When I dented my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, I panicked. After reading reviews, I decided to try Triangle Collision. TJ Fish orchestrated the entire event. He worked with my insurance provider, kept me posted on my car via phone during the entire process and took great care of my car while it was at the shop. It was important to me, that the car looks exactly how it did before and that the results would be long lasting. After everything was completed, my car looked fantastic!! I was blown away! Ironically, I had both BMWs taken here for two different claims. Worked with both Brent and Tj, and have nothing but praise. Being both cars have unique paint (2017 &2018), they did an amazing job in matching the color. If you are super critical about the paint being flawless, I would highly suggest giving them a try! I had several scratches on my vehicle from people damaging it with their doors or from me riding up on the curve at the drive through. Don't Judge me. But my pretty Lexus was looking less than cared for. Triangle collision buffed off all of the scratches and even removed black debris on my rims from my incident at the curb. My car looks like new!!! Let me start off by saying that I have never had to use a body shop before but boy have I heard nightmare stories. My BMW 3 Series was hit in a parking lot and the driver left without so much as a note. To say it ruined my week is a understatement. After reading reviews I landed on Triangle Collision due to the high amount of solid reviews. Brent was able to get me in the following day and was very understanding and professional. He was able to give me a primary quote on the spot, with the assurance that if anything additional was found when the car was brought in the following week he would let me know. The day before the car was scheduled to be taken in for the body work I was hit again this time in the back! No sweat Brent provided me with another estimate and said they would be able to start work on it as soon as they finished the front bumper. I received almost daily text updates giving me a idea of what was going on. The car was delivered on the exact promised date and was IMMACULATE. The body work was flawless and the interior and exterior of the car was extensively detailed. Took my Explorer in for minor repairs. Got hooked up with TJ. He could not have been better. Before bringing in the truck, he talked with me a few times about schedules and when I would get the vehicle back. He took care of everything just as he said would be the case, and even repaired some very minor items just because he noticed them and did not charge me for this. The whole staff at Triangle is super helpful and courteous, and definitely know how to provide great customer service. Also, when I dropped off my truck my Dad was with me - he had a question about his car, and one of the technicians checked out his vehicle and told him exactly what the problem was - this saved my Dad a good amount of $$$ and time, as he was able to avoid a potentially costly evaluation/repair - again, he did not charge us for this and just did it on his own - I forget his name but we definitely appreciate that. I have been recommending people to triangle Collision for the past two years. Two years ago someone side swiped the whole driver side of my car in a parking lot a week after I bought it. I took it to Triangle Collision and they had it looking like new again. You couldn't even tell anything happened to it! It's been two years since I took it to triangle Collision. This is my first time having to repair a car and given the horror stories I've heard about repair shops, I had my reservations. But, my experience with Triangle Collision was absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely accommodating of my schedule and didn't solicit anything more than what I needed to be done. I had a great experience working with Triangle Collision. At my initial assessment, Dwayne went over my estimate line by line to make sure I understood everything. After I brought my car in, Brent was extremely helpful. I received daily updates about the progress on my car and Brent advocated on my behalf to the other driver's insurance company. The repair work is also top notch and as a bonus they did a thorough wash of the exterior and vacuum of the interior. They even cleaned the tires! Our 2014 Honda Pilot was T-boned. This place had the best reviews in the area so I figured it was a good option. They fixed the body work okay but the suspension work was not acceptable. They denied there was a problem even after an independent mechanic confirmed. Took it to the Honda dealer and they confirmed steering/suspension was still off. Customer service was decent up until they were told the car wasn't fixed. I would not trust bringing my car to this place in the future. read more

Fantastic Service!!! I was in an accident (rear end and back right quarter panel damage that was quite extensive) and my car was less than a year old. I was so worried it wasn't going to look or drive the same after the accident but that was before I found Triangle Collision. I worked with TJ and he reassured me several times that they would be able to get my car back to its pre-accident state. This was also my first accident. TJ was so good at explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Well, I picked my car up and it looks brand new and drives just like it did before the accident. Their customer service and communication are STELLAR! I was updated the entire time they had my car (about 4.5 weeks.) Not only did I receive regular text updates but TJ consistently contacted me when he said that he would and answered any of the questions I had along the way. My car was significantly damaged during one of the recent hail storms. While my insurance company tried to push their customers to one of the "big box" body shops, I did my research and based on many of the reviews here, chose Triangle Collision for the work on my car. I am so happy I did. The attention to detail, the customer service, and the dedication to doing the job right is evident every step of the way. TJ was my customer service rep and he stayed in touch with me the entire time, providing updates via text and phone. The repairs to my car took almost a month to finish (not at the fault of Triangle, but simply because that much work was required) and totaled more than $8,000. (thank goodness for insurance). While I told TJ I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, if I ever do have damage to my car again, I will go straight to Triangle Collision. read more

I arrived (May 4th) at 5:10 pm today (Wednesday), only to receive a puzzled, non approachable reception from the woman at the front desk. I was surprised at her greeting and had to ask, "you are still open, aren't you?". My request was simple: please take a look at my 2015 Mazda Cx5, The car sustained a torn roof antenna and some minor roof damage. I simply wanted an estimate. She announced that the 2 estimators were delivering vehicles and asked if I could come back. I said yes. She then stated that an estimator could see me on Monday, May 9th. If I include Saturday May 7th, that equates to 4 business days away! So, here's my perspective: either the receptionist did not want to deal with me, because it was after 5:00 pm (note: the business closes at 5:30 pm) or Triangle Collision does not need the business. Please note that there was another customer in the lobby at the time and did witness this interaction. No 5 stars from me today. read more

Recently, our van was in an accident and I chose Triangle Collision (TC) as the collision repair shop in large part due to the positive reviews online. Overall, I had a very good experience. Specifically, Brent was excellent to work with and available if you needed to talk to him (usually I'd leave a message and he'd call me back the same day or the next day). For those who don't exactly know how collision repair works: you typically take your car to a collision shop like TC and they take care of the body work while sending your car out to a nearby shop for mechanical repairs (in my case, TC sent my car to Atlantic Tire in Durham). So, if you're concerned about where your car will go for mechanical repairs, just ask the body shop who they use. Turns out, the only hiccup for me was with a missed mechanical repair. When I'd call, Brent was very good about saying "bring it back; if it's not right, we'll take care of it." In the end, he talked to my agent and got the dealer to fix the car. The body work looks great, mechanically everything seems very good, and I'm happy. read more
