Absolutely not! I was just walking around when the salesperson offered me a free sample. I love samples but somehow the sample turned into 5 minutes of him rubbing micro peel on my skin and then putting moisturizer. Then after all of that he tried to sell me the product for $260 and 2 moisturizers. When I said no he asked about my budget and said he could sell me 2 for $199 and I again declined. Then he told me he could sell me a sample bottle that had been used for only $69. Still no! So pushy and uncomfortable, also my skin burns from whatever that micro peel stuff was read more

High pressure sales at its finest. He put the eye springe cream under my eye. He applied a couple of times. It really looked great. The price was $995. Then he tried to sell me a combo package. Then he gave me his discount. And added his co workers discount. He got it down to $139. He did even out my eyes by appling to the 2nd eye. I walked out. I tried to find it on the internet. Couldn't find it. A couple of hours later the 2nd eyes wrinkles were back. By the evening the skin around the 1st eye was feeling stiff and felt grainy on my skin. I hate high pressure sales!! I'm glad I walked away. Also, he claimed they guaranteed that after I used it for 2 years you wouldn't need to use it for a couple years because it improved your skin. After coming home from vacation, out of curiosity I finally found the product online. Nowhere in the sales info does it give that guarantee. Avoid entering! Avoid eye contact! Avoid engaging in any conversation with the most aggressive sales pitch! She said come in for a free sample and only for 2 minutes... she proceeds to put who knows what on under eye area only on one side. She talked nonstop about how it already looks better and tries to sell me the $999 serum for bags under my eyes. The stuff gets dried, caked and cracked while talking and it looks horrendous. My daughter got a nosebleed and she does nothing to offer tissue so I get it from the rep next to us. (I just grabbed it from them) and she is still trying to sell me the stupid overpriced mud for ONLY THE HALF PRICE. And guess what? It will last a whole year! OMG. She cares only about making her quota and even when I'm trying to leave she shoved her "business card" in my hand which was just a piece of paper. It's disgusting what they're trying to con you into buying. I guess as long as few falls for it they are making a profit so they don't care. The gentleman was nice, very nice and was so eager to show me his product, even though I didn't ask for it, and I let him know that I was on the way to the spa, which was not a lie. I Thought he was gonna show me something real quick, but then he wanted to get lengthy and I could tell he got a bit irritated when I told him, I'm leaving because I couldn't be late. He wanted me to purchase the products and leave them there and then I could come back and I was like No. he may have gotten irritated and felt I wasted his time, but he was wasting my time. I was on a mission to get to the Spa. I didn't ask for him to come out and approach me. The salespersons are so pushy to make a sale. They lure you inside and follow you around the mall like crazy. Unsure if they making a sale because their items are all so pricey. Micropeel for 300 USD, a tiny defense cream for 99 USD. Tried the sample and the smallest night creme they have. It hydrates my face for hours and it does erased some of the lines under the eyes. The smell of the creme is not bad either. Will recommend their product however, will not be buying in the near future because it is very costly but if you have the money then go for it. read more

I bought the night cream and eye treatment but they would NOT let me take my purchase with me and said I would receive it after they gave me my scheduled free face treatment. I went back for the treatment and to get my stuff. The rep wanted to sell me a $7,000.00 light therapy face wand and was pissed when I declined. He immediately dismissed me and left me with product on my face that needed to be cleaned off. This is a scam with all the scam ingredients - they lure you in with smiles, free samples, and chocolates and then start applying pressure - if you say you don't have time and might come back the following day, they tell you they will be closed that day; they offer you some magic price reduction but it's only available right then and there; once it's obvious you're not falling for their tricks their smiles quickly change into bitterness etc etc etc.I don't understand how Hilton allows this to happen on their property and it seems to have been going on for years! read more

Also when he went to get his "business" card which was a piece of receipt paper with his name. He completely blew me off after my mom told me to get it from him. This company is a total scam. They accost you on the street to try their cream, put product on your eye bags and wrinkles that make you look great, offer $900 creams for half price. Unfortunately what you bring home is not the same and does nothing. They offer "10 minute facial" for free with LED wand and then it's 45 minutes of high pressure to blow $7200 on wand that did nothing. After refusing an offer of half price salesman became rude and dismissive. I'm glad I'm only scammed out of half price of creams-$450- and not more. Their reviews praising this stuff are fake. "Shhh, I'll lower the price for you and use a voucher, but don't say anything". All of a sudden the price dropped. I had everything I could do to get out of there. She kept trying to sign me up for a next day appointment for the 'light' treatment. I am specifically referring to the Pearl de Flore skin care products. When I returned to Hawaiian Village the next day, the shop doors were closed with a hand written note saying they had to close and if there were any questions, please call the manager.
