I came here to rent a Billy Goat Aerator, and reserved my rental over the phone the week before. The pickup for the aerator went well, and I paid for the rental when I picked it up. The aerator itself was great - I had no problems with it and it worked well. When I went to return it on Monday, I was told I still owed a balance, even though over the phone, I was quoted a different price. They ended up taking care of the problem, but I wish it would have been made clearer either over the phone when I reserved the aerator, or the day I picked it up. In the end, I am glad they took care of the miscommunication issue, and besides that one mishap, the rest of the rental process went smoothly.

Once they called me back it took days to get an estimate. In the meantime I found Triangle Sound Service. Brooks called me back quickly like within 20-30 min. He asked me a few questions about the event, the DJ equipment and desired set up and I had an estimate 10 min later. The day of the event, he confirmed again, showed up at the time agreed.
