Omg they ruined my puppy's look. I am so upset. I didnt even get to SPEAK to a groomer for my first puppy groom. RED FLAG. Its ridiculosly expensive $140. I gave them an inspo picture and he looks nothing like that. I couldnt even speak to a groomer, I spoke to a person helping with registration. Everyone I spoke to and who saw my dog said that they could have done better and that this place really screwed up my dog. I asked him tk NOT be shaved to look like a rat and thats what they did. I want him to have a teddy fluffy look. They used razor to shave his face instead of scissors. Im so disappointed without how he looked. He was not matted at all too, we brush him and hes a puppy. Im never coming back here. I decided to not crash out at the store but the look is so hideous. I felt like I was robbed. He was so much cuter before. I've been going to Classy Canine's Wiggle Rumps for about a year now for my Husky's regular grooming (and also the occasional de-skunking). My dog may not enjoy the hand-off, but when I pick her up a few hours later, she is happy and comfortable with her brushed out, trimmed, and clean coat. The groomers here really go the extra mile to make your dog look as clean and cute as the day you brought them home. The bandana they get at the end is a nice touch. My only complaint, one that I can't bring myself to remove a star for, is that the website and online booking form really leave something to be desired. I get it, good web developers are expensive if you are a small business, and generally nobody is expecting a beautiful user interface for a dog grooming salon, but it should at least work properly and not having confusing options. That being said, it's worth it to just call and make an appointment by phone - yes, it's inconvenient and as a millennial requires me to psych myself up for 20 minutes prior to dialing, but it works better than trying to book on the website and you can explain exactly what services you want at that time so you don't show up for a nail trim and get a full bath package. I'll be continuing to bring my dog here for her regular grooming. I'm always a satisfied customer. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! We've been bringing our pug to get his nails trimmed here since last year. They're usually ok at handling him but this time it was different. Today, I picked him up from getting his nails trimmed at 2:11pm and he seemed fine. The lady at the front desk and the owner were there and did not mention any issues when I asked how he did. As I was getting out of the car when I got home, I noticed that he had what looked like a popped eye vessel. I was terrified so I took him straight to urgent care to get him checked. I called the groomer at 2:30pm from the vet and they did not pick up. I called again and left a voicemail and they haven't called me back. They didn't mention any issues when I picked him up, which makes it even scarier because I know accidents happen, but I should be notified of them!! This is incredibly neglectful! Do not support this business if you care about your pets. I just got my pug from the vet and he specifically said he had seen this before and that this had to happen from strangulation. My dog has no underlying conditions and was healthy before this. read more

From the moment we checked in, to when I picked up, Mariana was super welcoming, informative and professional. We were also shown the facility from front to back and that helped me feel safe enough to drop off my puppy at Classy Canine's. Miguel worked on our Kyla and I was well aware that because it was Kyla's first time at the groomers that it was not going to be easy so I was not expecting a miracle but sure enough Miguel and the whole crew at Classy Canine's exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends with puppies. We also checked out the pet store a few doors down and they had the cutest outfits and a variety of food and toys. My coworkers all take their dogs to Classy Canine, and I definitely know why now. We took Ronja here. She's a miniature labradoodle, and they did a fantastic job grooming her. These are the things that I liked about Classy Canine. Hopefully, they guide you and your pup to their doors: 1. They did a detailed intake of Ronja before she went in. They asked a lot of questions to make sure that they could support her personality and needs. For example, they asked me to honestly share how she does at groomers and how matted she was. (Fantastic and no mats btw) 2. When we dropped her off, they gave us a specific time. To make sure that she would be groomed to our liking, they had different examples of lengths and gapes for doodles. I like that they were so clear and careful. 3. When I picked her up, they gave me a tour of the facilities. There is an outside area for dogs to relieve themselves and to destress. There are multiple grooming areas including spaces for dogs to be groomed completely alone and away from other dogs. The funniest part was that one the day Ronja was groomed, there were seven other doodles being groomed. I guess it was their doodle day!!! They did a fantastic job. Ronja was happy. The price was decent for our 33 pound cutie. read more

Girl with RBF dragged our dog to the back for a nails trim. She's been constantly rude, but this was the last time we went there. She tried to double the charges. When asked why, she said our dog needed two people to trim his nails. I paid but wasn't sure what was going on considering we've never been charged as such in any of our previous 20+ visits. Then she claimed our dog bit her. Asked for video evidence and there wasn't anything to show. Spoke to Misty the owner and she tried to fix the situation, but I wasn't planning on returning as RBF girl will still be there and her attitude scares us as she may hurt our dog. I recall her also saying he pooped in the back and she had to clean it up (probably caused be fear). She said she should charge for that too. read more

My mother took her dogs Max & Lucy here and when she picked up Lucy, she had a deep cut. This is a very deep cut that requires medical attention/antibiotics. I am shocked that she was still charged the full amount when her dog was injured. She has been a loyal customer for years. This was justified to my mom that it happened because it was my mom's fault- that Lucy was severely matted. This is completely false and an obvious blatant lie and we have before photos of Lucy right before her appointment with a date/time stamp to prove she was not severely matted. This is so unacceptable. We trust you with our dogs and we receive them back injured. Is there really no accommodations for a situation like this? Reading their "terms of service", when your dog is injured, you can only receive a refund 48 hours after... how the heck does that make sense? I DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

As we were approaching his four month mark and he would receive his last round of shots, I browsed through Yelp, Google, etc. to find a place that had the care, attention to detail, and rapport that I wanted. In comes _ Customer Service is AMAZING -- The two individuals working the front desk are beyond kind. The duo were answering and chiming in together at my dumb questions. They made the whole entire process easy: - checking in was really smooth, took pictures of shots to confirm vaccinations - drop off and ensuring that he was walked to the back with care - picking up the dog, going over the invoice, behavior etc - payment was quick and easy (did it online before coming in) They were very knowledgeable and inviting! Agave looks like a brand new puppy -- If he could talk, I'm sure he would call me a peasant. He looks so cute with his hair washed, nails done, hair pressed... Very happy with the result. Miguel did a wonderful job and I was able to meet him briefly after. Definitely deserved ~40% tip. Overall, very happy with this establishment.
