They said that, if I had ever made an appointment on line, it was on file. UPDATE: Dave just called, and was rude from the outset. He said that since I didn't give enough notice, I was charged. He was so rude and arrogant I just hung up on him. There is no notice about this fee - $82.50 folks. Lots of turnover.
