They always get us in first thing in the morning, and we're usually in and out in under 10 minutes. Their nail trim prices are a bargain, and everyone there is incredibly kind, patient, and caring. I've had much better experiences here than at my local vet, where I was paying $40 for a nail trim and often waiting 30+ minutes just to be seen. I highly recommend Muddy Paws to anyone looking for a stress-free nail trim for their dog!

I've left them there for weekends, day care, and for two long stretches of 10+ days. The dogs are very well cared for and loved. Michael, the owner, is extremely "hands on" in the day to day activities. He often greets people and dogs as they walk in and handles the walking of the dogs to their kennel or play yard. He is available to listen or answer questions. I am especially grateful to the groomer, Amy, for the great job she performs on my Tollers. Their double coats require lots of brushing. She does a great cut around their ears and feet. They look so cute after their groom. Amy recently notified me about a health issue with one of my dogs. I am very grateful she noticed it and sent me a photo and notification. I was able to get right to the vet and get it resolved.

She stayed Saturday Sunday and picked her up Monday. The only thing that I wish they allowed was pick-up on Sundays. They gave us photos on the first day however I found out if you wanted daily photos/updates, you would have to call in or request it. I took a tour of the facility prior and it looks well-maintained and big open space for your dog to be in when they are not playing outside.

I listen to him very carefully and he said no dad I won't go in there.? so I just bought some whisper, grooming, shears, scissors, oatmeal shampoo, and will be recruiting a couple of helpers and doing the best I can for my buddy !!!! He'll be fine. He probably won't look as good as when he came out of that Groomer but he won't suffer any trauma either.

With Ashley, she gives your pup the attention your baby deserves and is done within an hour. She is clean from the roota to the toota, smells fresh and is shaped so nicely. She didn't make me feel bad for my matted baby and she is nurturing and sweet to my puppy. I would say- book in advance because she is in demand (rightfully so). Her location is private and you drop off at the door. By the time you run errands, she gives you a 15 minute warning or a time frame so you can mobilize and get there in time. Worth every penny!
