Not crowded on this day and time. Super spacious. Noise level was cool. Diversity in the customers: some eating, some working, some talking and drinking, some reading, groups, couples, individuals. Seating is diverse as well from two person tables to comfy sofas. We chose to sit at a floor to ceiling window in the sun on a comfy sofa. Service was great, being our first time the menu was explained. We were given a number for our drinks and they were brought to us about 5-7 min late. My tea was picked up right as I finished it. Located in the pavilion in university area across from the hospital. They are on the second floor so if mobility access is a concern, there's a walk from the parking lot and no way to get any closer. There is plenty of shared parking though. Very clean, chill space. I'm not a coffee drinker, I hear it's delicious. But my matcha tea was good. My daughter loved her Dubai chocolate Frappuccino. I'll be back and will definitely try the Dubai chocolate waffle or the croissant: decisions decisions.

It's a very happening spot for young and old, families and friends, people looking to work, and others just there to chill and relax. The line was out the door for the duration of my time there, but do not let that deter you. They have ample space to handle the crowd and it's well staffed with people constantly walking around helping and answering questions. Service is fast and everyone is so nice. They have a variety of seating arrangements which makes it great for large or small groups. This may sound like a lot is going on, and it is...but at the same time it's very relaxing and chill. You place your order at the counter and I'm telling you, they have a great variety to choose from. My party shared some chicken flatbread, a Caprese style appetizer(not its name), and sweet potato cheesecake. Whe all enjoyed some coffee made to order for our liking. We even ordered some pistachio and dubai chocolate desserts to go. Everything was superb! We sat and talked for hours and just soaked in the environment. I had such a great experience and I'm really looking forward to dining here again.

They need to reduce and clean...especially the bathroom full of hanging clothes. There were items on the menu that were not available, but overall the tea part was fine (they just took a while to bring out sugar, milk etc. that you'd expect to come with it). The most disappointing part was that I'd assumed since it was a cafe that there would be fresh pastries or other items homemade on the tea platters. The scones seemed fresh, but a lot of the other appetizer items looked like the frozen hors d'oeuvres from Costco or something, which was super sad. Overall, I would have expected more for the price and the non-optional $20 gratuity.
