Dinner was so good, we came back for breakfast the next day. This diner is a great addition to a really cool hotel. The art on the walls is really cool! It's like an art museum. The food here is excellent. Very creative menu.

Yelp defines 3-stars as Okay. My experience does not rise to the level of Okay. I visited for dinner on Christmas Day. Not slammed, but busy enough and one demanding party of twenty. Appetizers were not offered, nor did we ask for them. Service was almost professional, but lacking finesse. The table top was granite and without a table cloth. Everything that was delivered, arrived with a metal on granite clatter - not placed quietly. A fork was bumped onto the floor during one delivery and the waiter attempted to crawl under the table to retrieve it - um, no. Not polite for the lady seated there. The pork trio was the star of the meal. They were tasty and the portion beyond generous. The ribeye was ordered medium rare and arrived medium well. Grrr. The brussel sprouts were properly prepared, but the pork belly garnish was so overcooked that it had a hint of being burned. Will I return? Probably not. When spending this kind of money, I expect more finesse and professionalism from the restaurant staff.

Nice place for fine dining in metro Detroit! Located inside The Henry hotel in Dearborn! Good food, drinks and service! Dean is a great bartender!

I came here a couple of times. Once for my sister's birthday and the other for Mother's Day. The first time was okay. I enjoyed the vibe and the aesthetic was great for pictures! Mother's Day was quite a disappointment. It wasn't busy but we were sitting for 30 minutes before anyone ever even greeted us to give us water. There were other people that were seated after us and were already being served, so I didn't like that at all. Anywho, the first time I got the apple crust whitefish, didn't like it because it was a little too "apple-y" and sweet. Second time, I got the

Awesome food and super cool location. Great hotel too - nice room, a little bit 'raw' in the decor but purposefully done.

I stopped by TRIA since it was one of the only two open places in an area. At first, I was a little nervous because the restaurant, which is in a hotel lobby, appears to be a little upscale - I was dressed in jeans and a long-sleeved T-shirt. However, there was a wide range of folks wearing dressy to casual outfits, which put me at ease. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted by my waitress, who was super friendly. I started off with the crab and lobster cakes. I've never heard of lobster cakes, but they were done very well. Note: checking in with Yelp gets you a free appetizer. This is a great deal because TRIA has a nice selection of classy starter plates. The squid looked pretty good, but as a native from the Chesapeake Bay region, I am a crabcake fiend by nature. For my main course, I went with the fish n chips. For some reason, fish n chips are always my go-to when traveling - I guess it is hard for a restaurant to screw up this the dish. The dish was not mind-blowing (as one would expect from fish n chips), but it hit the spot. I would recommend this dish if you are not feeling too adventurous. Since TRIA is located in the lobby of a nice hotel, the prices are a bit on the mid to high range but the food and ambiance are well worth it. My only complaint, which is a personal preference, is having the menu on a tablet with touch screen. This is more of an issue due to my slight germaphobia because the tablet was kind of dirty.

This spot is everything! My man and I had a cute date night here and ended up having the whole front room with fireplace to ourselves and it was a whollllleee vibe! Food - bomb Started with the crispy Brussel sprouts and onion soup as apps! I personally like my onion soup a bit saltier, onion-er and cheesier buuuuut that's just me. It was still tasty! I am a full blown brussel sprout girl and there were more on the char side. Not overly charred but just enough! Wished there was a bit more vinaigrette & parmesan but again - soooo tasty! Service - bomb Hostess was so sweet! Initially I don't think the fireplace room was open to dine in seating but it didn't hurt to ask and she did NOT disappoint! We had a lovely view during dinner and an even better one for after dinner drinks directly in front of the fire place on the couch!! I wish I could remember our waiters name but they were amazingly attentive & spot on with recommendations! Made our experience feel as top tier as private dining! Vibe - I mean come onnnn, we had a fireplace view the entire time. Just go. If not for the food, the awesome fireplace room & top tier customer service!

Great breakfast buffet that hit the spot. Waitress and support staff was friendly and "on the ball." Chef cooking omelets behind the buffet counter was very good. Pricy restaurant, buffet is about $25 before tip, so beware; but good atmosphere, great staff, and higher end custom breakfast food. https://youtube.com/c/WindwardToEdenSailing

TRIA is located in The Henry Hotel and my group of four ate here on our last night in the Detroit area. Our server told us how amazing the bartender was, but we were all disappointed in our cocktails. I make better drinks at home. Between the guests, we had the smoked wings, ultimate side salad, lobster stuffed crab cakes, club sandwich and spiced apple crusted whitefish. The crab cakes were really wet on the inside. The club sandwich was the best item on the table. I regret not ordering one for myself. None of the other items had any real flavor. We were hoping for a really nice and amazing meal, but the price of the food ($200 for 4 people) didn't match the taste and quality. If the cost would have been less, then I would have rated TRIA 3 stars instead.

I just love this restaurant. The food is excellent. The price might be a little on the higher side for some, but you pay for what you get. Yes it is worth the price. The staff is great.

I wanted to get a shawarma, but we thought--let's do something a little different. So we ended up going over here to try the 5 piece chicken tender and fries, the almond chicken with the rice and veggies and of course, a fattoush. First of all, I absolutely love Dearborn for having so many halal options. This place is no exception. I did notice how many to go orders there were on a weekday during lunch. It was quite a few. The place inside wasn't that busy, but people kept going in and out to pick up their to go orders, so we took it a a sign that must mean that they were good. The almond chicken was more expensive than we expected, because online, it said it was $17, but in the restaurant it was $22. Okay, no harm, no foul, but it's something to take note of. Although I have to say, I like the chicken tenders with fries better. The spicy mayo sauce was good, as was the avacado type sauce. The fattoush was great and the small was big enough for both my husband and I. Adding the chicken tenders to the fattoush was a great choice. Although the total was higher than we expected, I appreciate their customer service-- they were sweet and gave us drinks on the house. That kind of customer service keeps us coming back for more, and I'm sure I will see them again.

The food itself was decent--nothing particularly memorable, but perfectly acceptable for a hotel breakfast. The selection covered the basics, and everything tasted fresh enough to start the day. Service, however, was quite slow. It seemed clear that the restaurant was understaffed, and the few employees working were doing their best but couldn't keep up with the number of guests. As a result, it took a while to get certain requested refills on the buffet. Overall, the breakfast was fine, especially considering it was included with the stay, but the wait time and lack of staff made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I feel confident that lunch and dinner times are more accommodated for more expected guests and have more servers.

They open for early breakfast, close late morning and reopen for evening dinner. The menu is well balanced and has plenty of options for most any tastes. The food is mostly good and is reasonably priced. Looking for a cocktail? There's a full bar available during dinner hours and they have daily happy hour specials. Here's My Top Three Favorites And One To Avoid: Rueben / Rachel Sandwich. If you like a good, meaty Reuben or Rachel, get this. It's a really satisfying sandwich. A+. Smothered Chicken dinner is quite good. It's a grilled chicken breast, covered in gravy with your choice of two sides. Another A+ in my book. Fish and Chips are good here. Crispy batter with a fairly thick cut of white fish and comes with a good amount of fries, too. I'd give it an A. Quesadillas with your choice of beef or chicken. Not great. I got the chicken version, and there was an OK amount of chicken, but not a lot of cheese. More light and crispy instead of chewy and savory. For some odd reason, they sprinkle canned Parmesan cheese on top. (D)
