While the vehicle could hold many more individuals we had only a small group of close friends of our son due to social distancing but the service and customer interaction from this Father/Son duo was beyond excellent. This morning (9/5), I initiated contact again to attempt to schedule a pick up and was told that my kit wouldn't be arriving until 9/9 and was met with a bit of an attitude. The person I spoke with (assuming it's Amanda) is unprofessional and could use some customer service and communication training. Your team will be racing against the clock solving numerous puzzles to get clues that are embedded in exhibits within the museum. You'll also get a prop box that contains items to help solve puzzles. You're given a deadline to solve your case and turn in your documents. Winners are determined by the amount of points from various correct puzzles and by time. When we spoke with Tenille, we knew she was the perfect fit. Tenille absolutely blew us away! She went above and beyond to make our day so perfect - from multiple planning calls to onsite coordination. She was so much more than a DJ/singer.
