Frank, the owner, advised me that I needed a new water pump, belt, and pulley, which I authorized. They did a great job, and their prices were very reasonable. This week, my water pump started leaking again. I called Preferred Automotive and spoke with Frank about the situation. He was great and asked if I could bring it in that same day so he could take a look, which I did. After inspecting it, he confirmed that the water pump was leaking. Without any hesitation or issues, he told me to bring it back and that he would take care of it at no charge. What more can I say? Preferred Automotive is one of the most reputable, friendly, and honest repair shops I have ever dealt with. Their shop was originally recommended to me, and now I am happy to recommend them to anyone reading this review.

I recently was in a car accident and my insurance company (Progressive) recommended Diamond…read moreAutomotive for repairs as it's one of their preferred vendors and a lot of different Progressive customers have said good things about the body shop in the past when they had their service done there. My Progressive claims adjuster submitted the claim details late in the afternoon on a Friday to start the repair process the following week, and within 10 minutes I had a call from the offices at Diamond Automotive to try to schedule my appointment to drop off my car. The lady I spoke with was so nice and professional and wanted to help me any way that she could to make me feel at ease during the process. When I arrived at Diamond Automotive, they checked me in and set me up with my representative, Manny who was an absolute delight, shook my hand and made me feel welcome and walked through the damage to my car and next steps along with an estimated time frame. While I was meeting with Manny, the front desk had already been speaking with Enterprise and had someone en route to come pick me up to take me to the rental car lot while I was checking my car in for repairs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Manny called me back the same day to update me on how my car looked, an estimate of the cost of the damages billed to Progressive and next steps and estimated time line. Diamond Automotive was already ordering parts and getting the wheel in motion to get my car back to me as quick as possible (the hold up was with Progressive being cheap and not wanting to pay all of the cost of damages done to my car by another Progressive driver - but that's nothing against the body shop there). Diamond Automotive went above and beyond to help me and kept me informed every step of the way and got me my car back as soon as possible and the repair work was truly superb. I was in the car and they were still detailing the car to make sure their work was flawless. I hope to never have body work done again, but if I do it will definitely be with Diamond Automotive.

I am so grateful to the team at Diamond Automotive for all they've done for me (and my car)! From the moment I came to their doors, frustrated over the first 3 estimates I'd gotten for my rear end collision, and dreading how much I'd have to pay out of pocket because the person who hit me was uninsured and I wanted to avoid my insurance, Andre's Cortes gave me some hope as I noticed he knew what he was talking about and wanted to help me find financially sound but quality parts. They were knowledgeable, professional and had a true sense of customer service. It made me want to fix additional parts I'd been meaning to have painted, like the front bumper and hood. The end result was so much better than I could have hope for. My car is iolllld , but I treat it like a teenager and they did the same... they treated my old car as they would treat their Range Rover clients. I'm so impressed with their prompt and excellent service. I never felt rushed by them to sign up with them and , when I did, I never felt like they forgot about me. They even helped me coordinate my rental car pick up, kept me informed of my car's status and were much quicker than anticipated. My car looks brand new at a very good price! Special shoutout to Andres Cortes and Henry.
