I've been using Trifecta's meal prep for more than a month and love it. Trifecta's meals are tailorable to your goals and preferences, tasty, and easy to cook and consume. Additionally, the people at Trifecta are great and very helpful. Shoutout and kudos to Alex Preciado. Now, go exercise and fuel your body with a Trifecta meal! read more

Absolutely delicious, fresh, nutritious well varied meals. I'm enjoying them thoroughly, it's nice not to have to think about preparing a meal, or spending a ton of money on ingredients that go bad before I have the chance and time to prepare a meal. And then I eat too much! With trifecta it's easy and super delicious, and the meal portions are perfect ! read more

Scam. Never received my meal. Tried to chat & the chat said to call. Called & there was no human , only voicemail. Emailed , heard nothing back. Want my money back & order cancel'd. Next step = my lawyer. read more

Food quality good. Food taste is good, but I still season slightly. Servings are a little small even for one person IMO. Took TF 2 tries to finally deliver Keto correctly (first time was Paleo, second time was vegetarian). Packaging, although convenient, is very wasteful as TF does not pick up and re-use the boxes like some other services. Styrofoam, freezer bags, etc. are wasteful to just throw away (even though TF SAYS that the packaging is recyclable, degradable, etc. I'm not buying it. Unfortunately will probably be cancelling my subscription. read more

Been using trifecta meals for over a year , they taste amazing, that's what kept me going so long, with the help of Emily Aulert , their nutritionist , I was able to control my macros and see results. I got information from a specialist that I did not understand as there are soo many confusing explanations on the Internet . Highly recommend for those serious about their health and fitness. read more

As someone who has been chasing diet and health issues for a long time, I love the ease of these plans. I tell them what I need and they provide. Very simple process to an amazing product. I am on th go and usually eating between clients. I also have a newborn so my meal prep time has turned into family time. I'm so thankful to have found a good service that provides solid nutrition. Umbers as well as delicious food. Never had any issues because I can't afford hang ups in my schedule. The responsiveness through their website when I had specific questions was also awesome. I tend to overthink stuff and they were great at helping me see how they have already thought about it all. The trifecta for me is family, work, and health. They help facilitate those all for me. read more

I started this service because there was a coupon advertised for 40% off one week of deliveries. I figured it couldn't hurt to try, and I enjoyed the meals that I received so I went ahead and ordered another week. I decided to take time off because it is pricey without the coupon, and I liked that you could skip weeks. I had to skip about a month because I was going on several trips and wouldn't be in town. I apparently missed skipping one of the weeks and did not realize it until I was billed, which was on a Saturday. That day I emailed customer service asking if I could cancel the order since I was not in the country. By Monday with no reply I tried the live chat advertised on the website, which I could not get to work no matter what I did. It took until Wednesday for their customer service to respond. At this point they said it was too late to pull my meals back as they were already out for delivery... of course. I had to have someone pick up my order off my doorstep while I was out of town and put the whole thing in the freezer for when I returned. Of course they are not nearly as good after being frozen so I was pretty bummed. I know essentially it was my own fault, but I was expecting a much more timely customer service response and I felt like they purposely delayed the response so they could claim it was too late to cancel my order. I will not be continuing this service, I am going to try other local meal delivery services because as a whole I was not terribly impressed with this company. The boxes that arrived generated a large amount of plastic and Styrofoam waste. Also the meals were difficult to open, some of them the plastic would peel right off and others I had to cut open with a knife which isn't terribly safe. I enjoyed most of the meals but some were sort of bland and there was a ginger chicken one that actually made me feel sick to my stomach and in that particular order they included two of that meal so I ended up throwing the other one away. Overall I would say it's just not worth the money. read more

I have tried most of the meal plans available at Trifecta: vegan, vegetarian, keto and paleo. To be honest, I have yet to have one of their meals that I did not like. Lately, I have been getting five breakfasts and five entrees under the paleo meal plan. I intermittently fast, so I tend to eat a late breakfast and then an early dinner within 8 hours of one another. The meals are easy to prepare, filling and they taste great. Regardless of your dietary preferences, I would highly recommend Trifecta if your looking for a convenient way to dial in your nutrition. I find it well worth the cost. read more

Trifecta has some of the best meals of any similar service. The ingredients are of a high quality and the meals are well prepared. In addition, the customer service is exceptional, particularly Kenzie R, who has been very helpful in making my experience a positive one. I highly recommend Trifecta! read more

I couldn't be happier with the food or customer service from Trifecta. The quality is great, and they're proactive about helping you find ways to save you money - which I've never seen a business do. I plan to be a customer for a long time. read more

Been Ordering Trifecta for about 2 years now. My favorites are the salmon and the bison....I seriously cannot cook fish this good even only own so I am amped. Kenzie R. was great! Thank you!

Had an issue with delivery and Emily B was extremely helpful in resolving it. Meals are healthy and convenient

This is one of the top meal prep companies I have found. They offer a wide variety of fresh meals shipped weekly. The meal we're almost always delicious. I only had one or two that I did not prefer but was easily able to work them out of my rotation. I did have a issue with one shipment of meals being duplicates but the customer service was extremely responsive and offered many options to correct the mistake. I used the keto 2 meals a day for 5 days plan with great success. It was able to jump start me back on track quickly and easily. I will without a doubt use the service again when I plan a cut or meal prepping again. read more

Must call to cancel your subscription. Delayed shipment Meals were 3/5 IMO (Vegan meal plan) plastic can be tough to remove from meals. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sukh. Trifecta has a great number of options on kind of meal, when you want it delivered. Their customer service is excellent; the delivery is always on time; and the food is delicious. Trifecta even has an a la carte menu which is rare (to me). Seriously, if you want healthy, delicious food which would require hours of preparation for an individual cook, try Trifecta. When the meals arrive, you only need minutes to microwave them. read more

I absolutely love Trifecta. The meals are delicious- I mean really delicious- (my husband loves them too) and it makes sticking to my nutrition goals extremely attainable no matter how busy my life gets. I was so impressed recently with the superb customer service I received from Allison Rauch regarding a question I had about my order this week. She got back to me right away- on a Saturday morning no less- and was so pleasant with her response. I was surprised that I received such prompt follow-up from an actual human being (rather than an automated service!) and even moreso was impressed by the level of customer care that I received. read more

Updating my review purely based on the stellar customer service I received while handling my missing order items. Once they get settled into their new kitchen, I will more than likely try them again. I did get a chance to taste one of the few meals I received on my first order and the food did taste good. read more

Straight up awful. Ordered from these folks while on the road. Had to change shipping addresses BEFORE the shipment went out and they wouldn't answer calls, call back, or respond to emails. So my food got sent to an address where I wasn't. And they wouldn't do a thing about it. If my initial inquiries would have been addressed, my food could have been sent to my updated address and I'd be somewhat satisfied. Bu since this company only cares about debiting your account, I'm not happy, nor am I a customer. read more

Great tasting and filling. Quality ingredients with good size portions. Delivery is always on time. My wife and I are very impressed !

There have been many issues with their food and delivery, and prices are quite high. However, customer service has been very good. Teagan and Emily have both been very helpful and friendly each time there was a problem, and worked quickly to try to help. read more

SHADY. Love the idea, but the company itself is just bad. Shady Business Practices Review: If you want to just try them for a week BE WARNED!! You cannot. They charge for your next week BEFORE you receive meals for the first week. That means, once you receive your meals, if you don't like them, you won't be able to cancel next week but only cancel on the 3rd week. CS is saying they will take a look at this, I will update the review based on what they say and most likely just file a chargeback as this is not what their site says (cancel anytime). And if you think you can quickly run home try the meal and then call them right away, ALSO you cannot since Friday is past their cancellation. So when you order to try, understand you will be charged FOR 2 WEEKS. Food Review: The meals themselves don't look presentable and the taste is definitely bland. These guys virtually use no salt, seasoning or spices. For the price I definitely expected better service and better meals. I know everyone has their own tastes and preferences, but all I can say is, if you want this to work, and to lose weight, be prepared to feel unhappy, hungry and overall displeased with food (a bit counterproductive as you'll overeat later to compensate). Hopefully CS comes through. If not, I'm definitely not recommending them and leaving a bad review for anyone who asks or if I see their ads on insta, etc. read more

So I have been using Trifecta for about 5 months now. Deliveries are spot on, food is perfect, results have been great. I have referred a few of my friends who are also very happy with the results. In addition to the actual food product and delivery, Customer service has been great .I had the pleasure of working with Allison Rauch, who not only resolves all my inquiries, but also responds quickly, which is a big plus. This company is taking over the health/wellness/performance meal prep genre with both it products, and dedicated and professional team . This is the best one out there ! read more

Best food service I've tried. It works for me. Already cooked and prepared individual meals that are really good (and fresh). The best thing about them is that you can customize the types of meals including specifying the proteins you prefer. I had one issue with a meal type and Tucker was awesome resolving the issue. The solution was an even more advantageous result than I expected. read more

It's useful if you wanna lose some weight but the food is very tasteless and repetitive. They made a mistake on all my orders. The customer service is terrible and the pricing is a ripoff for the quality you're getting. Luckily there are many other similar nutrition companies that have the same services with better food and much better customer service. read more

Emily with Customer service was awesome. I had a problem with my delivery, no fault of Trifecta, and she was able to get me a reshipment out in a very short time. Not only was the customer service great, the food is really good and super convenient. Easy to heat up in a skillet, (they tell dont use a microwave for a good reason) 3-5 minutes later you have a great meal. Thanks, Emily. read more

I called TriFecta to ask about food allergies. I'm pescatarian and don't eat poultry or meat but they wouldn't allow you to mark all those things on their website when putting down food limitations. Spoke with someone at the company and they absolutely assured me that they fixed it on their end and that I wouldn't receive any meals with meat or poultry but I still couldn't pick my meals. They do that. So, I went with their minimum order - 7 meals. 2 weeks later, the box shows up. What's in it - 3 meals all containing chicken. I immediately email the company to tell them what's going on (it was after business hours). No one contacted me for 4 days. Finally, I receive an email saying I'll get a partial refund but they'll charge me for the meals received. I'm just furious with them by that point and started yelling that I needed a full refund. I finally did get that. But certainly will not recommend doing business with this company again. Very disappointed that they couldn't do a very simple thing. Not sure how they stay in business when they can't get a very simple thing accomplished. No meat and no poultry. That it. read more

I already had a subscription with Eath The 80 when decided to try Trifecta. They both had pretty similar qualities, but I liked that trifecta gave you new meals every week to prevent burnout and getting tired of your food. I was HIGHLY disappointed with the taste of the food compared to eat the 80. Out of all 10 meals I received I liked 0 of them and I'm the least picky eater I know. I think they are ahead of the game of other meal prep services like Freshly in terms of ease of website use and selecting meals that are actually really healthy, they just need to find better cooks and I would consider ordering again. read more

I've been using Trifecta since mid-November 2021 and absolutely love it! I've tried out one or two other meal delivery services in the past to help manage my time, and while they were "fine," they just didn't give me the kind of quality, deliciousness and customer service as Trifecta has. I've purchased a la cart items for bulk proteins which are cooked perfectly and subtle in complimentary flavor so they're versatile for any use or seasoning you may have in mind, and I also use the Paleo Meals which are ABSOLUTELY DE-FRICKIN-LICIOUS! This is restaurant quality, and I'm here for it! Last, but certainly not least, I've emailed customer service to modify frequency and ask questions, and that aspect alone is worth 5 stars. Most recently, I've corresponded with Cristal Jimenez who was extremely friendly, prompt, thorough and helpful. It's people like Cristal J., Breanne D. and Alex P. who are raising standards across the board for customer service everywhere. Love Trifecta's process, options, customer service and quality! read more
