After that he helped me get a plan to put my car on a trailer so we could get it home. He helped us along with a lot of the other employees there to roll my truck onto the trailer and secure it. They all did this very professionally and were all super kind and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. The process to rent the flat bed was made super easy by the person working at the front desk. Alexsis was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. The rerun of the trailer was also very easy, there was a lot of trailers and trucks in the way and one of the employees offered to get in and back it in for us. Overall 10/10 experience, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and experienced.

I confirmed 3 times in advance that the parking situation would not be an issue, but then the day of my pickup it turned into a giant issue. There is one employee who is super nice and helpful, but everyone else wasn't great. The office staff are trying to run 2 business out of one small location, so it can feel like they're too busy to deal with you. They forgot to include moving blankets that I had ordered and paid for. My friend drove all the way back to get the moving blankets and she said the employee was snarky about it. The truck was clean and practically new. It only had 14,000 miles on it!

We need the truck so we comply and when we get there there Kenyatta says that she never received the certificate of insurance ( later I was showed proof that she did) and after sitting there for 2 more hours getting insurance verbiage corrected on the policy she then has an issue with my credit card and instead of just holding the deposit on the credit card she wants to hold the whole amount. I get my father's credit card which was told by the other reps while getting the card number it was ok but upon telling her she cannot accept his card because he's not renting. Meanwhile there's thousands of dollars in my business acct but my credit card limit will only cover the deposit. What's the point of having my own full coverage insurance on the truck, they have insurance on the truck they have the business acct with more than enough in it but you need my cc to cover it too?! I should have known when I got there and she said she didn't have the insurance that she was giving me the run around and probably was trying to keep the truck for herself or someone she knows since they are so scarce right now and she was so keen to tell me about her own business she owns. Even the employees detailing cars asked them to move and then just shrugged and said they were the bosses. I hope enterprise can hold a higher standard for how its leaders treats their customers. I began calling at 5:45 to ask if they could remain open for two minutes. I was put on hold repeatedly never picked up until one minute before close. I asked if she could stay open a few minutes so I could pick up the car. She told me that the safe was already locked. I arrived at 6:02. In the past, I could've counted on someone helping me out. Not any longer. When I asked when they stopped answering the phone, she said she picked up and got dead air. But I was on hold repeatedly and never picked up. I truly looked forward to renting my cars here a few times a month. My loyalty is now broken and I will just go to whatever company is closest and most convenient. I always was a loyal customer for Enterprise, especially this location, because I still felt like a customer, valued. That is no longer the case, sadly.
