The sandwich tasted kind of sweet, which is a taste found in gochujang. There was a lot of red onion slaw, which I would probably not add in next time. The chicken was pretty crunchy and tasted good, but I did not taste the marination in the meat. I got waffle fries with honey mustard for my side which tasted pretty good. My friend enjoyed her Little Italy sandwich. Overall, I would give this place a 3.75/5 stars if I could. For my first visit, I thought the food was alright. While everything about the actual order was fine, we found out afterwards that $44.97 was accidentally charged 3 times! Called the store to have the incorrect amount credited and was told that had to be done in person. Less than a week later, went to customer service and spoke with Heather. There was no friendly greeting, no apology for the error, no offer to credit my card, no congenial attitude, no apology for us having to make a special trip back to the store or offer to compensate. Was told it could have been credited over the phone if my wife had used her Lowes to Go account, which she had set up just such an account for the order. Even as I tried to make friendly side conversation about her Kombucha drink that I had loved that drink too until I learned it had alcohol, she even contended that it did *not* have alcohol when it absolutely does. In short, she desperately needs training in customer service and how to relate to customers. Due to this error combined with the lack of customer service, we'll be looking for another source next time.
