I brought my car there for two things…read more One, to get an inspection, and two, to have a trailer hitch installed but instead they took it upon themselves to do a number of other things without my approval racking up a bill of about $2,500 that should have been less than $200.00. It's called padding and it's not unusual. The following morning at 7:45 a.m. I went to drop the staff some donuts and I was asked if I was there to pick up my car. I could not believe it was finished. A bolt was never replaced on my steering column by the dealership when they replaced my engine. I was an accident waiting to happen. He said he'd work with me, hence the extra star. Dropped the car off at 12:30, cops did a fake tag enforcement on the Whitestone so I was late because of the traffic. Guy said it's fine, leave the keys and return at 5PM to pick it up. About 4:20 I receive a call from Ryan telling me they couldn't manage to get to my car. That it wouldn't be ready. I told him that was f****** awful service. He replied well I could say you dropped it off at 12:30 and it's also hot outside, we booked 40 appointments...couldn't get to you. Then why not tell me that when I dropped the car off? Or before? Then he asked should I return the tires, you don't want them anymore correct? I didn't reply to that because it was a ridiculous question, what do I care? I cared about getting my rear tires done but they don't seem to care about that, I'm supposed to care what they do with the tires now? Really?
