I have been receiving the Trifecta food for 4 weeks, I ordered the Keto diet and I really like it. It's fresh food and delicious! My family also love it. Sometimes the delivery is one day after but they send me an email in advance to let me know. So far I am very happy with this service. I have been in 3 companies before Trifecta and I had to cancel (funky flavors, upset stomach, frozen foods, etc) with Trifecta I get a variety in vegetables and protein. read more

I was really excited for trifecta. Cooked meals?? Yes!! But the advertised menu is nothing like what you receive. I tried the vegan menu because I was doing a couple weeks of plant based diet. Let's just say I may never eat veggies or lentils again. They looked so unappetizing from the very beginning. I hoped after heating them up they would taste good. Not so much. I could've gotten steam packages of vegetables and had better tasting food. Since there really wasn't much other than a big plate of veggies and legumes. And guess what?? Most meals had 115g of carbs!! Plus the credit card gets charged for the next week delivery the day after your Friday delivery. So if you don't like something, you're gonna get two weeks worth. Most likely before you figure out how to cancel it. So check out your meals the day they come. Possibly skip the second week from the get go. Also, like I mentioned. Don't even think you're going to get what the weekly menu is. You're going to pay $12 a meal for cooked oatmeal, serving size granola packages, or chia seeds (yes chia seeds! Just a package of chia seeds gelled up already) Customer service has been pretty good. I've been emailing them. We will see how things go with the second week of food. Since most of those are the same as the first week food. I ordered a few al a carte steak/beef/salmon meals to come next and then I may cancel or just switch to getting bulk salmon, cooked steak, chicken, and beef from the al a carte menu. Since cooking the meat usually takes more time than steaming veggies and rice. read more

Really great meal prep service! During my subscription i asked to change my preferences a few times, (Ex. no fish, frequency etc) and their customer service was excellent every time i needed them. Would highly recommend if you are in need of fresh prepared meals delivered weekly! read more

Appreciate the customer support when a change is needed that can't be facilitated through the App or Website, thank you Emily!

After using Trifecta Paleo meals consecutively for over 6 months, I paused my service for 3 months and have since re-started. I have evaluated but never used competitor services. Trifecta is the only company using all organic ingredients and grass fed meats. The shrink wrap packaging also is superior to other companies, which allows for longer fridge storage and makes freezing / defrosting super easy when you end up not eating as many meals as planned. The food taste great and they do a good job sending a variety of dishes and types of proteins including wild fish and grass fed elk. Read the suggestions on the website for best heating options and ways to add variety. The website is very good and allows for weekly menu adjustments as well as the ability to skip weeks or several weeks at a time. Customer service has always been very good as well. I have always received a response to emails within 24 hours or been able to chat real time when needed. Since beginning Trifecta in January 2019 I have lost 15 pounds and reduced my body fat from 17% to 14%. Trifecta has certainly been a major component that has helped me achieve my health and fitness goals. read more

Decent enough if eventually boring food at a too high price point, but getting out of their plan is the true nightmare. No quit options on the website, you have to be a week ahead of time or they're going to bill you again anyway, and their customer service you have to call or message isn't available except regular working hours for their time zone. All these hoops to jump out are unacceptable and scummy. Create an online store designed around your customer's needs instead of designed from the ground up to take advantage of them. This could have been a much better review if your cancellation policies weren't a borderline scam. read more

Bland food with good nutrition; great service but orders get screwed up and there is no option on the website to remove payment methods or suspend the subscription; you can only skip up to 4 weeks. I recently forgot to skip weeks and got a delivery I didn't want. I am on hold trying to cancel the auto order; this is unacceptable. read more

Thank you, Hannah, for your excellent service. You were accommodating in putting my account on hold. The company is great and will be using them in the future. read more

We have used Trifecta for over a year and have been very happy with the quality and variety of meals as well as the customer service. Today, Breanne quickly fixed an issue that we had with our delivery yesterday. On a Saturday on Labor Day weekend nonetheless. Thank you!! read more

It's taken me a few rounds of ordering to land on what I really like, but now I think I've got it! Generally speaking, the food is remarkably well-prepared, nicely seasoned, and well-portioned. There's nothing like having the convenience of that at the end of a long day....dinner in 2.5 minutes! The ONLY reason I didn't add the 5th star is that, occasionally, one of the proteins will be tough or gristly and that's a bummer if I'm really hungry. For the price the super-convenience AND the quality, it's unbeatable. read more

Great meals. Customer service A+! They are helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. Very hard to find that kind of service these days. Meals are good too! Perfect for someone always on the go with no time to meal prep. Highly recommend! read more

I used Hello Fresh for 6 months and hated cooking the meals. So when I discovered Trifecta, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I wanted cooked meals in my life so badly that I ignored all the negative reviews and signed up. Big mistake. Pros: * The customer service folks are responsive. I received timely responses from Shelbie via chat and Morgan via phone. And someone even called me back after I hung up during a long hold time on the phone. Cons: * The customer service lingo is questionable. They say stuff like "unexpected production delays" (is that code for "we bit off more than we can chew and cannot accommodate the demand"?) and "I apologize for the miscommunication" (oh, you mean the LACK of communication...see below for more on that). * The "Trifecta deliveries are once a week on Fridays" advertisement is false. According to this I should've had my box yesterday (5/11). I never received tracking information, so I inquired and was told, "I see your delivery has experienced a delay and your order is scheduled to arrive Saturday by noon!" Welp, here it is Saturday and FedEx has no record of the box being put on a truck. After posting a complaint in the Trifecta customer Facebook group, I received a phone call: "We experienced unexpected production delays so your box will arrive on Tuesday." Say what? That's 4 days after the advertised delivery date! * When I posted in the above-mentioned Facebook group, a company rep responded with, "I think there was some confusion on our end when we initially spoke to you yesterday." Yep, there was some confusion alright. And it caused me to cancel plans and rearrange my weekend to accommodate a Saturday delivery that is now a Tuesday delivery. SMDH. I really wanted to like Trifecta. But I should've known it was too good to be true. Heed the reviews because they are accurate. I really hope they can get their act together because there is great success to be had. But I'm not gambling away $115 in food thawing/going bad every week because they cannot uphold their end of the delivery bargain. read more

I gave Trifecta a try to save me time with meal prep. I was not disappointed! The website was very easy to navigate and understand the different plans/options they offer. The meals were delivered right on time and were still kept cold, fresh and vacuum sealed. We received a wide variety of different meals, so very pleased with that! The taste was incredible too - not lacking in flavor or quality! My only issue was the price - it's a bit expensive! But, thats what happens when you opt for convenience, so I completely understand. Overall, very impressed with Trifecta! read more

I couldn't be more disappointed. I was sent the wrong order; nobody followed up on my message. When I followed up, the customer service rep Rebecca couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my existence. And when I called their line to cancel my subscription, they hung up on me. I can't express how frustrated I am with them. I'll never give them another dime; neither should you! read more

Personally I would NEVER recommend Trifecta to anyone. So far I've paid for 3 deliveries, and received two. Lets start with the food quality. My orders are "al a carte" and include elk. The two elk containers I received in my second order were to entirely different products it seemed. One was a bright pink color of meat, consistency was rubber and inedible and the package was full to the top with liquid.. The other one was dark brown contained no liquid at all and was noticeably tougher. The chicken on the first week was great, but I cannot say the same for week two because it was basically chicken soup. in fact all of the meat products excluding the bison containers were full to the stop with liquid. Next, the delivery consistency. Ive received 2 orders from Trifecta now and both have late but apparently a simple "copied and paste" apology via email and everything is supposed to be fine. I had to send a friend to my house both weeks due to working on Saturdays. 2/2 orders being late is NOT a good look for your company. Week 2's meals were incorrect as well. I received items which were not in my order at all. Don't bother calling the company, you're better off trying to reach a live human calling time warner cable. Maybe within the next week they'll call you back and just apologize for the company not being able to provide simple service and not offering any sort of compensation. When the customers pay a premium price, but they sure can make sure their instagram PR is good.. Maybe Brooke Eence has the only quality service. Judging by the rest of the reviews, I wish I had read before subscribing. Bottom line Trifecta is a waste of money, provides customer nightmarish service, and horrible product quality and consistency. read more

Long before the shelter in place, I had been receiving Trifecta foods. I've tried all options, but for my personal goals, I prefer paleo. In the 10 home deliveries (I skip weeks), I think there was one meal I didn't care for and they got my order wrong twice (gave me steak or gave me multiples of the same meal) but they were super responsive-and they are a relatively new company so I understand. I like the meals very much; easy to digest, easy on seasoning and fresh. All the ingredients are simple and food is organic. These meals are not bland, but they're not heavy on sauces. I pair each meal with leafy greens and I'm pretty pleased. I have tried 2 other prepared meal services and this one is right for me. read more

Trifecta is an easy and convenient way to eat health. Their food is organic and delicious.

First of all this is the worst food I have ever tasted. They deliver on Friday snd automatically charge you Saturday for the next week. They give you no time to even try it. They said money back guarantee! Well I do not want the food I am getting and I am not getting my money back. Do not use this company. read more

Trifecta is great. All of the meals were fresh and had a lot of flavor. They make meal prep easy.

Pros: convenience and customer service was good. I wrote a not so flattering review because the food was upsetting my stomach and someone from trifecta reached out immediately. That was appreciated and unexpected. Also, they refunded some of my money. Which was appreciated but I think they should have refunded all of it because the food upset my stomach. Cons: food is extremely bland with a hint of a kind of vinegar type taste. Lots and lots of chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans). There is a lot of the same meals too. Not a lot of variety. For me, I really wanted to like this stuff it's so convenient, but for some reason every meal gave me an upset stomach. I tried to eat the food because it's expensive and I didn't want to waste it but I couldn't keep upsetting my stomach so I ended up tossing about 10+ meals away. I tried about 7 of them. read more

I was ordering fresh food delivered to my doorstep from a local company. Within about 6 months I couldn't stand the flavor of the dishes any longer and began searching for other options. I've been ordering Trifecta for well over 4 months and am fascinated by the variety in dishes, diet options, and a la carte options. I've tried the Keto diet (totally loved it!) and am now eating the Paleo options. Both are very tasty, filling, and a great way to support my nutrition needs. I've also called into customer support a couple of times either to figure out tracking of my order or ask for help with an order. They are SOOO NICE! I mean genuinely nice and patient. So overall, I'm very pleased with Trifecta's food and service and recommend them to all foodies out there that simply need a nutritionally balanced meal, without the hastle of prepping and cooking yourself. read more

I purchased a vegan meal plan and the food was very bland, some meals were undercooked, and there were items I couldn't eat because of allergies (There wasn't even an option to avoid the allergy when building the order). I contacted customer service and while they were very nice, they did not help at all. I told them that I was unsatisfied with the meal plan, asked them for a refund and to help me cancel my subscription. Instead, they charged me for a second delivery (even after I told them I wouldn't eat it), wouldn't cancel it and told me to gift it to a friend or family member as a solution, and only refunded me for 10 meals of the first delivery. Overall, my experience with Trifecta was extremely disappointing. If you're planning on purchasing a vegan meal plan from Trifecta, save your money and go elsewhere. This company is NOT flexible or understanding. read more

My husband and I are both personal trainers and competitors. We only fuel our body with organic, home made food. Trifecta is one of the FEW companies, if only that is 100% organic, that offers the a la carte option. Since switching to Trifecta, I've saved eight hours per week in meal prep. (Yes, it took one hour per day to cook 14 meals for my husband and I, every single day.). I've referred almost every client to Trifecta, and they are extremely pleased. I highly recommend this company, as their customer service is as good as their food! read more

What an awful meal delivery system. They promised a different menu every day yet I received five of the same meals. Further at $15 a meal I can do take out just as healthy for the same price. Don't even bother trying it. Update 9/26... I just tried one of the lunch meals and while heavily seasoned definitely fits what I was looking for. It is still eating leftovers since you reheat already cooked food so for $15/meal I think there are other local options I will try. read more

The packaging is great- doesn't leak like other services. Food is always on time and what I ordered. The meals are high quality and well balanced with a good variety to choose from! Thank you so much read more

My wife and I have used Trifecta for a number of months now. We were able to customize our preferences and not have specific things in our meals. I was able to get a lot of protein, which is exactly what I was aiming for, in a meal that was not too big. Everything is organic and super tasty. You can do keto or paleo or any of the big diet plans that are popular. It tastes much fresher than I thought and meals switch each week so you don't get repeat orders. Other meal delivery companies often repeat the same things every week and Trifecta doesn't so I was never bored with the food. Would highly recommend this to athletes if you want to get ample protein in your diet. read more

Kenzie R was very helpful in solving our repeat meals - selecting whole 30, and other protein limitations make it very limited. We'll test without whole 30, hopefully the results stay! read more

Kenzie R from Trifecta helped me correct my order! I had accidentally sent off my order and had forgotten to add my discount code. She quickly solved the problem :) read more

I have been using Trifecta as a way to stay on track when I'm out of town on business. I spend months at a time away from home and there is no better to meal prep on the road. Trifecta always has it to me on time and the food is great. I also want to thank Will Helm for his help. He gave me the perfect advice in a solution to the issue that I had. Thank you Will and thank you Trifecta read more

UPDATE 9/9 - Updating my original review because of Trifecta's great customer service. Bret from Trifecta reached out to me and apologized and made everything right with me. I believe in what Trifecta is trying to do and am really bummed the meals fidnt work out for me. I hope that they are able to find more consistency in the kitchen and can improve their service. 9/8/19 I am so disappointed. I decided to give Trifecta a try and just received my first delivery on Friday September 6th at about 7:30 pm. The first thing I tried in the morning were the hard boiled eggs which were a strange texture and didn't taste great. The small amount of liquid they were kept in tasted chemically and the eggs themselves we oddly bland. The next meal I tried at lunch was the beef patty, sweet potatoes and veggies and it was really not enjoyable at all. The beef patty tasted like cheap freezer patties and were on the thinner side which wouldn't have been so bad had they not been rubbery. The chicken and sweet potato meal was the only meal I had a good experience with. The brown rice and steak was horrible as the brown rice was not fully cooked and the steak tasted strange, honestly like it had been frost bitten which I don't understand because Trifecta isn't supposed to freeze their meat. This could have literally been the perfect service for me as I truly love simple meals. I honestly don't know how they could mess it up but they somehow did. I am also extremely disappointed that I didn't skip a week after my first delivery so that I could have time to try everything before I was locked into another week. By the time I received my first order it was too late to cancel the second order as everything needs to be confirmed 7 days ahead of time. I have already been charged and will be receiving another box of food I don't enjoy and while customer service did cancel my account they refused to cancel the upcoming delivery and refund me. They also spent far too much time trying to keep me on despite me saying kindly that I was just not interested and enjoyed the taste of my own meals better. read more

Amazing service....convenient, staff accessible, can skip weeks and great food......I work a lot and meal prepping is a problem let alone the same food every day....with trifecta my macros are accounted for and easy to track on the app.....highly recommended read more

I've been a customer of Trifecta's organic meal delivery service for over 2 years now & have been extremely satisfied with their products & especially their superior customer service. I recently had a delivery issue & Kenzie R cut through the confusion, provided me with the tracking info that I desired, & confirmed when my weekly delivery would arrive which was a huge relief so I didn't miss out on the upcoming week's meal prep. I'm a happy customer & would recommend this service to anyone looking to augment their health & fitness goals! read more

Although the good is good, it definitely comes at a high cost. But what really made me cancel my subscription is: 1)it takes them 4.5 days from the date of shipping to deliver, which means everything is thawed. 2) After waiting for 4 days and trying to eat the food, the first meal I tried had a long human hair in it. No thanks. read more

Trifecta started out great for me but the quality quickly went downhill. At first, the meals were great and diverse. However, this did not last. I had 4 deliveries. I noticed by the 3rd delivery, the taste and variety of the meals had declined. The entrees went from top notch to much lesser choices. My final delivery was 3 duplicate meals. A burger with beans, A turkey patty with vegetables and a salsa verde chicken. It seems like the plan had deteriorated to very little diversity or value. I canceled the plan and will try another. read more

This company took food delivery to a whole other level. Fantastic food, great service, and the quality of the food are incomparable. I want to thank you guys for being awesome. I have been recommending you guys to many other clients. read more

IF YOU ARE A PICKY EATER DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I gave them a try just to see, because most of the reviews said their meals had good flavor. The food looks so gross that right off the batch you don't wanna eat it. Everything tastes bland as well. read more

The worst, food isn't good, very small and they Gave me 7 out of 7 of the same meals, delivery a day late. I wouldn't waste your money. I ordered twice and twice too many times. Try talking to someone they don't even answer emails. Well I hope I helped someone not waste their money with my honest review. read more

Trifecta started off good with the first couple of deliveries. I had chosen the keto plan. After the first couple deliveries the quality started to less and less started with steaks and fish then started getting multiple chili's in one order and rubbery chicken and broccoli. I had downloaded the app and changed out keto plan to vegan plan to give that a shot. Well they kept sending keto and the less quality meals. Multiple of the same meals in one order. Ick. The app didn't register my changes apparently and they didn't want to do anything about it. read more
