Very good options for vehicle floormats and 12V batteries, tools and cleaning supplies. One employee was at the counter with a customer and saw another employee behind him. Nobody greeted me upon entering or during browsing. I found the car jack that I needed at a very good price but needed more information on its use. I asked the employee to help me with a question with the item. He was now dealing with another customer as I stood there helplessly and was not sure how much longer he would be busy. The other employee disappeared into the back of the store so I left and will purchase the item online. First time at this store. Customer service is number one in my book and at this point, a 2.5 star rating is reasonable.

Did not note and sales or low selling deals to move items. Got a couple items and I didn't realize they failed to honor their first time visitor discount. When noted the salesman just said he forgot. Sure ... didn't you just setup a new profile ??? We got a couple items and it was worth the visit while in area. Employee was jovial and knowledgeable. Would not make a special trip as you can get same stuff online at similar and lower pricing shipped, often less. Nothing wrong overall, but easier options exist online which limit the drive.

There are those that are junkie, more dedicated to the trailer trash warriors carrying a lot of novelty crap like the dancing hula girl to hang from your review mirror, the bikini girl emblazoned mud flaps and rebel flag license plates. There are also those more like warehouses than stores dedicated to the auto repair industry with all their clerks busy on the phone taking orders destined for immediate pick or delivery having little time or concern for a customer only making single item purchase. Then, there are places, but not many of them, like Bennett Auto Supply on North Dixie Highway which is clean, neat, orderly, well organized, has just about everything you may ever need. Matter of fact, I buy items for my boat as those items are often the same but less than half the price charged by the marinas or marine supply outlets. The best part of this store however is, and the reason I'm a Four Star fan, is their customer service. Every time I've ever been in here, and I've been here a lot, they have always had time for me, have always been helpful and have always been able to provide me with knowledgeable as well as competent advice.

I thought my previous battery was still under warranty at Pep Boys, but evidently it expired. I was shocked, but then again not shocked, that Pep Boys tried to make me buy a battery for $200! (Maybe because I'm a woman?) I said "no way", I'll go to the auto parts store! The gentleman were very nice & even gave me a discount. They installed it for me which took all of maybe 15 minutes. Alot less time than it would've taken at Pep Boys! It cost me only $115. I highly recommend this business for your auto needs!
