I asked for an estimate but John couldn't give me one because his seamstress wasn't there. This is the owner of an upholstery shop for several years and he can't even provide a 'ballpark' estimate. He wanted me to leave the cushions and he would get back to me at some later date. REALLY, you're the owner but the woman you pay $20 per hr to (while charging your customers $125 per hr.) and you can't offer an approximate project cost. You are USELESS, and you don't have a clue what customer service means. Good luck slowly going out of business because of your stupidity. I am NEVER going back and suggest you find someone else to do your work this guy doesn't have a clue.

I have to cover my top window with plastic and tape untill i found Arturo's number, made a call, he gave me reasonable price estimation before even check the problem. And we made appointment to meet in his mobile shop. He check the problem only by listening something and told me the problem not as easy as he thought when we spoke on the phone. He need to take down entire inner roof and sunroof track to fix it. And cost me double since it will take more than 5 hours to fix it. I was agreed and came back on my day off. The shop is only an old white bus parked on quiet street across citifield stadion, doesn't look like a shop at all. But when he showed up and talk, i know i can trust this guy! I ve been deal with a lot if technician and mechanic in east coast so i could say if someone trustable. He took down entire roof very quick while he keep talking to me, clean up the track, lubricated, put it back together, check the motor, explain eeeeevery step clearly like i am his apprentice. He is very friendly and humble. And he put back everything correctly in its place by himself alone.!! And everything work good. I stay all the time there to see how he fix it and i know whatever the price he asked before, it was too cheap for what he done and time spent. As I live in an apartment building with no free parking available, Daury met me at a nearby Stop & Shop parking lot and parked his 'Splicemobile' alongside my wife's Mazda CX30. The job was installing a 12v outlet so that my wife can blow up her inflatable paddle boards, and within an hour, the job was done.
