We're talking on the walls too. Our Little Greenie steam cleaner was no match for her butt. I cleaned up what I could and had this guy come the next day. I was concerned about what chemicals would be used bc at that point Aiden was still crawling and gumming the carpet. This guy uses GREEN chemicals that are baby and pet friendly and he uses hospital grade disinfectant. The result was a sparkling carpet with nary a sign or stain of poo. And the house smelled SO clean. He was cheaper than Stanley Steemer, professional, friendly, and fast. The carpets were dry in a few hours! He also does upholstery. The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it. The couch is a light couch with extremely light staining. I will attach a picture of the couch that needed to be cleaned. Buyer beware. Initial conversations were just fine but the worker who came to check the couch had 0 customer service knowledge. Awkward experience.
