I have human children, but i love my Fur Baby so much. She is a shihtzu and can get super matted and yucky fast. I have brought her to a different place and almost cried when they said come back in 4 hours and they stuck her in a crate and just shaved her. My puppy came out butchered and shook. With Ashley, she gives your pup the attention your baby deserves and is done within an hour. She is clean from the roota to the toota, smells fresh and is shaped so nicely. She didn't make me feel bad for my matted baby and she is nurturing and sweet to my puppy. I would say- book in advance because she is in demand (rightfully so). Her location is private and you drop off at the door. By the time you run errands, she gives you a 15 minute warning or a time frame so you can mobilize and get there in time. Worth every penny! read more

I just had our first groom with Ashley for my 11 month old golden doodle. This was her 3rd groom and the first 2 were not what we hoped. I had let her coat grow out and it was taking a lot of brushing to keep her from getting mats. Ashely was very attentive to my preferences. I am choosy about how I want my doodle to look but also want to be able to maintain her beautiful coat in between grooms. My pup came out gorgeous! Fully groomed from teeth to tail. Ashley also gave me a list of conditioners and products she likes to help me in between visits. I couldn't be happier! read more

If you are looking for a dog groomer in the Tri-Valley area, give Pretty In Fluff a try. Ashley is a wonderful groomer and so sweet. She groomed Maggie for about the last year and half or so. We found her here on Yelp and took a chance on her. It was one of the best decisions we ever made! read more

Ashley is so sweet and gentle with my bichon frise. Each grooming experience has been stress-free and done within a reasonable time. I feel comfortable leaving my puppy under her care. She does an excellent job grooming and it's clear that she truly cares about animals. Recently, she informed me of a condition that my puppy may have had, and because of her advice, I went to the vet the next day, and her assessment turned out to be true. Luckily, I was able to take the necessary steps to resolve my puppy's condition before it got worse. I'm so grateful that Ashley took the time to advise me. I would highly recommend her because she is talented, thorough, and knowledgeable. read more

Ashley is amazing!! I'm so glad we found a groomer near our home. She was so gentle with Koda and we love that it's a 1:1 grooming experience so he wasn't stuck in a crate longer than the actual service took. He came back happy, smelling great, and very well manicured. Ashley was very communicative and so quick, we dropped him off and picked him up within an hour. We will be going back to Ashley for regular maintenance for our pup! read more

Best groomer around! Does my cat who can be alittle difficult at times. Always does the best work. offers to take check, cash or venmo. Which is great and SAFE! Works with my busy schedule to try to get an appointment. Completely appreciate that! Don't agree with FeLipEs review. ALWAYS very nice, never rude or unprofessional AND LOVES my furbaby! Will always take my cat to her! DEFINETLY RECOMMEND! And I'm sure all her customers would agree with me :) read more

I met Ashley over 14 years ago when she was the manager at the doggy day camp and then switched to the manager of the grooming salon at the facility where I taught dog training classes. I am so happy that she has started her own business!! She has attended multiple training classes as well as private dog training sessions with me throughout the years with her pups. With all of this dog behavior / ethology background, her sweet personality, and her amazing grooming skills; I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to any of my clients. I have a lot of clients working with their dogs through anxiety and fear so it's so nice when they can take their dogs to her private home instead of a loud and scary facility with dogs barking and kept in kennels for hours on end. Even better when she is able to pick them up and drop them off saving their humans time and effort. Ashley never pushes a dog past their limits and values long term success and trust with a dog unlike a lot of other groomers who rush through the process quickly causing unnecessary stress and fear of going back. My clients are always so happy with her results! Ashley truly loves dogs and what she does for a living. She is so skilled in not only the basics of baths, haircuts, teeth brushing, ear cleaning etc but is so creative with safe and beautiful dog color dyes, designs, and painted nails. She's also cheaper than most grooming facilities right now while she builds her business! I only wish I lived closer to pleasanton so I could use her services more often! read more

I absolutely recommend Ashley Aguilar. She is an amazing groomer, who is so kind to the animals, does a fantastic job with the grooming and uses amazing products. My Maltipoo comes back looking good and smelling good too. She always include the extra touches like, teeth brushing, clips her nails and gland expressed. She is an amazing groomer. Ashley was very easy to work with. I was scheduled quickly, dropped my little pup off and she was done in a little over an hour. She trimmed her bangs where they weren't too short but my dog can see again. She put some adorable bows in but my fluff wasn't having it, but I really wish I could have left them in because they were soooooo cute. I also received adorable pictures through the process. I believe the price was very fair and I'll definitely be returning. read more

I have a 5 month old Lab puppy and was super anxious about her first grooming appointment, but within seconds of meeting Ashley and seeing how she interacted with my dog, all my worries were gone! Ashley has such great working hours that can accommodate anyone's schedule and my pup seriously got a work up. She has never smelled this good and Ashley gave me the rundown of how her ears, etc looked and what we need to be on the lookout for. She kept me posted on her progress throughout the appointment and let me know when my girl was ready to be picked up. When I got there my puppy didn't want to leave her! I couldn't wait to post this review and I know my puppy already can't wait for her next visit. If you have a pup in need of grooming with a side of love, Ashley is your girl!! read more

Ashley has taken care of my little Yorke since I adopted him almost a year ago. She is the only person/groomer I will allow to touch my little one. Ashley not only performs great services like dying hair, grooming, bathing etc. She really cares about all her fur friends. Ashley is very detailed, organized and a perfectionist. You'll never go wrong with her. I travel over one hour one way for Ashley to groom my little one. One day I was observing her at a store (I ran into her there). She ran in to this fur friend who was sick and older and I overheard the conversation of other groomers turning this fur friend away, yet Ashley showed compassion and caring to not only the pet mom but her fur friend. Ashley gave the pet mom advise and told her best practices she would do to not stress the doggie out and to make it a enjoyable experience for her little one. Only an experienced, well knowledgeable groomer can offer these kind of services. Don't miss out and try this young lady. I promise she won't let you down and your pet will have a friend for life. read more

Thank you so much for the terrific trim on our 4 month old Mini-Bernadoodles! They look amazing and you did a great job! Thank you!

I can't recommend pretty in fluff enough! My dog Sierra has curly hair that got gross and matted over the quarantine no matter how often we bathed and brushed her. In addition to being so kind and professional, Ashley did a wonderful job with the groom and returned Sierra as a happy and beautiful new pooch! We will definitely be bringing Sierra back when it's time for her next cut. Thank you Ashley! read more

Ashley did a wonderful job with my nervous little guy. We discussed his cut (it was the first time I was having him groomed) and he came out exactly how I asked. She was patient and did not force services on my dog that he was too stressed about (i.e. nail trim), she also did not charge full price since she was not able to complete that service. Overall, I would definitely recommend her grooming services. Just a heads up that when looking for her address it is not a commercial address it is a residential one. I got a little lost but when I called her she was able to guide me to the right spot. read more

Ashley was amazing! It's been hard to find a groomer my dogs like but the drop off and pick up process was so smooth and easy and both of my pups were so happy to be there. She also filled out report cards on everything she did and sent the most adorable pictures! Definitely found my new groomer! read more
