Tried Factor75 - boring, feels like they're getting lazy imo and their salmon/sweet potato is nasty. Freshly- felt like I'm eating low quality, though often tasty, food, could be in my head and its great food but none is organic and I have no clue where theyre sourcing. I like the fact that Trifecta makes a big deal out of sourcing high quality ingredients and are open about exactly where they get ingredients. Unfortunately, my first meal was a salmon and potatos which had a funny smell to it and which gave me a pretty bad food poisoning. A few weeks later, I told a friend about it and they joked "salmon by mail? what could go wrong." I started this service because there was a coupon advertised for 40% off one week of deliveries. I figured it couldn't hurt to try, and I enjoyed the meals that I received so I went ahead and ordered another week. I decided to take time off because it is pricey without the coupon, and I liked that you could skip weeks. I had to skip about a month because I was going on several trips and wouldn't be in town. I apparently missed skipping one of the weeks and did not realize it until I was billed, which was on a Saturday. That day I emailed customer service asking if I could cancel the order since I was not in the country. By Monday with no reply I tried the live chat advertised on the website, which I could not get to work no matter what I did. It took until Wednesday for their customer service to respond. At this point they said it was too late to pull my meals back as they were already out for delivery... of course. I had to have someone pick up my order off my doorstep while I was out of town and put the whole thing in the freezer for when I returned. Of course they are not nearly as good after being frozen so I was pretty bummed. I know essentially it was my own fault, but I was expecting a much more timely customer service response and I felt like they purposely delayed the response so they could claim it was too late to cancel my order. I will not be continuing this service, I am going to try other local meal delivery services because as a whole I was not terribly impressed with this company. The boxes that arrived generated a large amount of plastic and Styrofoam waste. Also the meals were difficult to open, some of them the plastic would peel right off and others I had to cut open with a knife which isn't terribly safe. I enjoyed most of the meals but some were sort of bland and there was a ginger chicken one that actually made me feel sick to my stomach and in that particular order they included two of that meal so I ended up throwing the other one away. I have tried most of the meal plans available at Trifecta: vegan, vegetarian, keto and paleo. To be honest, I have yet to have one of their meals that I did not like. Lately, I have been getting five breakfasts and five entrees under the paleo meal plan. I intermittently fast, so I tend to eat a late breakfast and then an early dinner within 8 hours of one another. The meals are easy to prepare, filling and they taste great. Regardless of your dietary preferences, I would highly recommend Trifecta if your looking for a convenient way to dial in your nutrition. I find it well worth the cost. read more

Wow. The food sucked but most importantly they have the worst customer service ever. Hands down. They only refunded me for 10 meals even though they all pretty much sucked. There were only 4 that were decent and edible. Also, you receive your shipment AND have to skip weeks/cancel on Fridays. So basically you order your first box and it gets delivered on Friday. That same Friday they bill you for your next box before you even have a chance to try it. And then to top it all off they will only refund you for 10 meals....even if you're unhappy with all of them. This is one of the top meal prep companies I have found. They offer a wide variety of fresh meals shipped weekly. The meal we're almost always delicious. I only had one or two that I did not prefer but was easily able to work them out of my rotation. I did have a issue with one shipment of meals being duplicates but the customer service was extremely responsive and offered many options to correct the mistake. I used the keto 2 meals a day for 5 days plan with great success. It was able to jump start me back on track quickly and easily. Straight up awful. Ordered from these folks while on the road. Had to change shipping addresses BEFORE the shipment went out and they wouldn't answer calls, call back, or respond to emails. So my food got sent to an address where I wasn't. And they wouldn't do a thing about it. If my initial inquiries would have been addressed, my food could have been sent to my updated address and I'd be somewhat satisfied. SHADY. Love the idea, but the company itself is just bad. Shady Business Practices Review: If you want to just try them for a week BE WARNED!! You cannot. They charge for your next week BEFORE you receive meals for the first week. That means, once you receive your meals, if you don't like them, you won't be able to cancel next week but only cancel on the 3rd week. CS is saying they will take a look at this, I will update the review based on what they say and most likely just file a chargeback as this is not what their site says (cancel anytime). And if you think you can quickly run home try the meal and then call them right away, ALSO you cannot since Friday is past their cancellation. So when you order to try, understand you will be charged FOR 2 WEEKS. Food Review: The meals themselves don't look presentable and the taste is definitely bland. These guys virtually use no salt, seasoning or spices. For the price I definitely expected better service and better meals. I know everyone has their own tastes and preferences, but all I can say is, if you want this to work, and to lose weight, be prepared to feel unhappy, hungry and overall displeased with food (a bit counterproductive as you'll overeat later to compensate). Hopefully CS comes through. If not, I'm definitely not recommending them and leaving a bad review for anyone who asks or if I see their ads on insta, etc. read more

Best food service I've tried. It works for me. Already cooked and prepared individual meals that are really good (and fresh). The best thing about them is that you can customize the types of meals including specifying the proteins you prefer. I had one issue with a meal type and Tucker was awesome resolving the issue.
