Seth gave me a price and I agreed and he said he would call to schedule. Never received a call, but an email scheduling for Thursday, then changed Saturday, then another email changing to Monday. I left a message with Seth but no response. He said he was part of management, but should be more invested in customer service. At the end of our scheduled 5 hour block on Monday, I called to see when we could expect them only to find out we were supposedly not on their schedule at all. Wasted a day off. Unacceptable. Also, if they respond to this review and claim to apologize, just know they do nothing about it, because most of the reviews are the same.
