I have gone to 1 class here and boy did it kick my butt. This class was way more challenging than I was expecting but it was really great. The front desk was super sweet and the instructor was really attentive and encouraging. I will definitely be going back for another class!

It's been such a lovely experience! It feels like the Cheers of studios. They welcome you by name, ask how you're doing, and genuinely care. After my first class, I even got a card in the mail thanking me for coming and letting me know how well I did. The class is challenging at first, but it gets less overwhelming the more you go. The instructors are also there to help and offer modifications when needed. I chose barre because I wanted a good thigh workout, and boy, is it ever! Beyond the welcoming environment and great workout, Sarah is a wonderful instructor and one of the reasons I keep going. She makes me feel confident and helps me feel like I'm making progress.

Patricia taught my class and let me tell you, these small incremental moves really do pack a punch. Days later my legs were still jello. She was so kind and was great a cueing. I love when an instructor isnt judgemental but is helpful and inspirational and she was all of those things. The women in class were nice. It seems like many of them have been going there snd are familiar with one another. After class a few women made it a point to talk to me and made me feel welcome. It gives off a very community driven location which is something we should all be looking for in a fitness studio.

Be patient with yourself. Don't be scared away after your first couple classes/sessions or intimidated by everyone else. I learned no one bites lol. I thought with my background of pilates and a little dance I would catch on quick but for the first several classes I was like "how am I the only one that doesn't seem to know what I'm doing" lol you're not alone 2. Be open on how do the positions/moves. Don't assume you know the way right way to do the poses/positions even if you've done bar at another place or took dance/pilates/yoga. I was a devotee at another bar studio but wanted to mix it up here and learned several moves I assumed were the same are not. 3. Be on time, Ultimate I-4 and my slow car clock are the death of me lol. As with all bar studios: These classes start exactly on time, every time. You don't want to be late. I try to get there 10 min early.

The workouts are fire! You don't realize how hard you're working when you are literally moving in inch increments. The instructors are incredibly helpful with your form, so you constantly get the best workout, leading to the best results. Night and day difference. I absolutely love this studio; I love these girls and love this community! If you are looking for something new, looking to be challenged, a new community of uplifting, powerful individuals, then look no further. You already found it. I am not going to lie; these classes are not easy, but you can do it, and no one wants an "easy" workout. People of all ages and all sizes take these classes. We may be at different levels of our workouts, but everyone is 100% capable of doing PB. The magic is in the small, tiny, INCH (literally an inch, think of a ruler, an INCH) movements. The way you build muscle and core strength overtime is insane! I can't explain it; you just have to do it. Each class is different than the day before keeping classes exciting and not burned out. Each class is about 50 mins long and I promise, you will be 'inching' for more, later. If you read this entire review, just take a class. I know you're hooked :)

5 Stars for a FANTASTIC Pilates studio where everyone is incredibly welcoming and all bodies are…read morewelcomed. My good friend Addie recommended I try this studio after hearing I was interested in taking my yearlong at-home matt Pilates practice to an IRL studio with reformers. She let me know what she loved most about it was how inclusive it was of all body types- not just your stereotypical Pilates/yoga body. I mentioned my concern that the classes appeared to always be on a waitlist on the website (they have 12 reformers, so the classes are small), but she let me know people cancel very regularly and you almost always get in. Besides that, if you book a week or two out, you will have no trouble immediately getting placed into the class. The weekend after Thanksgiving, I signed up for one of their intro sessions. These sessions are just 30 mins and only a few folks who are interested in taking classes, but want to check it out first. After our 30 mins with Lisette, we were all down to get memberships. One thing that really impressed me was how friendly and receptive everyone has been since then. I've already been to a few classes (I go hard when I join something! Lol) and the teachers have been wonderful and affirming, while walking around and adjusting us (not physically, but with verbal cues). I planned on doing back to back classes (a reformer flow and then Center & Balance class), but wanted to make sure that made sense and as soon as I called, my questions were answered with friendliness and like I was talking to someone I'd known for a while. Finally, I'm stoked about how clean everything is kept. Everyone cleans all of the equipment they used right after class and it is THOROUGH! There's something about the group pressure that helps keep everyone accountable to doing a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Overall, a great studio! I got the app and have been able to sign up for classes for the same week and have gotten off the waitlist each time. Yay for timely cancelations! (There's a few invited if you no-show without formally canceling, which I imagine helps this process along!)

What can I say! I love Project 7 Yoga!…read more I have been coming to this studio on and off for years (starting back in 2018-ish). During the earlier stages of my time coming here, I'd usually only go to their Yin / Deep Stretch classes because I had a pretty solid work-out regime outside of yoga. So, the deep stretching was a great balance to my primarily cardio-based routine. It was not until last year, that I fully committed to a membership and it's been the best decision I have ever made. Though I am not a complete novice to the practice of yoga (as I have been doing it on and off with no real consistency since middle school when it was recommended as physical therapy to me by my doctor), I am a novice to being consistent with my practice of yoga. Signing up for a membership, has been the game changer. The instructors are amazing. Patient yet encouraging. They take the time to learn your face (and name) which just makes attending the studio feel that just more like a supportive friend group. Though, they offer primarily heat based classes, do not FEAR it. The heat is bearable. It's almost as if with each passing move you are sweating out the negative energy of the day, toxins, and any bad vibes you may have had following you that day. You leave feeling refreshed, inspired and deeply proud of yourself for showing up for YOU. Needless to say, I am a total fan of this studio. The space is clean and there is ample parking. They offer great membership packages as well as reasonable drop-in class prices. They also host various restorative events like crystal bowl meditations. And if yoga is your calling, fret not, because you can also go through instructor training under their tutelage. I say all that to finally say, if you have not been, I definitely recommend giving this studio a go! You won't regret it! Peace & Love. Namaste.

I booked online through…read moretheir website for a same-day appointment and then a member of their team called me to get a bit more info about my goals and provided me with additional info to prepare me for my first stretch session. I have not worked out or done much physical activity since I had a baby, so one of my goals is to increase my mobility and flexibility before just jumping back into exercise. She let me know that non-slip grippy socks are required which was good to know. They do have them available for purchase in store if you forget or need to get some. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted and instructed to remove my shoes and get ready with my socks on. My flexologist was Mackenzie and she was wonderful. She walked me back to the stretch bench and began to explain the process and everything she was going to be doing. First, they have you take a quick Physmodo scan which involves doing some squats on a screen and it assesses your mobility, posture, activation, and symmetry. This tells the flexologist the areas that they need to focus on, and they customize each stretch session specifically to your needs. My scans revealed that I was especially tight in my hamstrings, neck, and hips. Then you lay down on the table and they begin to gently stretch your full body. Wow, it felt amazing and I didn't want it to end! It should never be painful and Mackenzie checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. It's almost like physical therapy. After my session, they provided me with more info on their memberships and pricing. While I really wanted to commit to a membership, I did have a bit of sticker shock. A single stretch session goes up to $115 each time or a membership is $299/month which includes 4 stretch sessions... basically one per week. I unfortunately just could not justify the cost, but I really did enjoy the experience. They have a $49 special for your first 50-minute intro session and it is 100% worth trying!
