There is a no phone policy in the yoga room, so it's the perfect hour to disconnect and recharge and get in a good yoga session. 5 Star update: Great studio with classes available throughout the day. (My current fave is Flow + Essential Oils with Sarah B. I recently signed up for this class after having been away from Full Circle since COVID times. There is now one entrance with a lobby area (cubbies for your things, some clothes for sale, etc) where you check-in with someone at the front desk. From there you're given a mat placement number so everyone knows where they'll be situated in the class and everyone fits nicely (no need to ask folks to scoot over to make room for another mat). The numbers are clearly displayed on the ground and you just place your mat on your designated space. I signed up for a class with a familiar teacher who helped me get through lock-down with her virtual classes. Sarah creates a flow that sometimes feels like a dance of some sort in that one posture transitions beautifully into the next. No awkward transitions here- She's has clearly thought through her classes before they start and practicing under her was an absolute joy! I did the 12pm last Thursday "Hot Power Flow" class aka lunch power hour, as Lauren Richardson, our yogi called it. Her sequences were so unique and she's a very inspirational teacher. I love how motivating and encouraging she is the entire class. The studio is super cute with boho vibes and plants all around the entrance. You must remove your shoes and leave them at the front. Then there are cubbies and lockers further inside near the hot room to store your personal belongings. They also have the cutest neon sign that says "Exhale, you're here now" and I loved that little reminder as I entered the hot yoga room. The temperature was mild and I would describe it as warm instead of hot. However, the flow that Lauren directed was power heavy so I still left very sweaty! There's lots of cute yoga merch for sale inside so you can buy yoga mats and clothing. They also provided a cold eucalyptus face towel at the end of the practice. The essential oil clears your airways right up and really helped me to get into resting mode faster. The ceiling fans are turned on when class is completed to help you cool down. They also share a parking lot with the neighboring businesses and they have reserved spaces for yoga students. The studio smells clean and they have an air Purifier with UltraHEPA, Carbon & VOC Filters. The floors inside the hot room felt clean and I read a note that they sanitize after every class. Full circle has become my go to studio! It is hotter than other studios i've been in but i don't mind it. The first time I went I didn't have a great experience but ever since discovering Elizabeth's classes i've been hooked. She has great energy and her class feels very inclusive. If you do visit this studio, I highly recommend starting with her classes. Beware that it may be a full class. They fit up to 50 people in the room so it can be tight, personally it doesn't bother me as much. read more

Here's the story: Today I witnessed something that made me seriously reconsider keeping my membership here. As I was walking in for class, I saw a young woman in the parking lot visibly upset, asking for help because her car needed a jump, she had the cables, she just needed a car to quickly give her the jump to leave. Three employees of the studio -- all with time to spare before class started -- rejected her as she pleaded for assistance. No urgency, no concern, not even a moment taken to assess whether she was safe. She walked away saying, "I hope this never happens to any of you," and the weight of that sentence was hard to ignore. A few minutes later, I stepped back outside and saw what actual community looks like: two men and two women, none of whom worked here, immediately stepped in and helped her get her car started so she could leave safely. For a studio built on themes of compassion, presence, and family values, this was a stark contradiction. Great class and instructor. But 50 people in a tiny room and no ventilation is claustrophobic! I understand its hot yoga, still the air must circulate! At one point, breathing was almost impossible and the smell got unbearable . The class is packed, you have very little space to try anything and every person receives a number where they should place their mats. To me, seems a bit greedy. Not coming back! I just took the best hot yoga class with Ashley --Thursdays at 4:30. I hadn't taken a hot yoga class that good in a long time. It was pretty hot in the room which I enjoyed and the eucalyptus towel was a nice touch at the end. But the flow was amazing. This is a nice, clean studio with CHALLENGING and knowledgable instructors. I would not recommend some of these instructors for beginners as the vinyasa moves fast and stops for no one - and there wasn't much assistance from the instructor. I saw several new-to-Yoga girls struggling and I felt bad. I've been going to different types of yoga classes for years, but it would have turned me away had I been a beginner. I'm a ClassPass girly but and I go around once a week for a good hot flow. The classes do get busy and there is not much space between each person - I think having designated spots for people to set up would be beneficial (like using number markers). This is a decent studio, but there are definitely many others around the area if you're looking for a kinder, gentler vibe. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and hands down this is my favorite yoga studio. There are several different yoga instructors and they have a lot of different classes throughout the day! There are bathrooms, changing areas, lockers and cubbies to put your belongings. They do lock the doors right at start time, so do not be late. There are small hand towels, blocks, blankets, etc for your convenience! Music is always fun and entertaining. The parking lot is very small, so I personally opt out for street parking! A lot of classes are packed, so you will most likely have someone relatively close to you. This does not bother me; however, I know some people like to have their space when it comes to yoga. I only mention this so you can keep it in mind. Unfortunately, there are no showers! A lot of people ask me about this. Overall, truly some of the best people. The studio is warm (literally) and welcoming! They also do yoga challenges from time to time, occasionally yoga teacher trainings, and if you're up for it, Elizabeth does a once a year yoga retreat that is separate from the studio. For me, I've met and created many friendships with many people here. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

The infrared is definitely designed to make you sweat. A lot. I don't think I've ever been so sweaty, even at a hot yoga class with non infrared heat. The facility is nice and clean and the feel is more of an exercise class. The classes get full fast, so come early if you can. The parking certainly leaves something to be desired but that's par for the course in this area. The class times and offerings are numerous so you'll definitely find something to fit your schedule. The instructors are good, though I haven't seen them do any hands on assist or adjustments. read more

I just took my first Beginner hot yoga, infrared heat class, and I already can't wait to go back! The instructor was nice and helpful to those who needed guidance. Some of the moves were to hard or advanced for me so I opted out and stuck with another yoga pose or a stretch, the best part is you don't feel judged so if you ever need a break take it! You'll definitely be sweating it out, so be sure to come prepared. However, they do offer the essentials for rent onsite :) 10/10 experience, especially since I was solo and I don't normally do this alone. read more

I began my yoga journey in April of 2023 and was so lucky to have found this amazing space. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the studio is eco-friendly and super clean! Full Circle offers a variety of heated and non heated classes at a ton of different times throughout the day so it's easy to find a class that works for you. The prices at Full Circle are the most affordable that I've found, which is a big bonus! I regularly take Christine and Elizabeth's classes and I absolutely adore the both of them and how they teach. I moved to Illinois at the end of October and have unsuccessfully found a local yoga studio that gives me the peace, positive energy and love that Full Circle Yoga has shown me. Because of this, I have been streaming their online classes as an ongoing member and am so happy to be able to continue practicing yoga and growing with this studio. It was my first time at hot yoga and here at Full Circle. Let me clarify it is not hot like a sauna. More like, the AC just isn't on, so you will survive! The classes are $15 for one, or $25 for three. I did the three classes, because I will definitely come back. It is located in Winter Park and if you don't know where it is, you won't see it right away. Make sure you have your GPS on. I am so upset, I forgot our instructions name! Regan..ore Regar? I absolutely love this place!! I went there with one of my coworkers one afternoon after work, because it was convenient, as it was close to us. I bought the 3 for $25 and went every Monday at 4pm for class... My first class was with Elizabeth. And I enjoyed it so much I came back. I love yoga, and I was looking for something close to work to make it easier for me to go either before or after work. And this studio is perfect, as it is right in the middle between my house and work. I was not only looking for something close, but also for a place that I felt comfortable. For me, yoga is all about finding a place that you can enjoy and Full Circle Yoga has provided me with that. I have now bought a month membership and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been going to class almost everyday for the past month. I got in on a introductory rate to try (available for everyone as a first time client - 3 classes for $25) but there are so many options if you aren't sure with how you feel then go purchase one class to try. I think one class is 10-15 dollars which isn't too bad. The class schedules can be viewed online and you can sign up for your self too. Hassle free! I really like that no one is trying to push you to take more classes or come in like another yoga studio that i've asked for more information on. The studio B that I've been in is clean and the rest of the space is also clean and cozy. There are cubby spaces to put your things away and dressing stalls for clients to change in and out of their workout gear. There are also water and mats for you to purchase and rent, respectively. The space itself is peaceful and simply decorated and always extremely clean and they offer alcohol spray to clean your mat/belongings after class. I first checked in on my second visit at Full Circle Yoga. For background, I've been practicing yoga off & on for well over 2 decades and I've seen the inside of a lot of the yoga studios: NY, Baltimore, outdoors, free community centers, you name it. Full Circle Yoga is in my top 3. I started coming to participate in the Summer 30 day yoga challenge: complete at least 26 classes in 30 days. I completed 28. It was hard (they don't call it a yoga cakewalk!), I sweated profusely and I was dead tired most nights but this studio is now my happy place. The support that I've received was amazing. Ive been to two classes here so far (prenatal classes) and i absolutely love it. Adrian is a wonderful teacher, who is also a midwife and doula. It's a relaxing class and she definitely helps you to relax and shares techniques about birthing. She also is willing to answer any questions you may have and really give you full insight on what to expect. There are two prenatal classes, one on Thursday evening and Saturday morning. I've heard from other mommies to be that the Saturday classes are too full but of course the most convenient for those with busy schedules. I prefer the Thursday one since they are smaller and not busy at all. I've never had an issue with parking since i go a little early but there are enough spaces for sure. It does get packed but i can't remember if you can park on the other non designated parking spaces. Just double check! read more

I tried Full Circle for the first time yesterday and was impressed! Sara was good at swinging by to give me helpful cues when my form or posture was off. She also made sure to welcome me when I first walked in the door. The studio C space is very intimate and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the end of the class when Sara kicked open the double doors which allowed the cool air and sound of wind chimes to permeate the class. I went to Yoga Basics as part of my ClassPass membership. While the moves were definitely basic, it was hardly very challenging and not much of a work out if I'm being honest. I am relatively new to yoga so I was helping to improve upon my form and technique. The instructor didn't do much correcting with anyone and really only the basic moves were taught. I would be happy to try a different class perhaps to get more of a challenge as many people like Full Circle Yoga. There was only one bathroom and the lobby area was a little confusing. Full Circle Yoga is my happy place! The studio is lovely with several classes every day. The staff are amazing. I love the variety of teachers and classes. You can find everything from beginner to mom & baby to Hot Power! As with any good yoga studio, we leave our phones, keys, purses, and shoes in the cubbies provided in the lobby, just outside the class studio so as not to be distracted. For security and again, to limit distractions, the main doors are locked during class. Pease be sure to BE ON TIME or please BE PATIENT and wait for the next class! You can actually find the owner, Christine Northcote, teaching several classes! She also offers occasional Yoga Teacher Training. I have been practicing yoga for nearly 12 years and have had the fortune to practice in many strong yoga communities in the US, including Boulder, Colorado; San Francisco, and Los Angeles... Without a doubt, this is the best studio I have known. I have now been practicing here for two years, and this is my yoga home. Full Circle is a warm and welcoming place; Elizabeth, Sarabeth, and Kristen, in particular, are human embodiments of sunshine. The instructors beautifully keep the spiritual and traditional elements of asana at the forefront, while also crafting classes that are accessible and beneficial to (western) students of all experience levels. This is crucial, I believe, as the biggest downfall of yoga in the west is its commercialization and spiritual erasure. Christine, in particular, is a master at incorporating teachings from the sutras into her flow classes. I have been attending the prenatal yoga class with Adrianna as much as my schedule allows since I was about 14 weeks along. This has been the single best activity I have done to help myself cope with the rapid body changes.
