I had been using Pristine Tile & Carpet Cleaning in my business and he has been excellent every time. We called Pete earlier this week because we needed a deep cleaning of our carpet and furniture. We are a pet family with a puppy, the carpet is the home original and the furniture is family friendly. Not only does our carpet look amazing, the pet stains and odors are gone, the couches look fresh and are clean and the workmanship is very professional. We knew the price up front and was not surprised with any additional charges for stain and treatments. We highly recommend Peter Diehl and he will continue to be our #1 referral for carpet and furniture cleaning. Very affordable and worth the price. read more

This is the best tile and carpet cleaning service in the area. Pete and his son are true pros in this industry. They show the best in a small business. They were on time professional and very courteous. The shower and bathroom are sparkling and the carpeting throughout the house are as clean as they have ever been. The equipment the use is the best and the thoroughness with which they do them is great. I was concerned that they would be too wet, but they use the right amount of water to clean but not so much that they are wet and take forever to dry. Pristine is the best!!! read more

Yesterday I had all 4 of our top floor bedroom carpets cleaned, one of them being our pretty large master. We have only ever cleaned them ourselves. But after my VERY satisfactory experience with Pristine yesterday I won't be cleaning them myself again (oh what a poor job the store bought carpet cleaners do compared to the real deal, Pete and re-Pete). Our carpets look brand new, as they did when we built the house 6 years ago, the short amount of time it took the duo was insane, and the price is more than justified. Give these guys a call if you want to be blown away! read more

Very reliable! Contacted two local companies about cleaning carpet with filtration soil. Pete came, did the job and removed the stains! I've had the carpet cleaned before and never once did the cleaner mention what the lines were nor did they offer to remove them! My carpet is 10+ years old and looks great! The other company finally called me back...AFTER Pete had already completed the job. The early bird gets the worm as they say! Also impressed that Pete came promptly when promised - so hard to get great service like this anymore. read more

I contacted Pristine to clean the grout and caulk in my master bath shower. It was getting to the point that it looked so bad, I didn't feel clean after taking a shower. I was quoted a reasonable price and scheduled an appointment. Pete and his son arrived on time and did a through exam of the shower, explaining my options. I decided to have the shower completely re grouted and caulked. It looks like a new shower. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. read more

Pete, Pete Jr., and all their crew do an absolutely magnificent job of getting our carpets clean. I'm talking pet stains, old candle wax, and 20 years' worth of dust and wear. Everything came out beautifully and our carpets are now so sweet-smelling and bright again. I cannot recommend highly enough how thorough, careful, professional, kind and caring this company and its members are and their services are reasonably-priced. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Well done, guys!! read more

Pristine tile and carpet cleaning cleaned my carpets for me and did an amazing job! There were stains on the carpet that had been there since I moved in a few years back. In addition to that, the room frequently smelled like my dogs and that odor is completely eliminated. I am amazed! I have tried other services in the past, and nothing has ever worked as good as the job that pristine tile and carpet did this week. Thank you guys so much! read more

We have used Pristine Tile and Grout for carpet cleaning two times. Both times Pete has been been on time, extremely pleasant to deal with, very fair in his pricing and has done an EXCEPTIONAL job with cleaning our carpets! Our carpets looked nearly new after he had cleaned them - the best they had looked in years! I would absolutely recommend Pristine Tile and Grout for carpet cleaning. I recommend them to all my friends. read more

Pete did a great job cleaning the carpets throughout our home. They looked brand new! They were also able to remove the magic marker stains from our berber carpet. Excellent quality service AND they are super friendly and conscientious about their work. It's unsettling at times to let folks you don't know into your home. Pete (and son) were so nice, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you! read more

Excellent service, very respectful of my home. Pristine did a wonderful job, price was reasonable. One set of steps had quite a bit of wear. He did them twice to get them to look as good as possible prior to putting our house on the market. Then, didn't charge me for that set of steps even though it wasn't dirt, but carpet wear from use. I would always use Pristine again and would recommend to friends. read more

Pete and Repeat re-grouted out kitchen floor and did a fantastic job. They understood exactly what color I wanted and made the tile look 100% greater. They re-caulked three of our bathrooms and our kitchen that badly needed work. All of their work is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone for caulking, grouting or any work that they claim they can do. read more

Pete cleaned 8 rooms of carpeting in our home. Most of the rooms had spots/stains that we thought would not come out and we'd have to spend a fortune to have them all replaced. Only 2 rooms still have spots that couldn't come out. He did an outstanding job and we'd use his services again in an instant. Very professional and great customer service. read more
