Great customer service from Alex Preciado! Prompt response!' Thank u you!!! trifecta rocks!

Trifecta is great. I began using them when I decided to start eating Keto. I had 21 meals a week for my first three weeks, because I didn't want to think about meal prepping. Their meals are great. So convenient, so yummy -- I mean, really good. And, for my 21 meals, I had a lot of variety. I've had been working out, but my nutrition was horrible. Once I had these meals and go into kitosis -- wow! The pounds just started dropping off. An easily so. No low caloric intake, no starving myself, nothing like that. I had to eat good meals to be able to keep my workouts going. Trifecta was great. Trifecta missed a couple of deliveries by a couple of days, but they more than made up for it by giving me great discounts and 1 lb. of grass-fed beef patties free for as long as I was with them. I highly recommend them. read more

What I love about Trifecta...1) Healthy alternative to most food around our house. My wife and I work full time and don't have a ton of time for gathering food, prepping, and cooking. Easy to pop in the microwave and get it hot. 2) For the most part, food is good and fresh when you get it. You can season with lemon, pepper, turmeric, rosemary, thyme...3) Simply put, easy cleanup. 4) Packaging is top notch. Food is always cold and comes in a sturdy box that protects it from being damaged. read more

I reached a time in my life when I wanted to make lifestyle changes to improve my overall health. I started crossfit and complemented with healthy eating with Trifecta which I enjoyed the variety of meals and it took off the work of planning what to eat as a busy professional. It was a great stepping stone to understand the value of nutrition to achieve your health goals. It is a great service and has helped me achieve my goals and stick to a healthy diet long term. read more

Great food! I've gotten both a couple a la carte shipments and some meals and both are excellent. Definitely is making it easier to stay on track when I'm home. I travel a lot for work, so it's so easy for me to get home on a Friday night to a box of fresh meals. All food tastes like it came fresh off the stove after a couple minutes in the microwave.. Love it! read more

I was in ketosis before I started my first week with Trifecta's Keto plan. BOOM out of ketosis every time I eat a Trifecta meal! Finally after an entire 2 days without a Trifecta meal I am back in ketosis. Also I had the same problem of them ignoring my meal preference for the fist order. I know I put in No Mushrooms on my signup, but still got them. I was also told OH you went in and did. it after! NOPE wrong. Website is not good, food was meh, Keto plan is not Keto friendly. read more

I have been receiving the Trifecta classic meals now for almost 4 months now and they have been a game changer. Makes it so easy to really eat for training purposes and achieve macro goals. Lost almost 20lbs in the process. Was looking for long term success and Trifecta meals have been instrumental in that. Great customer service as well. read more

Alex Preciado answered my call when I had a question about my Trifecta delivery. He was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to resolve my issues in a quick, efficient manner. read more

I'm loving Trifecta's classic meals! They are nutritious, filling and very tasty. The service is also excellent. I had a delivery go missing and Hannah had a fresh delivery sent out to me immediately. Such great customer service. Over all, I am very Happy with Trifecta! read more

I order a la carte and just make my own veggies and carbs, my favorite is the salmon. Trifecta has great customer service! I ordered elk one time ( First time ever trying elk) and I just didn't like it, I called them and they refunded my $$, all the other meats are great! read more

The food is really tasty - I have ordered the Keto menu and it's delicious. The packages are well sealed. Customer service is fantastic!

Very good meals and variety...for the most part. My only gripe is that the keto plan is very cauliflower heavy, but the meals are made very well and packaged awesome. read more

Food was sent wrong 2 weeks in a row. Quality of food is high and customer service is very good

Food combinations are gross and they claim to have a Michelin star level chef. Teriyaki chicken with Italian herbed vegetables is nasty. The food is gross and is nowhere close to a Michelin starred restaurant. It's more like really soupy wet hospital food. The expiration dates on meals are also misleading. Had several meals that were carbonated from rotting well before the expiry date. Having tried other delivery services this is the worst. Paleo on the Go, Freshly, and Eat local are all way better than this. Don't waste your time and money, you may end up with a freezer full of nasty waterlogged food. ‍ read more

I've had a great experience with Trifecta! I have a super busy life so I wanted convenience but also wanted to eat healthy and control calories. I do the Paleo meal plan, and the food has been delicious (breakfast meals are still my favorite!!). I haven't had any of the ordering/delivery issues - it is always there on Fridays like clockwork. I track calories in My Fitness Pal and more and more of the Trifecta meals are showing up there, which makes it easier to track too. Thank you for the service and making my life easier!! :-) read more

I work night shifts so having individually packed meals makes it so easy. Meals are pretty different every week and the food is great!

On the plus side: their customer service was responsive and helpful and very nice. UPDATE: Again, they have great customer service. If you have an issue, I would encourage you to contact them. On receiving an email from me describing how I got sick, they called me, apologized and issued a full refund - very personal and sincere. I cant say enough about their service. When you're in business you are going to make mistakes but HOW you respond is almost as important as avoiding the mistake all together. I'm very impressed and pleased. They get an A+ on this Here are the cons: Unlike with other meal delivery services who allow you to suspend your subscription whenever and for however long you want, Trifecta does't have this feature. You can skip up to 3 weeks. Anything longer and you have to contact customer service; the only way to suspend the subscription for more than 3 weeks is to deactivate your account. I found this frustrating. The box they use to send the food is insulated with styrofoam and the food kept cold with ice packs. My box was soggy when it arrived; easily half the ice packs were melted. Some of the food was room temperature and may have spoiled in transit (more on that below). To be fair, this has been the hottest July in the whole of recorded human existence but this was the only service I've tried that had this problem (my boxes from Daily Harvest did not suffer this fate). I got sick after eating it. A few hours after eating, I got very nauseous and generally felt like I had a mild case of food poisoning. It's the next day and I'm still suffering the effect. I can't take the chance of getting sick again, so I'll have to trash the other THIRTEEN MEALS that I ordered. Which leads me to my last criticism, it's pricey. I paid a little over $200 for 14 meals (twice a day for 7 days) - which comes out to a bit more than $14 per meal. That's on the expensive side of other services I've seen or tried. A regular subscriber could spend as much as $800 a month. read more

While most of the meals actually ended up tasting pretty good, they weren't visually appealing. My wife wouldn't try them. For the money, it just didn't seem like a fit. read more

I was so disappointed by this meal service. The food wasn't fresh, some came semi frozen. The variety was horrible, for the week, each meal came 3 times, so you're eating essentially the same thing for lunch/breakfast/dinner over and over! If the food was tasty or fresh I wouldn't mind, but it was mushy and all the veggies/chicken were melded together. No fresh salads, everything overly cooked. read more

The food is awesome!! I had the Paleo meal plan and the food was incredibly tasty and I loved the variety!! I would highly recommend this service, especially during these times where it is risky going out in public....no shopping, no prep and no cleanup...just tasty food delivered to your door step. read more

I've had trifecta meals delivered for well over a year now & absolutely love the food. It's not only healthy & delicious....it's so convenient when I come home from work to be able to cook a great meal in a matter of minutes. I also feel like I save money since I don't have to go to the grocery store as much & spend money on items I don't really need. If there is ever a problem with anything, they always take care of it in such a pleasant, professional manner. I did recently have an issue with the delivery during the holiday season, which I know is beyond Trifecta's call of duty & Emily Barnes was right on it & took care of my issue immediately. I would recommend this company hands down no doubt at all!! read more

I was searching for clean food - organic, when possible, good quality, humane...I came across Trifecta and their food is delicious. You get great variety in the meals, every single one is delicious. I also think it's extremely cost-effective. Impossible to cook any recipe as good as what they send for less than you pay with Trifecta. EXCELLENT customer service and shout-out to Kenzie! She worked with me to find the perfect plan and I'm super-happy. OH! Their packaging is recyclable, too :) read more

This company makes it so easy to eat healthy! I've tried their clean meals, their paleo meals, and their a la carte offerings and everything has been delicious. It saves me precious time in the kitchen - who wants to spend hours meal prepping? - and I still get to eat healthy, nutritious food! On top of the high quality of the food, customer service has always been stellar. Every time I've had an issue or even just the smallest question, they go above and beyond to make it right or give an answer that really goes above and beyond. Thanks Trifecta! You guys rock! read more

Absolutely love the meal service. Mario has been a huge help to accomplishing my nutritional goals since recommending. Customer service is excellent and always has the answers for my questions as well as solutions to the very few problems I may encounter. Specifically Kenzie helped me very recently and she was great. I have been using the service for 2-3 months now and I feel a difference in my athletic performance for sure. read more

The idea is great and the process is rather simple. However, the food quality is pretty bad. Yes, they might be using organic ingredients, but there's absolutely no flavor to anything. Meat is very tough and chewy, fish is bland and veggies all taste the same with some weird sweet aftertaste. First meal arrived a day late. They require a seven day cancellation policy, so I basically had to pay for two deliveries of uneatable meals. Rather bad experience overall. Would not recommend. I don't understand how people can say that this is "good food". Only if you like your meals without any flavor or seasoning. It's barely a step above "microwave dinners". Edit: downgrading my rating to 1 star. Here is why... After two days since I posted my review, someone from trifecta called me and asked to take down the review for a full refund. That is so wrong and dishonest. No wonder that you see five stars all over the place. Yelp and its users should be aware. This kind of a scam with ratings is unacceptable. read more

I love the paleo meals. Super healthy, organic, tasty, gourmet meals with real ingredients. You can tell it isn't cookie cutter factory made food. Somebody put skill, effort and love into this food. I have lost weight and feel better without feeling deprived. And it is super convenient. They show up at my apartment every week and they are really convenient to take to work. Even comes with a bunch of ice packs so I can put them in my lunch bag. read more

Don't know what happened, they used to have great customer service, now not so much, will never recommend this company to anyone. And I cancelled my account/subscription. Food is mediocre read more

Great customer svc. Delicious organic meals. Total game changer. I no longer need to spend time meal prepping. Love it!

A prior Trifecta customer, I was invited back after some time away, but I couldn't get the discount code to work despite repeated efforts. Enter Kenzie R., who resolved my problem via the Chat box within seconds! I didn't even have a chance to write out my problem before she fixed it. Thank you, Kenzie -- very much appreciated! read more

Cancelled my subscription. The food is tasteless. The chopped bison tasted like dog food - my dog loved it. I couldn't even swallow it. The rest of the meals - I was on the Clean Meal Plan - was mostly cauliflower and chick peas with some kind of meat. No taste or any kind of spices. Plus, the packaging is almost impossible to get into to. The plastic covering needed a razor to open and it's not recyclable. Great idea, but disturbingly awful food. read more

I love this meal delivery service! It's what I would cook if I had the time. The customer service is excellent, they have a chat and respond right away, same through email. I should have done this earlier bc as a working parent it is totally worth the money. read more

Food is delish - first and foremost. More impactful is the customer service. Really appreciate the quick and personalized service. Have yet to have a concern that they didn't address quickly - appreciate that! read more

I am a big fan of Trifecta. I really love not have to think about getting my macros right and I definitely feel more energetic. I chose the clean meal plan and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I feel good after every meal and it tastes great. I am also very happy with the customer service, I got response to my email within few hours. read more

The food: palatable, not enjoyable. The service: they use FedEx to deliver and not a SINGLE delivery did not have a blunder of some sort (delays or gone missing) Customer service did what they could to mitigate the damage but bottom line: Not recommended read more

My husband and I are completely enjoying our first delivery of Trifecta meals. We did have one meal that we were concerned about due to the lack of the vacuum seal. I called Trifecta and spoke with Emily Barnes. Emily did an awesome job of taking care of the situation. Thank you Emily for your help. In a matter of a few minutes the issue was resolve. read more

Delicious meals and exceptional customer service. Kenzie R recently helped me via the chat feature on the website and knocked it out of the park. Definitely give them a try if you are looking for great, clean meals and a company that values their customers! read more

I order their Clean meals with meat: I started eating these meals as a way to make my weeks easier. I'm a grad student in my field placement this year so as months went by pizza and other grab and go items had become my diet. I decided to order trifecta to replace my lunches because that's where I struggled the most with eating healthy. I was running around NYC at the time I started using this brand and now that I'm stuck at home I'm more thankful because it fills me up and I believe lessens my cravings a bit! (I'm not snack nearly as much on the days I eat their meals at lunch time, I believe it's from the high dose of protein) Anyway overall great experience with trifecta! They lost one star because some of the meals just don't taste that great, they are fine but not great. read more

The food is all a sad grey color and tastes like something from a hospital cafeteria. I had a stomach ache after every meal and by day three the mere smell of the food would make me feel like I was going to throw up. Maybe we got a bad batch but honestly I just want to warn people to be careful about this delivery service because some of the food tastes... tainted. I threw out the other days worth of food because I was so tired of feeling queasy from the meals. Also, I was really unimpressed by the ingredients. Considering the price point, it's a lot of cheap staple ingredients like cauliflower and bland tofu. Save your money and save your stomach. Don't do it. read more

I really love Trifecta for quick, healthy meals. I recently had to cancel my subscription because we are traveling back to back all summer long. Kenzie R. offered me a few solutions and was very helpful. Also appreciate being able to do this through chat. I will definitely be back in a few months! read more
