I have brought her to a different place and almost cried when they said come back in 4 hours and they stuck her in a crate and just shaved her. My puppy came out butchered and shook. With Ashley, she gives your pup the attention your baby deserves and is done within an hour. She is clean from the roota to the toota, smells fresh and is shaped so nicely. She didn't make me feel bad for my matted baby and she is nurturing and sweet to my puppy. I would say- book in advance because she is in demand (rightfully so). Her location is private and you drop off at the door. By the time you run errands, she gives you a 15 minute warning or a time frame so you can mobilize and get there in time. I met Ashley over 14 years ago when she was the manager at the doggy day camp and then switched to the manager of the grooming salon at the facility where I taught dog training classes. I am so happy that she has started her own business!! She has attended multiple training classes as well as private dog training sessions with me throughout the years with her pups. With all of this dog behavior / ethology background, her sweet personality, and her amazing grooming skills; I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to any of my clients. Ashley was very easy to work with. I was scheduled quickly, dropped my little pup off and she was done in a little over an hour. She trimmed her bangs where they weren't too short but my dog can see again. She was patient and did not force services on my dog that he was too stressed about (i.e. nail trim), she also did not charge full price since she was not able to complete that service.
