Trimming my dog's nails is the hardest thing for me to do as I'm very fearful that I'd trim the nail too short... I was surprised to stumble across this place when shopping at 99 and it was pretty easy quick to make a nail trimming appointment. This place's adorable aesthetic a bit drew my attention, had to give it a try. Everything here was neatly organized (not sure of the boarding size) and clean (stray hairs included... but I'd be weirded out if there weren't stray hairs). Their grooming prices are on par to my normal groomer, there is a stamp card for a free grooming available though. Parking here is very easy as it is in a shopping plaza that has plenty of parking. When I made my appointment, it was just noted down. I didn't receive a confirmation text or reminder (which I inquired about before). I opted for 10am appt. so it'll be a quick in and out since it was just a nail trim. I had to wait a bit out front as there was traffic, but that's understandable. It was a very quick 15min job. I wasn't sure if it was the owner or employee, but she was very gentle with my pup and very sweet with him. My pup doesn't like his paws to be touched, but she was gentle and firm with him. A quick trim was $10 and she did an amazing job trimming his cat like claws to short. Final Thoughts: I'm a satisfied customer and will be back for paw clean up/nail trims. read more

We are so excited to find a new groomer in the area! It is challenging to find someone with the right skills to shape a corgi bottom. Their prices are reasonable and they spend an adequate amount of time on your pup to give them the pawfect look. My girls were so comfortable inside they voluntarily entered the grooming area to hang out afterwards. Their studio is extremely clean and staff are personable as well. Very disappointing experience I was there about 2 months for my cat who needed grooming. I went all the way from Palo Alto to Dublin BECAUSE this is the only place that's fits to my schedule that would cleans my pet's teeth. Ok so I DID warn my groomer that I was gonna be late I also warned her that I was gonna be more than 30min late I did ask if would it better for me to reschedule she said no it's ok I can still bring my cat in. As soon as I arrived she was already a bit irritated but she was kind enough to take my cat in so I'll give her credit for that. So about 40 minutes pass by then the groomer told me come back another 30min okay. Then another 30 minutes past and she got very irritated and saying "well you showed up at 5 so it's gonna take a while"when I literally showed up at 4:40 which is not even 5 and it didn't look that busy that time neither. As soon as I picked up my cat she was complaining how my pet was dirty and full of fleas even though I gave the lady the flea treatment. that's the purpose why I brought my cat to you to clean my cat then you can treat it with the flea treatment. I don't know what's wrong with this lady. She was having a bad day or tired or something, but she was very condescending and at scolding me. so I'm coming back here I'll continue to look elsewhere again.
