We turned to Trifecta recently after getting a celiac diagnosis in the family, and it's been a great way to supplement to our normal meal prep. We needed a trustworthy service that was celiac-friendly (since "gluten free" meals can still be cross-contaminated in facilities that also process wheat), and Trifecta solved this for us. We keep a bunch of meals stocked in the freezer so that we have something in a pinch (or when we're lazy). They are very simple meals without any crazy spices/sauces, which is something we also needed (because of other dietary concerns). Kenzie R from the support team was also super helpful and responsive in adjusting our subscription to fit our needs at this stressful time. Thank you! read more

I'm excited to try my first delivery from Trifecta. I'm writing today to comment on the great customer service I just received from Kenzie R. to help with a quick change to my delivery schedule. If the food is as good as the customer service, I should be very happy with my new meal plan. read more

Great meal delivery...tasty meal options, including gluten & diary free!! Personally I like the paleo plan the best. Customer care is fabulous, always fast & attentive! Will helped me this week :) read more

I've been using Trifecta over a year now and in my opinion it's the best meal delivery service in the marketplace. I've used many other companies and most of them were very good but Trifecta takes it to the next level! I lost 50 pounds following a balance diet (tracking my macros) using Trifecta. Here's what I love about the service; 1) Clean food (nothing processed) - you're not tricked into thinking you're eating healthy. You are eating healthy! 2) Support of any type of diet you may be on. I'm a fan of just a clean balanced diet. I've eaten 190 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs and 60 grabs of fat during my 50 pound weight lost (see you don't have to cut out carbs). I'm 170 pounds now. But if you're a fan of Keto, Paleo, Vegan and more - Trifecta supports it. Get crazy and switch it up! 3) They vacuum seal their food. This is big! Their food lasts about 12 days refrigerated. That's the longest I've seen in the marketplace. The results - you waste less food. 4) Farm raised, fresh caught and supplied by level 4 animal friendly farms. I care about animals and how they are treated and truly believe it's unhealthy to consume meat from animals under extreme stress. 5) Eco-friendly packaging. 6) A life saver during COVID. I never missed a meal delivery and didn't have to worry about taking risks going to the grocery store. 7) Amazing customer service especially if you're working with the amazing Amanda! 8) The food is delicious! read more

Great customer service experience with Will H typically use this service when I travel or won't be around to meal prep on my own. Their site only allows you to pause the service for 4 weeks. If you call, they can put a freeze on your account for an extended period. Good variety of nutritious foods. Trifecta saves me a ton of time. EDIT- unfortunately the Holiday Freeze program did not work out for me! The site does not give any indication that your account has been manually paused. Since it does not show a status, I paused the order myself. Doing so overrode the extended freeze which was confirmed. How I was supposed I know that ?‍ I was charged for an order that I will not be around to accept. The root cause of my issue stems from the fact that you can only opt out 4 weeks at a time. With my busy schedule I need a service where I can opt in when needed. read more

I'm a working wife, mother of two, endurance athlete, college student and chronic auto-immune warrior. Needless to say... momma don't got time to COOK on her day off! So when I was referred to Trifecta by a friend in 2016, I figured it was worth a shot. Over two years and hundreds of Trifecta meals later, I remain a happy customer. I use their Paleo meal plan currently for my lunches and dinners during the work week, and in the past I loved the A La Carte menu when I was using a macro-counting weight loss plan with awesome success. My favorites are ANYTHING with salmon and chicken, but their steak is killer, too. My husband loves the beef and bison burgers, and my kids occasionally steal the burgers, too. We love Trifecta and I have to say, knowing it's a California-based small business just makes it THAT MUCH BETTER. read more

Did Trifecta to help me with my fitness goals. In 2 months of doing mostly Paleo diet, I lost 13 lbs. Their meals are amazing, tastes hreat and never boring. I highly recommend! read more

I've tried MANY (maybe all) food services. This is the best cooked food by far. I have the a la carte plan and can mix and match my meals. Add seasoning to the meat if I feel like it, but it doesn't needs it! They season just enough and the texture is unbelievable! With the food never being frozen, only chilled after vacuum seal, it heats up nice in the microwave and is always moist. If you live a busy lifestyle and want to eat right, this is the service for you! read more

I am cancelling my subscription as I've had a lot of issues with the company - primarily, with their macro counts, actual weight of meats and messing up my orders. It's a shame but I'd rather save the money and prep myself if I have to weigh and measure everything they send me. At that point it's not worth the money. While the food tastes good most of the time, I've have had the following main issues with their service: 1. On multiple occasions the macros for their classic meals are wildly off in either direction. When I ask customer service as to why, I get differing answers. 2. The weight of their steak and bison varies - not every portion is 4oz. Some are 3.5, some are 3, some are 5...I've received multiple packages with meats that are underweight and a few overweight. 3. Freezing the steak and heating it up is gross. It doesn't freeze well at all. 4. They are constantly screwing up my order, promising free meat, and never giving it. As a result, I'm going back to prepping my own meals. Please get your quality control together! read more

I Love this company! The meals are delicious and healthy and have helped me maintain optimum health. I feel strong and nourished. A little more variety would be wonderful if a person is ordering 7 meals for the week but I can appreciate that they are cooking in bulk. I especially like taking this pre packaged heathy meal to work with me when I know I can't get my hands on a good meal mid day. They are super easy to work with and you can access your account online and skip weeks when you need to. They are great at offering discounts to give you a chance to try something new. Meal delivery is a wonderful way to stay trim and lean and it is a total time saver. They also have an online app which is wonderful for getting motivated and inspired. read more

Been on trifecta for 2 years now and will continue it. Overall amazing and worth it. Pros: convenient Consistent Saves time Taste good Cons: pricey(not super expensive but not cheap) Errors (orders messed up once a year about) I personally highly reccomend it for people who are athletes and want to eat clean consistently and can afford it. read more

Trifecta makes meal planning so easy it's crazy. The food is good, packaging is easy to use. The customer service via chat is always spot on. I had a question about adding a feature and through the chat support Alex P had me taken care of in 3 minutes. Food is good, good customer service, it's a win win. read more

Food is great. Super convenient and they pick the menu for you with your feedback so you don't end up eating the same stuff every week. Kenzie R from the phone line was super helpful! read more

Trifecta's meal prep service has been great for me. I started off doing full meals, but have since switched to proteins only. I love the quality of the food, and the customer service with Kenzie R. has always been excellent as well. They're willing to work with you on what types of foods/meals and shipping schedule works best for your lifestyle. I'm a firefighter so it's taken me some time to dial in when I need shipments because I don't really eat Trifecta at work (we cook on shift). I have and would recommend Trifecta to anyone trying to meet weight loss or weight gain goals. read more

Dave D. Did a great job of answering all my questions regarding the meals offered and was even happy to help me gain access to a medical personnel discount! Thanks for all the great information and personable customer service! read more

Had to contact customer service today over a technical question and wanted to say that I am SO very impressed with Trifecta. Not just on their meal prep services, (as the food is delicious), but mainly on their level of customer service. I spoke with Anjeleah G today and she was not only super friendly, but also patient and efficient in answering all my questions. I do believe that customer service will make or break any business. I've personally boycotted a brand or 2 (That I've REALLY liked!) merely because of how poor their customer service was, but not Trifecta. From setting up my account to providing timely answers to all questions...and the FRIENDLINESS of their CS reps.... BRAVO! read more

Trifecta changed my life! I have been looking for a healthy meal delivery service and Trifecta has been fantastic. I have a busy job and go to school full time, so I do not have time to cook, but want to have a healthy diet. Trifecta's website is user-friendly and customer service is exceptional. I love Trifecta because their customer service is unmatched. Every time I've needed help, a respresentative gets back to me within two hours. Today I ran into a particularly tricky situation, which I at fault for. Both Travis and Paulina went above and beyond to help me. Travis called and emailed me, while Paulina helped me via live chat. Both of them were kind, helpful, quick, and set expectations in a polite manner. One of the reasons I'll continue with Trifecta. read more

I have been using Trifecta for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it! The meals are cooked to perfection and are extremely convenient for somebody who hates to cook! When I had some unexpected expenses come up, I wanted to cancel my subscription but found out that I can suspend deliveries and charges to my account for up to 2 months (Huge thanks to Kenzie R from their Customer Success team who helped me out with this - I would have cancelled if not for her). If you're looking for healthy and delicious meals, easy delivery and top-notch customer service, well, there's a reason they're called Trifecta. :) read more

I haven't yet tried the food, but I did have a very good customer service experience. I signed up for Trifecta over the weekend and just realized that deliveries are on Friday/Saturday. During the summer I am not home from Friday @ 5PM on and through the weekend, so this schedule won't work. Kenzie R helped me on their chat service to cancel my subscription and that experience was painless and fast. I will get one delivery next week to try things out, which is fine because I will be home this weekend. read more

Gotta give it up to their marketing team for fooling me into buying their meals. Food taste horrible. Honestly, between factor meals and trifecta, no contest factor meals. read more

The food is delicious and filled with nutrients. The various plans can accommodate a variety of palates and preferences. The food is clean, without the use of oils and excessive salt and other seasonings. If I need to spice it up, I add hummus. The other part is that they have fantastic customer service, as evidenced by my interaction with Breanne Dyke. Great work, Breanne; keep it up! I really want to like this service, but it's been a little hit and miss for me since the start. I've been ordering a la carte which works well for me. I've tried most of the proteins. Was sorely disappointed by the cut and quality of the red meats-- gristly and tough on most; have never had this problem with a rancher we occasionally order from. The poultry and fish products are fine. No complaints on the eggs and sweet potatoes. Most of the starches are easy enough to prep on my own, so I can't vouch for those, but I have tried the veggies and found most of them to be a little sharp, almost as if they were steamed with a little vinegar. I couldn't tolerate them so went back to fresh/frozen veggies. Quality and taste aside, my biggest issue has been incorrect orders: I've had 3 in the several months I've been trying them. I will give them kudos for amazing customer service and promptly addressing any issues. All agents have been friendly and apologetic so I appreciate that. All in all, it's an incredible convenience to have prepped food delivered, especially in light of some long and erratic work hours this year. I think the a la carte proteins are a decent base to work with and slash my prep time in half. I also like that I can skip weeks and send my delivery to a different address if need be. I'll continue with the service for now as it's been helpful, but if time wasn't an issue, I'd happily prep my food myself! read more

I am blown away by the quality and taste of the meals. Prior to becoming Trifecta customer I considered any food in a box or plastic as fast food to be eaten in rare occasions when nothing better is available. My first Trifecta meal, chicken with walnut pesto was delicious. It tasted like a professionally prepared organic dinner. The cauliflower with salmon was my next meal that also tasted great. Today I was contacted by Will Helm from Trifecta who informed me about different types meals for variety of diets they specialize in. Will was knowledgeable and I learned how to customize my meals and delivery schedule. With gratitude, Peter Wasowski read more

My husband and I have been using trifecta for over six months now. I have tried the keto and clean eating meals and both are fantastic. I agree with the other comments about variety, it is mostly the same handful of recipes, but again, they all taste great. Customer service has always been amazing. They are super helpful and very quick to fix any issues. I used the chat feature today and Kenzie was fantastic!! For those comments that say they can't skip a meal they apparently just don't know how to do it in their account, you can skip up to 4 at a time. read more

TAKE YOUR MONEY-LOOKS HORRIBLE. DON'T expect the product to look anything like the pictures. You will receive a package of mush smashed food that looks similar to some of the wet dog food i buy. If you can get past the look, some of them tasted ok. TAKE YOUR MONEY, this is a major problem. They hide on the checkout page in fine print that they will be billing you not monthly, but weekly. I ordered enough to give a try with no intent of a continuous order until I knew if I liked it. After the first couple that was obvious I wouldn't be ordering again and Chaulk the loss up to education. Here is where the HIDE the tricky cost. Upon check out of the first order it tried to auto bill me weekly. I made sure the clear the cart and save. Oh but that doesn't work as the product showed up and they of course billed me anyway. Upon contacting them the attitude said I was not the only that had complained about this. I strongly requested a refund to no avail. THEY GOT ME and THEY WILL GET YOU. DO NOT USE THIS BRAND. I was able to cancel future orders after they took me for the second one. BAD BUSINESS. read more

I've been using Trifecta all year and I absolutely love it! It really saves so much time. The food tastes great and is incredibly easy to heat up which makes meal prep as simple as possible. Their support is also always amazing. Most recently I made a mistake and failed to skip a week while out of town. I had the pleasure of interacting with Evalyn who quickly looked into it and helped me cancel the order a day late. Seriously a great group of people who provide some great food! read more

I wish I had read these reviews before I tried it out - they are accurate. Horrible packaging awful smell nothing like what was advertised. I mean it's a pre-prepared diet meal service I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was so gross. Super strong seasoning on everything and since the packaging is so bad it ruined most other things in my fridge including breastmilk for my baby! :( I thought this would save me time but instead I spent the morning throwing out the expensive food in my fridge and wiping it out from the spills from the bad packaging. Even worse - they also got me for another week! I contacted them immediately after only one day of having it in my fridge and they insist it is too late to stop the shipment 6-7 days in advance. (My next shipment will arriving 13/14 of Jan) I've tried other meal services and never had one turn around and charge so fast for the next week. The customer service rep said I must be looking at photos from a different type of diet on the website than what I ordered and just said this has never happened before! Lies clearly as other reviews mention the same issues - and as if just because it hadn't happened to anyone else there is no reason to do anything about it. You got me good! Don't get tricked by this one. read more
