The Tribute Store is located a Universal Studios between the Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon and the Mummy Ride. The Tribute Store changes each season. I recently visited Universal Studios with my family over the New Years and the Tribute Store was decorated for the Holidays. There are several different themed rooms. One of the room was themed for the Grinchmas. The last room was holiday themed for Harry Potter. It was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. If you love shopping for holiday goodies, you should check out the Tribute Store. There are some amazing merchandise inside. My family and I ended up purchasing a few items 1) A Jurassic Chomper Toy 2) A Grinchmas Shirt 3) A Who-liday ornament

Opening day!

It's now located where the old annual pass holder location was. 5/26/23 is official opening date. Make sure to grab a basket on your way in as there are so many options to pick from. According to my teenager, the DNA cookie was a huge disappointment. Tons of fun photo ops throughout the store. Make sure to take your time as you don't want to miss anything.

The tribute store is located in New York catty corner from the Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon ride. Even if you are not into shopping you will want to pay this pop up store a visit to see its amazing themed rooms. This years store has three rooms based on the Intellectual Properties of Ghost Busters, Stranger Things, and Universal Classics Monsters. If you do love shopping this is the place to pick up glasses, shirts, buttons, and collectibles from the stars of this years Halloween Horror Nights. It is worth the time to really check out the rooms because besides a ton of really cool merchandise, Easter eggs are hidden for the fans. In the Ghost Busters room the refrigerator that Slimer sits on has notes, maps, and menus pertaining to the film. Be sure and check out the bulletin board too. I almost left with a stuffed Stay Puft Marshmallow man. Stranger Things is marking it's return to Universal this year in a big way including its own room in the tribute store. Here you can pose for a picture with a Demodog. The walls are covered with the map of Hawkins from season 2. A lot of the merchandise in this area is 80's themed. My daughters favorite item was a VHS tape that contains socks. The third room is a steam punk tribute to Universal Classic Monsters. Along the wall is a monster in incubation. My favorite item to buy here was the custom T Shirts you can have printed on the spot. Since you can't take pictures in the houses the Tribute Store is the place to go to take your photos to commemorate the night. Once you start looking around however you are going to want to leave with some of the coolest merchandise this event has in years. Just visit at the end so you don't have to carry everything around with you.

Fear Reach Scream Park - Main bar and hang out area

Fear Reach Scream Park

(6 reviews)

My wife is the fun things to do Halloween guru and found out about Fear Reach Scream Park on the…read moremorning news. She purchased our tickets directly from the site https://fearreach.fearticket.com/frontapp/book/ticket for $20 each and they also offer two add-on's, (1) the Double creature feature $15; and (2) the speed pass for $10 more. We purchased the $20 ticket, which grants you access to the park and 3 haunted houses. Things to know: - The park is only open on Friday and Saturday nights from 7-11pm. The park modifies its days/hours near the end of the month to be open on Thursday thru Saturday Nights (24th and 31st) until 12am. - The park is in a large open field out in the middle of Tavares. If you have trouble seeing at night you might want to bring your own flashlight because there is not a lot of lighting to and from your vehicle. - Although you are entering a somewhat enclosed park know that it is all outdoors. Dress appropriately for the humidity (it was muggy as hell), for walking in muddy grass and puddles, and prepare for mosquitos. - There are several osculating fans in the bar area which help but no air conditioning to be found other than in the restroom. - The only running water I could find was in the restroom and it was most likely well water from the property (strong sulfur odor). Bring your handy wipes! First off, I have to say that all the staff here are lovely! Every staff member we met were friendly, had a positive attitude, and truly cared about the job they were doing. I can only image that their managers treat their employees well and appreciate that they have such good people working for them. We had dinner before we arrived here, so we didn't purchase any of the food inside. It is nice to know that there are several food vendors available if you are hungry. The Gringa Mex food truck, and a BBQ vendor, along with one other vendor selling sweets and fried items. We did however purchase several drinks at the main bar and prices were competitive with one of the other bars on site. I was drinking Jai Lai IPA's and they were $6 each, not bad. There are several fun activities like the ring toss and ax throwing which cost more but all proceeds go to a good cause. Additionally, there was a Terot reader, a Henna tattoo artist, and several other merchants on site. All very cool; however, save them for after the Haunted houses to ensure you see them all. There was a very good band called The Dismembered playing during the evening. Our friend is a neighbor with one of the band members, which made the event that much more fun since we were able to meet and hang out with the band for a while. The haunted houses were pretty good. My favorite was Grimoire Manor, second best was Bloodline Barn, and third was the Chainsaw Chase. The first two are more of an actual haunted house, pretty much what we were looking for. The Chainsaw Chase is pretty much your group being quickly corralled (chased) through the haunted house by scary characters with chainsaws. It goes quick, so its over before you know it. I wish there was more characters inside and other creepy things to look at, then maybe have the chainsaw guy chase me out toward the end. Something to mention about the haunted houses is - two items jump out at you in the first two houses. One is this creepy dude that is hidden in a bed and the other is a tall dark Grim Reaper looking dude that's on a pedestal near a walkway. They are pneumatically controlled, which is awesome but they come very close and if I was the lead of our group, they would have hit me in the head because I am so tall. So just be prepared if your tall like me. All-and-all, we had a blast checking this place out. It was our first time here, and it was worth the $20 to me; I have to say, we will be back. If you are looking for another great place to enjoy the Halloween festivities, I highly recommend checking Fear Reach Scream Park out, and be sure to bring your friends, it is so much more fun with a group.

Wow. My first time here. And I really liked it. Three…read morehaunted houses. Two of them were very very good like just as good as Universal Studios. The third one was just like a maze. They have a band on the weekends. A full bar with lots of seating. They have a couple of places for a photo app. They had a dancing scarecrow. They also have a midway with games and ax throwing. A really great place to come for Halloween worth every penny! $20. Free parking..

We purchased tickets for A Petrified Forest as last minute plans on Halloween night not sure what…read moreto expect and we were really blown away. Parking is free and and so is the short tram or bus ride to the event. The experience begins on the ride as you're greeted by the bus driver; (Ours was named Splatter and his energy set the mood for the night) and his assistants who may give you a fright as they give you the lore/theme of the houses and their names. The premise of this event changes every year, and after our experience we are excited to see what they cook up next year. In the front yard of the event there are many food trucks to choose from, some with themed menu options, a few shops with an array of goods, and a DJ playing some Halloween classics. This area is a relatively small but we never felt crowded, and we're able to find seats at tables to eat, despite it being Halloween Night where we expected a peak number of visitors. The smaller area also guarantees that you'll have many encounters throughout the night with the scare actors who roam this open space. Screams from guests filled the air sporadically all throughout the night. The houses were extremely impressive. There were 3 free houses included in your ticket and 2 experiences where you pay for an extra ticket. These tickets also work as fast passes to the houses. We found that the lines went by quickly. The houses are not so much houses as they are trails through the wooded area in the event lot which added a lot more to the fear factor than your typical indoor haunted houses. Every scene was filled with props and scares. It was obvious how much effort was put into the designs of the sets. This year's premise to put it simply was an abandoned mall and the houses reflected that. What really made this night for us were the employees. This experience was very interactive and the scare actors all had great attitudes. They were in character but when we had questions about the event they answered us seriously and it showed. We got the impression that they enjoyed their work, and that helped keep spirits high all night

Doom buggies will ride you through the various dark scenes and show you all the inhabitants of the mansion. 99 ghosts in all! Don't forget to check out the nearby gift shop.

The Haunted Mansion is one of my favorite rides at Disney World. Top five. It's a must-ride…read more It's not actually scary like a haunted house you'd go to during Halloween season or an attraction at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. The ride is family-friendly, so kids and adults can enjoy it alike. I never rode this one as a kid, only as an adult, and I quite enjoyed it. It just has a lot of original charm and appeal. The ride is old and opened concurrently with Magic Kingdom on October 1, 1971. While updates have been made over the years, I've heard that the original magic of the ride has stayed true to the original. We had Lightning Lane passes on a non-holiday Monday around 1:05 PM and experienced about a five-minute wait. The regular line was really long. There are lots of memorable moments. Highlights for me included the seance room with Madame Leota, the ballroom with the dancing ghosts (neat special effects; reminds me of Super Castlevania IV), and the cemetery with old-school animatronics. I like the song, "Grim Grinning Ghosts," composed by Buddy Baker in 1969. There are lots of fun details and Easter eggs inside and outside of the ride. Admittedly, I didn't notice that the paintings stretched. I was a bit disoriented in the "elevator" room and didn't know what to expect. I thought maybe the room was rotating. My wife and I got stuck for a few minutes in one of the "Doom Buggies" in the cemetery. That experience was actually fun and we didn't mind it. It gave me extra time to take in and appreciate the sights. Shortly after getting home from this trip to Disney World, we watched the movies Haunted Mansion (2023) and Muppets Haunted Mansion (2021) on Disney+. These are movies based on the ride. The original version of this ride at Disneyland in California is different. The Disneyland version is shorter and the outside looks like an antebellum mansion as opposed to the Disney World version's Gothic revival architecture. I recommend checking out Cinemassacre's September 2025 video review of The Haunted Mansion on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nQguaXmUzk

We typically do the express passes but as many online influencers and YouTuber's explain even with Express you are waiting in really long lines and may not get to every house. The RIP tour on the other hand gets you in and out of the every single house, scare zone, and main show in under fours hours! However your guide makes a difference Harley was ours this year and we now have a group of friends ready for next year to ensure we can request her. Harley was thoughtful of restrooms breaks, alcohol (no alcohol) breaks, and even made sure we ended the night with more of the freebies and RIP Specialty items and spots throughout the park. Harley was knowledgeable, great with small humans, and the back storytelling was exciting and fun! Did I mention the free buffet and unlimited water and soft drink line that ACTUALLY HAD GOOD FOOD! The options were primarily vegetarian with a few meat items available. This was a huge perk especially because the "bloody brains" aka Cauliflower Wings were to "die for". Alright if I didn't get you with the awesome host, backstory on haunted houses, RIP seating in shows, and RIP specialty items the let me convince you with the exclusive Jimmy Fallon rooftop bar at the Jimmy Fallon. That's right that balcony facing the green is for special Events and yes with the right guide you can enjoys a break and take a memorable photo with the Halloween Horror Night Jumbotron playing ads for the different houses. Honestly we will never go back to any other way of Halloween Horror Nights and look forward to next year!
