I love food, and I work a ton. I was looking for a solution allowing me to stay fit, to eat healthily and to avoid wasting too much time cooking every day. I gave a try to TRIFECTA, and I'm blown away by the quality of the food and the overall services. I already ordered the keto ones and now moving towards the vegetarian ones. I don't see how to live without it now! Give it a try, and you will see. read more

Best meal delivery ever! Love the meals, the company, and how helpful their staff is. Got the chance to chat with Evalyn P. And she was the nicest and most helpful person ever. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I was nervous to go with precooked meals for two reasons. One, I was expecting TV dinner quality food, and two I questioned how fresh the food would stay during the week. After completing my first week I can happily say that neither of those concerns are an issue with Trifecta. Everything from the food to the customer service has been excellent so far. They offer many different meal plans for different lifestyles (Paleo, Vegan, Clean), but I chose the "Bulk" option which is an "a la carte" approach . This is great because it enables me to fine tune my macronutrients while allowing me to mix and match with any given meal. I know this will vary depending on area but I find the cost to be just about on par with what I pay at the local grocery store per 7 days which was nice. I was afraid the price would be insanely higher but that was not the case. All food arrives in a freezer box, surrounded in Styrofoam and ice packs which were still very cold upon opening. The foods are broken up into separate packages (often in 4-8oz increments but it varied), and each package is labelled and vacuum sealed to ensure freshness during the week. The food tasted very good all around in my opinion. I've seen some people complaining that the stuff is bland, and I don't want to speak for the company here, but I think those people are missing the point. It's about promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping people reach their fitness goals by eliminating one of the hardest parts of the process in cooking. The food is seasoned just enough to give it flavors, without masking the actual food or putting you in heart attack territory with sodium and other unsavory additions. I was also surprised by the quality of the meats provided. Again, I didn't quite know what to expect with precooked meals, but the chicken had almost non existent fat content and great flavor. The bison is nice and tender with minimal traces of fat, and the fish (Salmon, Cod) were cooked perfectly as well with zero bones. All in all I'm ecstatic about my experience with the company and will certainly be sticking with them moving forward. read more

Food is amazing and customer service is the best I've ever witnessed. They truly care about their customers' happiness and satisfaction. Kenzie R. helped me with my account and was able to offer a solution that greatly worked for my needs. If you are looking for a healthy and very tasty meal plan, this is it. I have tried many and this is my favorite. read more

Awesome company, a little pricey, but great organic, animal welfare oriented food, and fantastic customer service. I've been utilizing them for almost 6 months now, and all the food I have tried has been really good with the exception of a single meal or two (mostly their Holiday meals). Much tastier than other meal prep companies I have tried. I noticed a review down below mentioning Factor75, I have also tried them and found Trifecta's food to be much better. I did have a couple mess ups on the orders but the customer service team took care of everything no problems. I highly recommend Trifecta! read more

Great food, customer service is always great! Shoutout to Kenzie who most recently helped me out with an order!

I've tried half a dozen similar meal delivery services and this one is my choice. Good food, fully cooked so it only takes me 4 minutes to start eating. Delivered frozen with a ton of ice packs. Flexible delivery plans. Personal contacts in case of issues, I actually talk to a live human on the phone. read more

First time trying this out and on the day of delivery, I was already missing 2 meals... I would have put 3 stars, but Teagan Whitaker came to save the day and helped with the problem almost instantly! For that reason, and that reason only, the impeccable service, I give y'all 4 stars! (And I have not even tried the meals yet!) read more

Trifecta has the best food and service in the industry. Life is busy and demanding, and this provides an easy, tasty solution making my life much easier. I've been using Trifecta for several months now. The clean meals are delicious! I've been really happy with these meals as I have IBS and am gluten intolerant. Trifecta has made it easy to get the nutrients I need, particularly because I'm an athlete. I had an odd issue with the delivery yesterday and when I called, Will was really helpful and responsive. Thank goodness it was resolved quickly as I rely on these meals. Thank you Will and Trifecta! read more

If I could give them zero stars I definitely would have done so. This place is a total ripoff, worst customer service, worst food, and definitely not worth the headache . I ordered from them the first time and specified no meat on the menu, why did I receive an entire box of meals containing meat in every single meal but one? I called to cancel and the person on the phone convinced me to give them another try, I said I could try them again but only in a few months because I would be traveling, they put a freeze on the account and said they would call me to make sure it was ok to unfreeze so that they could send out a box. No one called me and the box sat there for days until the smell finally caught the attention of one of the security guards in the building. I was in Mexico at the time and when returned, yet again another rotted box lay hidden from view behind the mailboxes. This happened 3 times and I was so annoyed that bobine even bothered to call me as I had requested. They replied with no worries, u have one more box coming and then we can cancel it. Excuse me??? U just sent me 3 boxes that ur delivery person dumped in the wrong place, and it came to me rotten and had to go straight to the trash and that's all you can say? Never ordering from them again and regret trying them in the first place. The read more

The food is very good and a healthy option for anyone looking to track their macros. The convenience of the meal delivery service is matched by the tasty options they provide. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because of the constant logistical issues with delivery--which can be frustrating. However, the incredible customer service from the Trifecta team (particularly Cristal) has kept me as a subscriber. I would definitely give Trifecta a try if you are considering a meal prep service--they make the experience so worthwhile. read more

Emily with Trifecta helped me on my first email to request a food change as well as skipping some deliveries. I live in the Sierras so it's hard to find good healthy meal prep. I order the Paleo breakfast and lunch/dinner and it's my weekly meals for work. Staying Healthy and Fit. read more

Very tasty meals , optimum portions , great customer service and the price is definitely compatible with any restaurant

I ordered the Keto meal plan and it was delicious! The meals had lots of flavor and kept me full. I love how they were sealed tight and kept fresh. I had an issue with the timing of my next order so I reached out through the live chat and received excellent customer service from Krista. She helped me resolve my issue in 5 minutes! I'll definitely be ordering again from Trifecta! read more

Trifecta exceeded my expectations as far as menu options. I was incredibly impressed with the complexity and variety of the food choices that arrived in my delivery. It inspired my cooking abilities and gave me ideas to try on my own. It was reassuring knowing all the food I was eating was clean and healthy. I have never found a meal service that cooks all organic, non gmo, free range, wild caught, grass fed food. The only thing I would change would be the packaging. It is vaccum sealed for freshness, but it makes the meal look initially unappetizing. If it came in regular to go containers that could be heated straight from the package it would be alot more accessible and appealing. read more

I've been working with Cristal J - the meals are great and Cristal's customer service is excellent!

I have really enjoyed my experience with Trifecta. When issues arise they immediately take care of the issue. The food always arrives on time and in good shape ie correct temperature etc. The convenience of having your meal prep done and knowing the the ingredients are clean and good quality is a great tool. I do hope there becomes a bigger variety in the meal options for the Keto plan soon The customer service that I have received from this company is outstanding! read more

Great tasting food, with great options, and its organic so thats a plus! Trifecta offers different meal styles and types giving me a variety and choice to choose from. The meals tasted fresh with lots of flavor. So far I've only tried the vegetarian option (two meals a day/ seven days a week) even though I'm not a vegetarian I loved it. I love the service its convenient, easy to order, and healthy. Overall I am really impressed with the service, delivery, and tasty food. It's hard to make time to make healthy meals and Trifecta does it for you at a great rate with high quality food :) read more

I was really looking forward to Trifecta's meal delivery service as it would have saved me a lot of time, unfortunately that was not the case and in fact it ended up costing me time and money. I made my first order with Trifecta on February 24 which gave me a delivery date of Friday March 5. Fast forward to March 5 and my husband who also placed his first order the same week as me gets a tracking number about an hour before his delivery. I never receive a tracking number or notification that my order has been sent out so I inquire via email and am ultimately told that my order was delayed due to weather and my order will be arriving early the following week. I'm not sure if weather was the actual cause of the delay or if it just never got sent out but I did find it odd that my husbands order arrived to the same address without delay. After reading several reviews that report the same issue I decided to cancel my subscription. My order did arrive yesterday as promised but it was missing two items which I inquired about today and have asked for a refund but am yet to hear anything back at this point. To be fair it has only been one business day so I'm hoping to get a response in the next few days with an offer for a refund for missing items. The only reason I'm giving this business two stars is because everyone I have worked with up to this point has been friendly and they did cancel my subscription when asked to do so. They did also cancel my following weeks order and credited me back my money for the week they cancelled. The concept of this business is great, the execution of it is very poor. I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried them out. I wanted to update my review. Today Morgan reached out via email and phone call to me and refunded my money for the missing items. The customer service has never been an issue for me. If Trifecta could improve the accuracy of orders and delivery time I wouldn't be opposed to trying them in the future as I found the food good. read more

This is my first venture into the food delivery service and I am very impressed. About a year ago I decided to go with a whole-food, plant-based diet and I failed miserably because I had neither the knowledge nor the time to do what I needed to ensure I was getting the required nutrients, vitamins, etc. I have now switched to Trifecta doing that for me and I must say that I have been very happy with my first week. The meals are very good, portions are excellent (something we ALL have a problem with in the US) and the variety is something I enjoy. I will stick with this for 6 months and go back to the DR to get my full blood work up done to see what the difference has been from one year ago, last week and after 6 months of Trifecta. Overall, I would highly recommend. I think the cost is reasonable for the convenience IF you don't cheat and go out to eat. Give them a try. read more

Great food and excellent customer service. The only issues I've had was with a few mis-deliveries but customer service was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Website is very easy to use - choose plan, hold or change delivery. Thank you! read more

Great meal ! Everything tastes good even the things I normally wouldn't eat, when they prepare it, it tastes good. It's a bit pricey for the portion of it but it's definitely worth. I wasn't even trying to lose weight or go on a diet but ever since I started eating their meals, I was eating balanced meals and since they're low calorie meals, I saw results pretty quickly. The best part is the customer service. They are usually very helpful and willing to help. I had lost two of my meals deliveries fault of UPS, when I told them they were able to refund everything instantly and it was that easy. They're very nice and I would definitely recommend to everyone. read more

This is the WORST food I've ever had, hands down. It tastes more like cardboard than edible ingredients. Seriously, even for prepackaged food, this is some bullshit. If I could leave 0 stars I would. read more

On week two of my vegan meal plan, and they are incredibly satiating. If you're unaccustomed to high fiber, you may have to get used to it, but I promise your digestive system will ultimately thank you. Had a fairly poor experience with this company overall due to discrepancies between the website and customer service. The customer service reps are nice, but the company should know that when an issue is small, and a customer is complaining, offer the customer some remedy to win them back. Companies like Chewy and Amazon get this principle 100%. Make the customers happy. I think the prices are fair, and the food is good though. read more

Very unhappy with how they handle when the wrong items are shipped and it's never resolved even after phone calls are made. This happened to me twice and with no resolution after failed attempts by Trifecta I've cancelled my subscription and taking my money elsewhere. Food quality started going downhill as well with very dry meat and the flank steak being grey in color. Beef is not supposed to look grey. Very unhappy with the standards of Trifecta! read more

I LOVE Trifecta. With my crazy day to day life, it's an excellent healthy option. Now instead of visiting my friends Ronald, Wendy, and Carl. I have an easy and fast option at home. Been eating the food for 4 months and my favorites are Steak, Brown Rice and Vegies. When I moved to my new place I was easily able to work on the shipping charges with the customer service team and had no issues. BUY IT! read more

I absolutely LOVE Trifecta! I subscribe to the vegan plan and order lunch and dinner for Mon-Fri meals. It has been life changing and I look forward to maximizing my weekends since I don't have to spend all day Sunday shopping and meal prepping! There have been a couple snags with delivery and promotional offers for referrals, but the customer service and communication have been stellar. The vegan meals are delicious. My 1 complaint is that every meal that has quinoa as a base is really bland, which is surprising because everything else is really flavorful and spiced well! read more

I had an order issue (my problem) that Kenzie R was able to take care of immediately. She saved my butt on this one. Thanks!

Like mostly everyone, I've been looking for a sustainable and easier way to make my meal prep game more successful and to also become healthier. Well, Trifecta has allowed me to accomplish both of those goals. I'm down almost 16 lbs and the best part is, I'm eating food that's delicious and is already made for me. Whether you want to plate your meals yourself and go the a la carte route (I do that on the weekends) or take full advantage of the pre-made complete meals, you simply can't go wrong. It's easy to switch meal plans on the fly (I'm trying the Paleo next) and the food comes directly to my door every Friday. If you're considering a meal delivery service, love having free time and want to get healthier, give these guys a try. Thanks Trifecta! JB read more

Ordered my food and it never came in. Contacted them to cancel my subscription and then there was a double charge for my order. Recontacted them and they said the it would get refunded in a couple weeks. Very upsetting. I would recommend a more professional customer service based company read more

The only good experience I had with Trifecta was the ease of customer service. However, they still make you contact them to cancel. I signed up with a click, I should be able to cancel with a click. I am amazed that people like their food. All the meals I tried had very tough, nearly inedible, meat. The eggs in the breakfasts were spongy and bland. I did not finish even one meal. My husband was less concerned with the flavor as he will eat anything that is put in front of him but the portions were too small for him. I was never able to log into the app, despite being able to log in through the browser with no issue. Trifecta never sent any notification of order modification cutoff dates. This resulted in an unwanted delivery. At $229 per box, I was pretty unhappy. We are sticking with Factor. The Factor food tastes significantly better and they actually notify you ahead of cutoff times. They have a better selection of food (you actually get to choose your meals) and the price per meal is lower. I had high hopes for Trifecta because of the claim of high quality ingredients but in the end it just wasted a lot of my money a now I have a box of food coming that I have zero desire to actually eat. I would not recommend it anyone. read more

Customer service, especially Raymond, is excellent. Worked with him on finding best meal plan + ala carte combo. Still figuring out the kinks but all around quality is high. Tried Factor75 - boring, feels like they're getting lazy imo and their salmon/sweet potato is nasty. Freshly- felt like I'm eating low quality, though often tasty, food, could be in my head and its great food but none is organic and I have no clue where theyre sourcing. I like the fact that Trifecta makes a big deal out of sourcing high quality ingredients and are open about exactly where they get ingredients. Frankly its nice to feel I'm working with a company that is as neurotic about food/nutrition/environmental issues as I am :) read more

Kenzie R was so helpful regarding some shipping issues I had. My area had inclement weather which caused a missing shipment and one to delivery several days past delivery. Unfortunately, my first meal was a salmon and potatos which had a funny smell to it and which gave me a pretty bad food poisoning.
