I just had the best 24th birthday with my twin at Tribe yoga over the weekend! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Stephanie made it the most special experience with allowing me to bring all sorts of decor, my own music playlist, and had me pick the type of yoga we would do![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] During yoga, she set in place beautiful intentions to use in our practice. I had 20 of my friends come along and they all agreed it was my most memorable birthday yet. My sister and I love and appreciate Tribe yoga so much and are so happy to have found such a beautiful community!

Love this studio! Great location, plenty of parking on site but also at the publix and lots near by. Stephanie was so sweet and provided such a tranquil experience. Scented cool towels, awesome music and great vibes. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, has a changing room as well as a room to store your belongings. Even has a little coffee station and some snacks. I signed up for their new member promotion, but you can also get class packages. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a sweet, lovely little studio. The only negative at all is they don't have showers. Small parking lot out front so be sure to give yourself time to look for a spot around the side if the front is full. Different levels of classes if you want a chill but energizing wake up to your morning try Steph's Go with the Flow. The studio itself is charming. They make great use of the laminate floor, the relatively high ceilings, and the sweet fireplace that is decorated with salt lamps. They always have an essential oil in the diffuser. TL/dr: A charming place to get your yoga on

I happen to be in town for a conference and needed to get my yoga fix. I found Tribe Yoga Studio from Class Pass and was greeted oh so warmly by the owner Stephanie who was teaching the Afterglow class - Lucky Me! The studio is so cute! Stephanie taught a great class and I felt confortable and welcome. Her clients love her and after my class, I now know why because now I do too! I can't wait to come back while I'm still in town. Stephanie is the best!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to a "For the Girlies" yoga class here today taught by Frankie and Stephanie.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The class proceeds benefited Metavivor a metastatic breast cancer charity. The class had pink feather boas, pink necklaces, fun women pop music and even a treat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a fun all levels class. I enjoyed it and will be back![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Me and my friends tried out the Hot Yoga class here. I really liked the studio and the whole vibe of the place. The instructor was really cool and gave us a challenging session. We really enjoyed it. One of the best yoga classes I have ever been to. Highly recommend.

This is a BEAUTIFUL studio with top notch interior design. The aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous from the main lobby area, to the cubby/coffee room, and the yoga room itself. I'm a ClassPass girly but they welcomed me with open arms the first day I walked in and have been sweet as pie since. I tend to lean toward the heated classes because I feel I can be more flexible with my movements. This room gets comfortably warm, not 90+ degrees as I've seen at some other studios. Every instructor is unique with their own style, and all have been challenging in their own way. I have definitely deepened my practice and I'm happy to be a TRIBE visitor.

What an adorable space! Tribe was so welcoming, intimate and cozy. Took a candlelit heated class which was so relaxing, great way to unwind at the end of a long day. Good variety of yoga classes and definitely want to try more!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner was very accommodating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Doors are closed while classes are happening, for safety reasons! I will be definitely coming back

My favorites are Vinyasa with Sarah, the owner (who is amazing!), Hatha with Robin, Gentle with Violette, and of course Happy Hour Flow with Michelle or Tori!! All of the other teachers are exceptional, too! The space is totally devoted to yoga and features a large main studio and a smaller intimate studio for private and smaller classes. They have several sizes and thicknesses of bolsters as well as blocks, straps, blankets, and sandbags so that you can fully explore the use of props in your practice without having to lug along all your own gear. The studio is clean and aesthetically very zen! The VERY best thing about Red Sun is the spirit of hospitality and community they provide for all who practice there! I always feel encouraged to practice at the pace and flow my body needs. Come find yourself at Red Sun!!

First and foremost I see they are very strict on time so make sure you don't lose out on your money. I believe I got there a little over a minute or two and as soon as I came through the door I was checked in by the instructor and she pretty much gave me a very short intro of hi and have you done Vinyasa before? I replied yoga yes but not much of an expert. After that front door was locked so no one could enter during which I was instructed to place my belongings and shoes in the cubby. We then went into a small room due to event taking place in the main larger room that day. It was a tight spaced room but we pretty much fit just by the mark. The class were on a more advanced level and positions moved very quickly. I miraculously kept up for the most part but my wrists aren't that strong so had to alter some of the positions sometimes to cater to that. I for sure got some heat in and lil sweat so the work out was definitely there and appreciated. I do enjoy some good stretch's as well which it had some but more of a combined mix of balancing, standing, and dog ward down with it. I would have love to go to a gentle class to see if I can really can commit and since it's more at my yoga level. I can see this is def my cup of tea its just the steep membership prices has me contemplating.

While this form is a good workout, it isn't for everyone at all times. For those interested in something reflective, more meditative, yet still provides excellent muscle training, Iyengar yoga is recommended. Problem: there are no Iyengar classes in Orlando. Just as good as Iyengar is Anusara yoga, a type of yoga developed by John Friend which takes from the Iyengar form and builds on its principles. I have visited many studios in N/NE Orlando. Most of the teachers at these studios have not been practicing long and have been teaching for less. This doesn't mean they aren't good teachers, it's just that with many years of experience comes wisdom and better teaching practices which equals a better more safe experience for you. I know a good teacher when I see one. I've practiced all kinds of yoga, been practicing for a while, and have taken classes with the best teachers in Los Angeles and San Francisco. I found Lake Center Yoga when I was looking for a teacher with many years of experience and someone who taught something other than power yoga. Sri Ekan and Nirgunavathi Ananda teach Anusara yoga at this studio. They have been practicing yoga for 36 and 31 years, respectively. (From what I've seen, the average length of practice for any teacher in Orlando has got to be ten years, if that.) I knew that this place was a gem after one visit. Sri Ekan's teaching style was casual without pretense or pedantry. I left the class feeling high as a kite and with knowledge that complemented my current practice. The studio itself is on the smaller side with a great view of a lake. The vibe is welcoming and laid back. The people were warm and friendly and of varying ages, ethnicity and build. Of note, there is a resident mascot, Honeybear, who has got to be one of the sweetest dogs I have ever encountered. I encourage everyone to give this hidden gem of a yoga studio a try. You will not be disappointed.

Recently I've given a few yoga studios a try while deciding to get back into a more regular practice. I revisited CPY and realized how much is missed it/how much better it suited me than many other local studios. The focus of the ashtanga practice at CPY is not just fitness (though that's an added side effect) but rather on breathing and being present. I've also been getting into mindful meditation and their style pairs well with it. It's totally non-judgmental and the studio is incredibly inviting. This starts with the instructors. Theresa and Calvin make you feel immediately welcome and treat you like a friend in a way that feels totally authentic. The classes are challenging but you're encouraged to take breaks in child's pose and listen to your body. At the end of the practice is a Shavasana that will have you feeling calm and relaxed on the way back to your car. Another lovely touch is that they offered wonderfully aromatic tea as you left the class. It's a little touch but many little touches like this create a wonderful overall experience. The one thing I wish is that they had earlier classes for those who want to get a class in before work (currently the earliest is 9am). Otherwise, I wouldn't change a single thing. It's my favorite studio in Orlando and I really look forward to the classes!
