Our experience with Trifecta meals have been fantastic. The meals are very well balanced and healthy. We both have hectic schedules so we know if we have 5 minute break we can heat up a healthy meal for lunch. I also want to shout out to the team as anytime we reach out to customer service they have been super responsive in getting back to us. Kenzie R, specifically, has been fantastic in our last few correspondences. Highly recommend & thank you for the great service and food. read more

4 stars hoping to raise after tasting the food This looks like the best organic meal service out- we've tried them all after many health & surgery events. All were awful- claimed to be organic, yet delivered non-organic processed food (Factor). One w so many damaged meals weekly that they asked US to go elsewhere -as they have no current plan to fix the obvious problem! (CookUnity). Oh the stories- but back to high hopes for Trifecta: Signing up as a new customer today, the order interface to website on mobile with good signal was slow & not logical (cart filled & couldn't click to change meals- had to use chat to get help on how to progress) Chat was clunky - type in your full name, email & message & wait - EVERY time. Then type in all over again because once connected, agents can't see it!! (I needed chat 3x to get order placed due to issues) But the people behind the chat were good. Mackenzie R. helped me to fix: 1- Discount code was not applied to order. 2- When do I place next order after 1 one? System should tell customers upon ordering! Mackenzie noted system will send email a few days before (I think but can't remember- boy it would be helpful if copy of chat were sent!) I also don't yet easily see if I can order ahead...grrr They don't have a texting system yet. 3- Do you have new menus weekly? No. A few per month. Ok, so if they're good, we can find favorites to repeat- fingers crossed. It must be a huge undertaking to run a fresh, organic meal company- we are grateful just to find you!! 4- How can I change my delivery day? Just Friday right now. Friday it is! Cheers to food coming undamaged & as tasty as the pictures! And huge cheers to all the hard- working customer service agents! They are the face, glue, & make it/break it of a company! Mackenzie R. saved the day! read more

Service: Received support from Paulina and she was super helpful in figuring out how to make sure I can pause and also confirming my next shipment. The dashboard is a bit confusing on what you're charged vs when your next shipment will arrive. I will say the website is a bit cluttered and while I was waiting for a support person to chat with, I was clicking around the dashboard and the chat box went blank so I had to restart the process Food: Nothing special, you are paying for convenience of meals where you know the macros. Some of my packages were vacuumed sealed and 2 were not. My shrimp bowl was drowning in sauce so the veggies were super soggy but the Barbacoa bowl was fine. Seasoning is pretty bland and texture is hit or miss but I was fully expecting that from premade "performance meals". Again, here for the convenience. Delivery: Timely and came on Friday as expected. Be aware when you order your first box, you will already be charged for next box THE FRIDAY you receive your 1st box unless you're in your dashboard and skipping the next delivery before the charge date. I didn't see ANY reminder emails about the next charge or delivery date but I definitely would have skipped or chosen out different meals for my next box. Received a receipt after my first payment but didn't receive that confirmation on the 2nd charge. read more

I had a sudden change in needing to move and Kenzie R helped me out quickly, kindly and with no issues. She gave me the option to freeze my account, but I wasn't sure where I was going yet, so I opted to cancel for the time being until I found and settled into my new place. Kenzie R made the process of canceling quick and easy and we were done in 2 minutes! I really have loved Trifecta food, delivery and their customer service. There were a few different times (as I'm currently in Florida) where there were hurricanes another other things that happened that disrupted my delivery, each time the customer service team made it very quick and easy to handle these things. They are always kind, and they always have taken care of me as a customer. I look forward to starting up with them again once I'm settled! read more

UPDATED 6/14/23: To be fair, after posting this review, I was contacted via email by one of Trifecta's sales managers and was refunded all of my money even though I was told this was outside of their "100% money back guarantee" policy. Although I am very grateful, I still stand by my original review as I think Trifecta's marketing practices are very misleading and the actual food you receive does not remotely resemble what is represented on their website. I think if you believe that strongly in your product, then post actual pictures of the meals that are being purchased and let the consumer decide. *** You might want to think twice before ordering from this company . . . I really try not to write a negative review unless it's warranted and I'm afraid this one does. First, let me say the food tastes terrible. And when I say terrible, I mean it's really terrible and almost inedible. The same base flavor seems to be in every meal and overall they are completely unappetizing in appearance, smell, and taste. All the meals truly look and taste like the same hash with a couple of different ingredients. Seriously, how can someone make a simple egg and sausage dish taste so bad? Are they powdered eggs? My husband will eat just about anything and even he didn't like Trifecta's food and went so far as to say that it looked and tasted like cat food. I'm not sure he knows exactly what cat food tastes like but I think you get his meaning. Of the 20 meals we received (10 breakfasts and 10 dinners), we threw away every single one of them after only a couple of bites, with the exception of one salmon dish. I'm just amazed anyone could write a positive review for this food. Second, I think it's very shady to be charged for the second week's billing before we even had a chance to taste the food from the first week's delivery. Note the delivery for the first week was made on a Friday and we were charged for the second week's delivery the very next day on a Saturday. When I tried to cancel the second week's order on that Monday after trying the first four meals, the customer service rep was unable to accommodate my request and I was charged yet another $164.98, where all of it went in the trash. Note my cancellation request was made on a Monday for something that wasn't planned to ship until that Friday but yet they couldn't accommodate my request. Hmmm. When I again emailed their customer service team to invoke the "100% money back guarantee", I was refunded a whopping $54.25 from my first order only and my second shipment still proceeded forward. So, my "100% money back guarantee" cost me a little over $200 for completely inedible food. If you're considering ordering food from this company, I would seriously think twice and read a few more of their reviews (which I wish I had done!) instead of falling prey to the slick marketing on their website. If you are still compelled to try them out for the convenience like I was and think the other negative reviews are just a fluke, I would highly recommend that you immediately pause your subscription as soon as you press the subscribe button so you get a fair opportunity to try the food before automatically getting charged for the second week. Personally, my recommendation is to avoid this company altogether as I think they have very poor business practices. I could overlook the bad tasting food and even not getting all of my money back for the first week's order despite their 100% money back guarantee, but to still ship the second week and charge me an additional $164.98 even though I notified them 5 business days prior to shipping that I wanted to cancel my subscription because we disliked the food, that's just not a company I want to do business with or one that I would consider ethical. read more

I wish I could comment on the food but it never arrived. Customer service has been almost non-responsive since day one. Three days to respond to a query when they tout 24/7 customer service on their site is a major lie. The first query they didn't even answer my question. Just a canned response proving they didn't even read my query, but picked out a keyword and canned the response. Tried calling but their system hung up after being on hold for 20 min. At this point they owe me money for the massive time spent trying to contact them in addition to a refund for not delivering the product. I should have known they were inept when I received two shipping notifications, one for UPS and one for FedEx. If they're so short staffed, they need to stop pretending they're easy to reach on their website or hire some help. Extremely disappointed with the way my entire account was ignored and the obvious shipping issue from day read more

I needed a meal prep that had yummy food, could keep up with my dietary restrictions and could ship any where (due to my travel)- Trifecta exceeded expectations. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I needed some help adjusting my order and Will made it so easy via their chat on their website (see screenshot). ORDERED: I initially ordered the Paleo Meal Plan- 2 meals per day (see photos for a couple meals). I just switched to basic meals (plain with just a little seasoning). EXPERIENCE: Meals came with giant reusable ice packs and were delivered right to my front door. I have tried many many meal preps, as I have previously competed in fitness competitions. This one is reliable, consistent, and well priced. read more

Second time subscribing to Trifecta and enjoying it! The deliveries have always been on time for me and I appreciate the variety in food options. Kenzie R was also very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change the delivery frequency. read more

Kenzie R was amazing helping order my meals. I cannot wait to get them and give a more thorough review on the meals, cost and delivery!

The food is disgusting and looks worse than dog food. One of the meals, piri chicken, made my fiancé sick. As you can see from the pic the food looks nothing like the food they promote in the ads. Also the company is super unethical. We received the food on Friday and tried to cancel the subscription the next day and they tried to charge the additional $200. So when we complained twice and threatened them that we will call our bank, they finally agreed to reverse the charge . read more

Trifecta - One of the Meals - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Sacramento, California

Just finished week 2 of meal delivery. We use it for lunches in the office which saves a ton of time. My husband and I really enjoy the taste and macros. I always wish the sodium content was a bit less but suppose that helps with flavor? Customer service is top notch. Paulina Vu has been super helpful over email and I received follow up calls! I visited Trifecta booth in Madison at the Crossfit games and the ladies working were equally as helpful and friendly. Great service model Trifecta! I'd love to see alternate delivery dates. Weekend deliveries are challenging with travel etc. read more

I order for the first time 5/1/2025 . I get other food delivery services and wanted to try this one as I seen reviews seem to be mostly good well at least on their personal site . I have to say canceling was very easy and they did reach out and apologize but i did throw out 8 remaining meals ( at my cost) . These meals were not good at all unless you love the taste of vinegar . My vegetable's tasted like straight vinegar. Asked husband to try to see if it was just me nope he spit it out he said this is bad don't eat it , meat was super dry . Tried another one of the meals to see if it was just that one nope the burrito was same vinegary and so dry i choked on it . For the price of these meals you can get way better in my opinion . read more

I only ordered for 2 weeks because I was so disappointed. I have to work to eat the whole meal because it is just not very good.

This is the first meal prep service I've ever used so I don't have much to compare to, even with that said, I love my trifecta paleo meals. I use my air fryer to prepare them and I don't find any issues with taste or texture as mentioned in other reviews. I'm a Night Shift nurse with a long commute and very active schedule. I loathe meal prep in all aspects. Trifecta has eliminated so much of that stress for me. I do wish the website was more mobile friendly and offered more autonomy to the consumer in terms of fully canceling a subscription. I was trying to change mine and ended up added another subscription. Then in the midst of a busy life, forget to call and cancel one and skip a week with another. Then along came Kenzie R.!!!!! Thank goodness for this individual. I called and presented my dilemma and the resolution I was seeking. Kenzie communicated thoroughly, and honestly. She listened to my concerns and helped explained the process of how we could resolve my issue despite there being some uncertainty with the situation. She went to work and promptly followed up with an email with the resolution I was seeking. Having customer service in the way that people like Kenzie provide is not something I come across often and it makes me want to stick with this brand for my meal plan needs! read more

This meal delivery service is an absolute scam. The food came frozen, even though they say the food is never frozen on the website (they say they "deep chill" it to preserve the freshness (???), but if something is rock hard, covered in ice and cold a.f., to me is frozen). Everything looks and tastes the same, which is a disgusting slop that reminds me of a throw up. Look at that picture!! What is that! Where are the whole foods you're promising? I had to read the list of ingredients to discover that most of them were powders (potato powder, mushroom powder, etc). On top of that, the average protein amount is below 30g per meal, which is unacceptable, considering that they claim to be macro balanced for athletes. The reviews and the advertisement is completely false. I asked for a full refund and they only refunded half of the meals. Thieves, scammers and liers. That's what they are. Don't waste your money and time with this vomit of a food. read more

If you have food allergies then keep looking for other meal delivery options! I ordered a keto meal plan of 3 meals x 5 days and included my food allergies. I ordered in July and they ended up missing the delivery date then blamed covid. I wouldn't have had an issue if their emails or site had mentioned such delays. The first meal I opened had mushrooms in it after I specified I have a mushroom allergy. The company wouldn't allow me to return the meals yet won't refund me for them either. *REVISED - Austin, a customer service manager, was understanding of my situation and offered me a full refund. read more

Trifecta has made my WFH lunches a breeze. I like the Whole30 meal plan because I know that the ingredients are clean, but there is a good variety. There have been some package changes recently (Fall 2022) that they are working through, and I think once those are solved, I'll be back to a full 5-stars with Trifecta. For now, the price point of about $13-$14 per meal is worth it to me to make sure I have something healthy and appetizing every day ready to go for lunch. read more

TL;DR - Bad: Terrible customer service with slow responses, 0 solutioning/flexibility, bad website UX/UI, food is 5/10 at BEST. A lot of meals are "dog food" in texture or too spicy to eat, and they're allergic to salt it seems. Good: consistent quality (not good quality, but consistent quality) and delivery. Unlike a lot of meal service, they have decent macros and you don't need to choose your meals and risk the diet. It seems their customer service policy is "oops, your bad." For the amount of work it takes to skip weeks of service, the bad UX/UI on their website, and meals that are below average in taste and texture, at $16/meal it's just not worth it. Special shoutout to Kian, for your "customer service"... We were traveling this week, and we had to plan accordingly to cancel many subscriptions to skip a week of deliveries, amazon/coffee/pet's food/meal service/etc... I had to resort to emailing them in the first place because I can't see any actions to take when I click on "skip weeks" on their website, so I CAN'T do it on my own! As within the policy we did everything on Friday (because why not make it the most inconvenient day of the week, brilliant!) unfortunately with many emails going out, I emailed the wrong business about the skipping of the weeks of the meal service (yes, my mistake). I reached out on Sunday morning as 48h had passed and I hadn't heard back. I got a response end of day sunday, which went to spam. Tuesday as I was about to follow up again 48h later, I found their email: "We're happy to help! Unfortunately we can't find the email, but send us a screenshot to help." I replied with the screenshot at 9am tuesday. They replied at 1:30p Wednesday "thanks for the screenshot, but the screenshot you sent doesn't have the time and date you sent the email and the first email we have is from the 12th which is past our deadline." I replied 40min later, pointing out that they missed it, because the date and time are to the far right on the image. They replied an hour later saying "Thanks, we submitted it to our tech team because we still can't find it, please send a screenshot of the pop-up with the emails information" and sent a screenshot as an example of where to click (not an example image mind you, just an arrow pointing to where to click to get the info.) As I was trying to take the screenshot (which is impossible to take due to how the pop-up and the snipping tool interact where the snipping tool will close the pop-up, and is probably why they couldn't provide a sample image but just point out where to click), I saw the information pane and I noticed it went to the wrong info@emailAddress. At this point I just thought they don't want to give a refund either way, which is understandable for struggling/small businesses and depending on their volume of transactions, refund fees can be costly. I reached out and apologized for my mistake, but the issue remains that we would be out of town and I didn't want the food to arrive just to spoil, we have no way of getting it inside or anybody to ask to store the meals. I asked what my options were, and 21h later, we're about to take off and I hadn't heard back, so I followed up... Crickets! They replied Friday at 4:58pm saying "ah sorry for taking so long, but you reached out past our cutoff time so there was nothing we could do to stop the shipment." - The box of food was already on our doorstep by the time they replied. Not asking for a miracle, didn't even directly ask for a refund, I asked for options - they gave me 0. Could've used the box as a giveaway sample box, give it to someone in need, store it and freeze it yourselves and then deliver the box - I would've been open to any of these, but they didn't even bother to try. Honestly, over $200 for 1 box, you lost a customer that liked the service because I was seeing results. I was referring you to fnf, but it's been a very long time since I've exeperienced such bad customer service so I'll just be doing the opposite of that to save my peeps from the experience. read more

Where is my food? Where is your company's integrity? Stay away from this company if you don't want to be lied to. My food was supposed to come last Friday but never came. Called multiple times and was told multiple times that "it's coming via next day shipping." Five days and multiple calls later, still no food and still getting the same excuses. However I have already been charged for last week and this week. How about giving me an honest answer that you forgot to make my food instead of being so deceitful? The number of consistent b.s. responses tells me that this is a company policy, not an isolated incident. Learn to have some integrity. Edit: Food was delivered this afternoon. In addition to the above issues, I'm missing meals. I should have received 10 entrees and 5 breakfasts, instead I received 14 entrees and no breakfast. It appears that your business just sent me whatever is left over without regard of what I actually ordered. Also half of the packaged food are smeared in dirt and blood, see attached pictures. This is gross. I DMed Trifecta as requests but did not get a response. I called Trifecta but am stuck on hold. Completely unacceptable. read more

Update: No delivery on Sunday. The food is on road since a week ago. Please see attached tracking photos. I used Fedex on a daily basis and this never happens for the past 3 years. What deal does trifecta has? Absolutely never going to deal with company again. Update: Unfortunately, the shipping now is rescheduled to Sunday end of the day. This is the 2nd reschedule. Tomorrow is Sunday and I'm sure it won't be delivered tomorrow. As this is food, I am not able to consume the cooked food which was prepared a week ago and not frozen. I have reached out for a cancel and refund. I hope we can resolve my cancellation as soon as possible so that I don't need to deal with this anymore. Thanks! 09/26/2020: It is already Saturday night and I still have not received the package which supposed to be delivered by Friday. Not only I have to travel to the office when it's delivered to get it, but I'm not sure it's even eatable anymore since it's been on the road since Wednesday. I will have not a choice but to freeze the meals when I eventually get it. In addition, I have try to call, email, and online chat with Trifect since Friday. Up until now, absolutely no response. Trifecta seems like a great way to have meals delivered and like a good nutrition for someone, however I do not recommend this company! First of all, their customer service is terrible. I have contacted them by email and have had no response. I asked them to please skip my meals for this week, and I just received an email that my meals will be delivered today. In addition to this, I then asked for my account to be canceled. I have had no response from anyone. I also have tried "chatting with a human" and have also had no response. The chat box just keeps loading and no one is logged on. To conclude, this company is a SCAM! By not allowing me to cancel my subscription, they are forcing myself and their customers to continue to pay for a service that I do not want! DO NOT get sucked into Trifecta. Go with another meal company if you are interested in this type of service! read more

Two extra stars for the customer service. To start, my meals were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. The day came and went and Trifecta did not notify me that my order was delayed due to a logistics problem. This completely messed up my meal plan for the fitness challenge I was starting that Monday. They gave me a $20 account credit which I doubt I will use. When my meals arrived I was shocked to see the nutrition label. A paleo meal for a woman looking to lose weight at 510 calories? 6 out of the 10 meals I received were useless to me as I need to stick to 350 calories per meal. Something standard for a female weight loss paleo meal plan. The bright side is they refunded me for the 6 meals I could not eat. The meals I was able eat were satisfactory, but not as good as I had hoped. All 4 of them were a protein in pesto with veggies, 2 of them cod and 2 of them sausage. I appreciate Morgan who contacted me after I posted my review to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. In the end it's just that Trifecta is not for me. One thing I did note is that both him and the previous costumer service rep I spoke with said they work with F45 nutrition to ensure their meals are challenge approved, but they both said the meals are made to come out to an average of 400 calories per meal. I went back to check the website, and the website advertises an average of 350 calories per meal for the F45 challenge. So this is something that I still take issue with. That's an extra 500 calories for 5 days worth of lunches and dinners. Those are extra calories I cannot afford with my meal plan and it explains the high calorie meals I received as opposed to what I thought I purchased based on the website description. read more

Before you order, I'm only rating this a five star because of Paulina from CS. My package was delivered to me and I live in TX. Food quality: I think it can be better. As I told Paulina, I enjoyed the first set of meals and after that, it was not so tasty. The website makes their food seem much more, but really, doesn't look all that tasty after heating. This is with all honesty. Packaging: The packaging is poorly done to travel with our heat wave in full effect. My package came in all soggy. There were three ice packs in the insulated box and all my meals were warm. Don't worry, Paulina help get my money refunded due to the poor packaging and unsafe meals. Customer Service: As stated, I was able to contact Trifecta and I have measured the temp of my food before I contacted. Paulina was even happy to wait for me to check the other meals before refunding just two. I found that all but one were safe to keep for later. Didn't look good either, but overall Paulina was pleasant to work with. Dislike: As most stated, you're charged the second week before you even get to taste the first. It's stated CLEARLY in their process of how you are charged so don't go trying to bargain. I don't like it either, but that is why you chose to skip before you get charged. (I did this). read more

Bland bland bland and unimaginative. Did I mention bland? For this price point it's super disappointing how haphazard these meals are thrown together. Zero finesse and no flavor. Also the pile of styrofoam that comes with this meal delivery is shameful. Especially in a time when biodegradable and compostable materials are readily available. I ordered the plant based line and got 14 meals of chickpeas! Is that really all you guys got for plant based? Who wants to eat chickpeas for breakfast lunch and dinner? I would have to move into my own place from all the gas and bloating that would cause. I don't recommend these meals if you are vegan or wanting to try plant based meals. Customer service was Nit very satisfying either when I called to discuss these issues. They gave me a $40 refund when my total was $170. FOR A PILE OF CHICKPEAS. thanks but no thanks. read more

Trifecta - Way too much unsustainable packaging - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Sacramento, California

I have been using Trifecta for the last three months. I subscribe to their Paleo track and I receive shipments every other week. I chose every other week, because I like to cook. These Paleo meals are quick and easy for grab and go to work. They microwave in 2 to 3 minutes and this allows me a healthy and tasty option for meals, instead of the unhealthy, bad food at my work's cafeteria. In addition, I am able to stay away from the cafeteria and the general public, which is good during this time (coronavirus pandemic). Receiving these meals also allows me to stay away from the grocery store, as I don't need to shop very much. Trifecta is very flexible. You can skip weeks like I do, you can change from the Paleo track to the classic track if you want to at any time, and you can freeze your meals if you don't need them right away. My only qualm against Trifecta, which is the reason for the four stars, is the nonsustainable packaging in which they come in as well as for the shipment. The shipment is a cardboard box, with Styrofoam lining and multiple biodegradable ice packs inside. The meals are in a plastic tray covered in plastic. I do recycle them when I'm at home, but I throw them away when I am at work. I feel guilty about the environmental effect that this has. The meals themselves are tasty, they are labeled for fat protein and carb content, they are non-GMO and organic. I love that about the meals; they are the healthiest thing you can get on the market. I order five lunches and five dinners, but you can have breakfast as well. There are many coupon codes you can find from sponsored athletes Instagram pages or by just googling for a coupon code online. I found one that provides me with 1 pound of Beef burgers with each shipment I receive. I've been really pleased with all my shipments, I have only had a few repeats of my meals in three months. The repeats themselves are some of my favorites, I'm not sure how they know that! I live in Florida and it's really hot here. I had to work and was unable to get my meals inside for 24 hours on a hot day. When I finally got home, I found the meals were still cold!!! The unsustainable packaging really does work to keep the meals fresh and safe to eat. The ice packs had melted quite a bit, which caused the box to be totally dilapidated and wet, falling apart when I picked it up. So the styrofoam pieces, if they were one solid cooler, would prevent the box from getting wet in this situation. I find the box is typically a little wet even when it hasn't sat out there all day. The ice packs generate condensation as they melt and this water is what is making the box wet. I have tried other meal delivery services including Fia's, which is local to Florida, Fit life foods, and kettlebell kitchen, Which are all premade meals ready to heat up. I would say kettlebell Kitchen has more sustainable packaging but that packaging led to bugs being in my meals because they sat on the porch for a few hours before I got home from work. I had multiple problems with the sustainable packaging arriving in terrible shape and the temperature of the meals was questionable for safety. Fit life foods has very few paleo style meals; most of their meals are way too high in carbs. Fia's was great- reasonably priced and delicious, but not organic and they only delivered to my gym (which I quit going to). I have also tried hello fresh and blue apron, who deliver meal kits to prepare on your own. I also found these to be too high in carb and they don't always include the freshest ingredients. Pretty sure it's not organic either. This style didn't help me for convenience in terms of them being ready to just grab and take to work. So overall, I am very satisfied with Trifecta. They have a team that responds to emails within 24 hours. My tracking number for shipments always seems to end up in my junk mail folder (I had reached out about not receiving it). They have an app to help with meal planning and macro counting. It also contains workouts. You don't need the app to manage your subscription. I don't really use the app. I would recommend trifecta, and I have recommended it to a few friends, some of whom are now subscribing and enjoy it as well. I have a friend who heats up their meals in a sauté pan (see photo below), who says they're better that way. It's just an idea if you don't want to microwave. read more

This week, on separate days, my husband and I both got sick and had an awful reaction after eating the SAME meal called Heirloom Vegetable Quinoa With Mahi. We get two of the same meal every shipment and it was not expired yet based on the label. Also, we ate other meals in the same shipment (salmon) and we're fine. This seems to just be the Mahi Mahi meal. Please look at the pictures of my husband's reaction... this also included a massive headache, drop in blood pressure, racing heart rate, and red itchy rash all over body. I ended up having a panic attack with multiple drops in adrenaline because I was scared and had NO idea what was going on... IF YOU HAVE THIS MEAL IN YOUR FRIDGE -- DO NOT EAT IT! Also, if you've already eaten it, and had the same reaction please pass the word along to others and write reviews about it, or report it to the California public health department. This is not ok and is a public health issue that should be reported. This company clearly does not handle or prepare their food properly. Google "Scombroid toxicity" or "Mahi Mahi flush." All symptoms are what we had. Update 5/8/20: Trifecta responded to this original post with a new message, however, I believe it to be false. I do not have my personal contact information listed on this site, and I am not the primary account holder for Trifecta, my husband is. My husband has not received an email or phone call. In fact, when he called to report it to the company when it happened, he talked to a customer service agent who did not pass the information along, only said that they could provide a refund for the meal. Trifecta, please review your CRM to trace this phone call from my husband. To me, this appears to be a customer service strategy to attempt to show Yelp users that they are doing something to address the issue. Given the last part about contacting me is false, I can only assume that the first part about contacting QA could be false as well. read more

Just started with Trifecta through an article in Arnold's Pump Club. Thought I had one subscription with 2 sets of 7 meals (which were delicious, by the way!). Turns out I accidentally created 2 accounts. Kenzie R was incredibly helpful via the customer support email, deactivating the extra account so we weren't inundated with food! She answered promptly and professionally, and she didn't make me feel like I made a stupid mistake. Thank you, Kenzie! read more

We just wanted these for weeks that were busier and filled with short work related travel, they seemed perfect with Whole30 options and vegan. Ordered a mixture of both to try out. Our first shipment arrived super well packaged and froze nicely for the days we needed something they were easy. The meals were bland but I'm a home cook and could easily add something to make them less like flavorless hospital food. We put the service on hold for as long as the system would allow as we had extensive travel out of the country coming up. The week we left the country I forgot to check and the meals were shipped without my intercepting. They were delivered and sat for 2 days before my housekeeper found them at the doorstep completely wasted. She notified me via text that the box was wet and stuck to the patio tile so I requested she open it. (The box was warm and the meals were shipped this time in these carboard containers that were breached during shipment so a few would have been trashed anyhow.) I immediately contacted customer support to suspend future shipments. This is where it all went downhill and the greatest reason there is zero chance I will ever go back to this company or recommend them. With the first shipment wasted I could take ownership even if it was $200+ left to rot on my doorstep but I received a response from Customer Service Monday morning stating that they would cancel my membership after my next order. I'm not in the country, I had explained this in my prior message, could they please hold that shipment or cancel it prior to shipment? NOPE they insisted that production was such that they would have ALREADY been produced to be shipped 5 days later and could not be stopped. "Could I have a neighbor or relative/friend go over and pick up the package" So 420$ later I could have donated them to charity rather than wasting food and way more money than these were worth at all. I'm working on having a local church member pick up the box to use at a food bank but this is with exactly zero help from this company. They simply stated I agreed to the terms when I ordered. HUGE FAIL No Taste No option to pause longer than 4 weeks No Customer Service....might have well interacted with a bot DON'T DO IT ....no matter what Melissa Urban or any other (insert favorite influencer here) tells you. Not it! read more

Kenzie R was very helpful in helping me adjust my plan to my specific needs. I was originally planning on canceling due to my schedule, but she made it very easy to find a delivery that fit for me. I also hope she beats Dave in this review competition. He's probably a nice enough guy, but I'm team Kenzie all day. If she loses, I'll probably cancel and go back to factor just out of spite read more

The items arrived still frozen, no problems with packing or shipping. However they are barely palatable. Lacking on general seasoning and taste, quite mushy. The appearance of the meals are unappealing, but I understand that there is only so much you can do with tofu scramble and beans and such to make it look appealing without a ton of additives. But do note the photos they use are very misleading. read more

Had to leave out of town emergently and wasn't able to take my meals inside, with only one ice pack keeping them cool they obviously went bad so I emailed customer service but was told no replacements will be sent. I then called customer service for money back guarantee only to be told it is only if the food tasted bad. So they expected me to still try the spoiled meals in order to get my money back?? Waste of time and money. read more

Horrible customer service. Do not recommend at all. Very disappointed as I have been with their partners RP for years and was interested in becoming a long term loyal customer of theirs however after the service I received from Kenzie Rigney I will never do business here again and I highly recommend no one else does either. There are other expensive food prep companies that will actually take care of their customers, unlike trifecta. Edit to add: I tired a few of the meals I did receive and they tasted like chemicals and they made our entire family SICK. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! besides the fact that the meals taste so bad, the customer service is horrendous. I was charged on the next meal delivery although i pressed to pause the next delivery. When I called the customer service a men that did not stop repeating my name in a very pretentious way, told me that by the policy I missed the cut off day by one business days, ALTHOUGH I requested to freeze my plan online!!! And mind you, there's no way to cancel the subscription online, you have to call them for that. summing it all up its just ONE BIG SCAM. There are so many other companies that are better tasting, better prices and much better customer service. Don't waste your money! read more

I like trifecta and get it from time to time depending on my needs. This time I had a lot of specific requests and complicated questions, but Allison was a great support agent. She responds fast and professionally. read more

Amanda from customer service provided me with a quick and satisfactory response to my inquiry!
