I was excited to try Trifecta. First Friday comes, no meals delivered. I call them and no answer, leave message. I proceed to call 15 plus times over a 4 day period and never get a call back. I switch to using the live chat. takes me 10 attempts before someone answers. The person on the chat says they will refund me the discounted first week rate, OK. well what about the full price charge that just hit my bank account for the second week. nope, no refund. they tell me they make the food on monday and deliver friday???? how is that fresh? my last meal of the next week will be almost 2 weeks old when I eat it??? terrible customer service. read more

Amazing delivery service! Food was always fresh, on time, and portions were accurate to their caloric counts. Trifecta made traveling and delivery to alternate locations easy, effective, and simple. Will use again when we need the extra food prep at home. read more

These are some of the best ready meals I've ordered! Had a little snafu on delivery but Devon responded right away and took care of it. My only negative is packaging is a little difficult; others or these meals are filling and nutritious! read more

I got the vegan plan bc working in healthcare keeps me on the go. I'm only giving this 2 stars bc customer service was actually really good. The food was terrible though. I cancelled after my first shipment. The food was mushy and gagging. My mom went on to get a second shipment, hoping it would be better than the first, but it was worse. She got 10 meals total, and only 2 different meals, so she got 5 of one and 5 of the other, and they were disgusting. She cancelled after that. The amount of sodium in each meal is crazy, too. read more

I am so pleased with the clean and delicious foods that show up each week. I feel full and satisfied and it takes the fuss out of deciding what to meal prep each week. I just grab a meal and go. Helps me stay clean which helps my body burn better. read more

Worst customer service. Will not be reordering. Keto meals were tasteless. When I inquired about a delivery that I could not be home to receive, customer service rep. could have potentially kept me as a customer. BIG FAIL. read more

Already I have a problem. I received one delivery and now the 2nd one did not arrive. Just like so many others have experienced, no customer service available, no one answers anything. And I agree with others, no easy way to cancel and that it is not offered on the APP is so indicative of scam behavior. I'm done. read more

Highly recommend Trifecta for the quality and convenience of the food prep. Lots of healthy options to choose from, and never got tired of the various selections. And Thank You to Dave D. for your promptness in handling my account questions. read more

Superb customer service. I received the wrong order delivery and contacted customer support. They were so fast to make it right, within minutes of receiving my incorrect order I was reimbursed and back on track for next week. Good luck trying to find customer service like that anywhere else! Thank you Trifecta! read more

I have been using this company for 3 months now, and I absolutely love it. The customer service is amazing, and the food so far has been delicious. I am a busy mom of 4 that observes a strict diet, so Trifecta has been a lifesaver for me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a meal prep service. read more

Originally a one star review now a four star review. Manager Bree Rodriguez called me asking me about the review and asked what she could do to help. I told her my issues and she helped me immediately. I will give trifecta another try just because of this customer service. Most of the meals have been good, tasty and good quality but I expect every meal to taste good because it's expensive and some have been gross but overall I do enjoy Trifecta! read more

I was on the vegan plan and really enjoyed everything. I loved the convenience of being able to just throw the meal in the microwave for 3 minutes and viola! The breakfast items were awesome as well, especially the bars that you heat up. When the Beyond Burgers showed up, I thought I had hit the lottery! I love those burgers and had no idea they would come with a Trifecta order...very cool! The only recommendation would be some kind of option where I can pick the exact meals that I would get each week for my plan. Other than that...LOVED IT! Cheers, Travis read more

I've been using Trifecta as a complement to my regular eat healthy diet. I highly value the clarity of all macros in each portion, it's clear and easy to understand. Whenever I need to travel I update my scheduled delivery to match my need. When I've been forced to travel the Trifecta team have helped me postpone a delivery if need. They are fast in response and helps me stay fit 365 days a year. read more

I can see Trifecta being useful in my diet plan, but I was not a huge fan of the meals themselves. They sell protein separately, which is what I think will work for me. However, I live alone, so I will only need an order every month or so. I love their app for meal tracking, but it didn't process my skip request for one of the weeks and I suddenly found myself with an order I didn't want. Thankfully Devon quickly worked to resolve the issue! 5 stars for Devon, 3 stars for Trifecta, so I left it at 4 stars total. read more

Great customer service experience. Talked to Kenzie R. who helped customize my order to what I wanted and she answered all the questions I didn't even know I had! So thankful she was able to make this a great experience! read more

Trifecta has been an amazing way for my husband and I to eat healthier and achieve our health and fitness goals. The meals arrive on time every week, and they're all delicious. We've tried the Clean meal plan, paleo, and vegetarian, and they've all been great; the ingredients are fresh and the menu is always new. It makes it so easy to have great tasting and healthy meals every night without worrying about cooking. It's so convenient to have these precooked meals with the exact calories and macros listed for us. We plan to continue using trifecta for the foreseeable future and have recommended it to our friends and family. read more

I'd rate Trifecta's food a 3/5, however as a business they're a solid 1. The fact that you can't cancel your account online is a calculated attempt at entrapping their customers into purchasing more from Trifecta than they want/need/can afford. During a time such as this, it's disheartening that Trifecta would not cancel my account as I asked and instead allowed one more charge of over $100 to sneak by - no warning email, no nothing. Very disappointing and I won't be using them again. Highly recommend Green Chef if you want an ethical company with way better food. read more

I never leave reviews, but feel obligated here. We tried trifecta for approximately 3 months. Our orders were either incorrect or delivered late 50% of the time. When late, they still had the audacity to deliver warm food 3 days late. What a terrible waste of food. Dealing with customer service is also frustrating. Good idea, terrible execution. read more

Trifecta has great quality service. They are super responsive, especially Kenzie, and it's been a pleasure working with them. I order the vegan and/or vegetarian option, and they're delicious. My kids love the healthy options with chicken, turkey, etc. read more

Thank you for the reviews by other customers. I almost placed an order. I got their meals from UFC gym near me and they are good. When I went to order online after applying a coupon, they still insisted on paying for the next week too...or something like that. Its so confusing to make an order and I returned to yelp. Now, I am not placing an order. read more

My husband and I have different dietary needs, and Trifecta gives me the options to meet them conveniently. The meals are delicious and customer service has been superb! I needed extra customization, which Emily quickly took care of. read more

My elderly parents have been quarantined from me since March because of COVID-19. My niece was shopping for them and dropping off, but she wasn't making very healthy choices. So when I came across Trifecta, I was so excited I could get my parents healthy organic meals delivered. When mom received the order, she called so I could confirm she got exactly what I ordered. It appeared some items were missing. However, she is 90 so I had concerns that she was just overlooking things. Therefore, I drove 30 minutes to their home and with my gloves and mask, for the safety of my parents, I went through their freezer and pulled everything out to check. Sure enough, I confirmed the following items were missing from their order: 1 lb Turkey, 2 lb Asparagus, 12 Muffins and they received Basa fish, which is cheaper than the Alaskan Cod I ordered and paid for. Needless to say, I am not very impressed with this service. I have emailed the company and I'm sure they'll make things right. However, for the amount you pay for their food, this quality of service is not acceptable. read more

I'm a fan. Because of food allergies, it's nearly impossible to find a meal service that works for me. I've found ordering cooked protein a la carte every two weeks works great for me. I can make burgers quickly, add shredded chicken to soup or chili and keep my daily protein goals where they need to be. read more

WARNING!!! Do not sign up for this service, I called 2 weeks ago and cancelled my account as I am in the process of moving across the country. For the 2 weeks since I called I did not receive any deliveries or charges... now all of a sudden I am being charged $170 again and they are refusing to stop the order that I will not receive as I no longer live at the address. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT and will charge you whatever they want, whenever they want even after you cancel! read more

I tried the Keto meals and had a preference for no mushrooms. I did 5 dinners and 5 lunches and out of 10 meals at least 3 were the same and then at least 2 had mushrooms. I really wanted to like them and loved the concept. I ordered a 2nd week in hope of something better but again I received repeat meals. A couple were new. Almost every meal has cauliflower and while I like cauliflower I dont want it every meal for 5 days in a row. Anything beef or chorizo looks and smells like dog food. The meals are small and are definitely the absolute worst tasting meals I have ever had. There is no seasoning or flavor. When I cancelled I was not offered a refund. I can buy Atkins meals that taste much better and have lower carb counts and are much cheaper. The price is ridiculously high for the amount of food and quality of food. I just ended up throwing out about 6 from the last week because they are just too awful to eat. read more

See all

I've tried several meal plans and this is by far the best. Maybe something to do with the vacuum seal cause it tastes so fresh. I also pan fry it, too good to microwave. I highly recommend. saving me a lot of $$$ as well because I generally eat out for every meal. read more

It was a great delivery service to have and the meals were healthy and good. I enjoyed the service for 3 months. When I wanted a break it was easy to stop deliveries. Will H. was a very helpful customer service representative who addressed my concerns thoroughly. One drawback to this delivery service is sometimes the deliveries arrived late but customer service was helpful in addressing this read more

Really tasty food, fantastic packaging, and solid customer service. You get what you pay for and Trifecta is quality and tastiness.

From the start there were issues with the delivery dates. My order was scheduled to arrive on a Friday then it was pushed to Saturday then pushed again a whole week later. So I finally receive my order on a Saturday which still makes no sense to me because if I need to make any changes or skip a week all that needs to be done on a Friday. The final issue that prompted me to cancel my subscription is the day that my 3rd order is supposed to arrive I receive email that morning that it will be deferred until next week due to weather issues across the nation. Mind you I live in California..the same state of all as Trifecta's HQ. Prior to my cancellation I had one my shipment left to arrive and I informed them through the app as well as email to please remove all beef from the menu. The email was acknowledged and i was assured all beef had been removed from any future orders. Three days after my cancellation I receive my box with primarily beef meals. Summary: with the issues concerning deliveries and lack of attention to detail with order management I would not recommend this company if you are dependent on fully prepped meals and are trying to remain constant with your diet. 2 stars for the packaging and all meals minus the beef(super chewy). read more

Food quality is good, but they cant get an order right. My first order came without the breakfast that I had paid for. My second order showed up late also without the breakfast. My third order was scheduled to arrive today but did not. They are too disorganized to continue to order from them. read more

They delivered less than half my order. They kept telling me the rest will be here soon, but it didn't show up. After 4 days, they can't tell me when the rest will ship. I finally decided to get a refund. The service is not reliable. Take your money elsewhere. read more

We tried trifecta for the first time a little over a week ago. We ordered one weeks worth of dinners for two people. I'm sure the nutrition quality is very good, but taste is also important. On that note, I am giving the product one star. This is offset slightly by the nutrition quality, but most of the meals ended up going to our golden retriever. read more

Trifecta is amazing!!!! To begin with their food is da bomb! Top quality, organic and hormone free. I follow a paleo lifestyle for fitness as well as a hormonal imbalance. Their food service saves me so much time portioning, preparing and cooking my food. (Plus, did I mention it's delicious?) secondly, their customer service is second to none. Prompt, courteous and attentive to any issues that come up. COVID has been a challenge for ANY company that delivers and trifecta has experienced a few bumps but they worked out the kinks, value their customers and have more than made up for any issues with a commitment to service and excellence!!! Customer for life. read more

Great customer service. I was using this for a bit to help with my meal prepping during a very busy season. It's a healthier option than most premade meal services out there. The customer service is fantastic and above the rest. Kenzie and Amanda were both of help to me. read more

Sorry but all I taste in their vegetarian meals is onions. Every one is full of onions and if not onion then full of bell pepper. Not good. Dont want to open a plate every afternoon and evening to a bowl of onion flavored quinoa. Use other flavorings. read more

I've been very pleased witht my meals from Trifecta, their high standards and their excellent customer service. I surely appreciate Kenzie Rigney and all her help in handling my account. read more

The quality of the food was fine. I ordered a la carte so it was a bit dry. I was not happy that they loaded every meal with black pepper. I never use this spice and it is not good for me. So, that was the deal breaker as I needed to quit because they could not provide meals without black pepper. Otherwise, I would have gladly continued. The customer service people were excellent. Top notch. :) read more

I did the ala carte and I was very disappointed. I really wanted to like it and was so excited to start! All of The vegetables I received were soggy, watery, and sour! The shredded chicken was also sour. The turkey burgers were ok. The elk was very gristly and the steak was pretty Dry. My dog loved it however. Switched to another company. Maybe the meal plan is better. read more

The food is incredibly bland. I couldn't even eat the chicken or turkey. And they make it hard to cancel. You're supposed to give 7 days notice of cancellation, which means you agree to your second shipment, before you've even tasted your first! Updated to improve this from 1 star to 3 star because they gave me a refund for the first shipment and canceled the second one. read more

I'm a vegetarian and have loved the Trifecta meals! The delivery is easy and the meals are even easier to prepare. They are also so delicious! The variety is so nice as I typically cook the same meals, so Trifecta is always a great change! Thank you so much Trifecta for the great food! :) read more
