also, he claimed they guaranteed that after I used it for 2 years you wouldn't need to use it for a couple years because it improved your skin. After coming home from vacation, out of curiosity I finally found the product online. Nowhere in the sales info does it give that guarantee. I Thought he was gonna show me something real quick, but then he wanted to get lengthy and I could tell he got a bit irritated when I told him, I'm leaving because I couldn't be late. He wanted me to purchase the products and leave them there and then I could come back and I was like No. he may have gotten irritated and felt I wasted his time, but he was wasting my time. Micropeel for 300 USD, a tiny defense cream for 99 USD. Tried the sample and the smallest night creme they have. It hydrates my face for hours and it does erased some of the lines under the eyes. The smell of the creme is not bad either. Will recommend their product however, will not be buying in the near future because it is very costly but if you have the money then go for it. read more

This company is a total scam. They accost you on the street to try their cream, put product on your eye bags and wrinkles that make you look great, offer $900 creams for half price. Unfortunately what you bring home is not the same and does nothing. They offer "10 minute facial" for free with LED wand and then it's 45 minutes of high pressure to blow $7200 on wand that did nothing.
