The estimate was black and white- a quantitative, itemized count of what would need to be done and how much each one cost. Shocked to say that we actually saved $2k off the final bill because a few circuits ended up not needing to be done Everything was very well-organized. Colleen coordinated with us in advance on timing, permits, etc. and I can't say enough about how great Mike and his team were. They were here for 2 weeks. We knew what to expect each day - who was coming, at what time, what they were doing. My husband and I both work from home and we have 2 dogs so thought it would maybe be chaotic. But it went so smoothly. The team was very punctual, professional (covering the floors and cleaning up after themselves) and friendly but so respectful, with hardly any impact on our work from home schedules. They went out of there way to minimize damage to our walls e.g., they routed wires from the basement to the second floor via an old floor to ceiling built in in the cabinet, so it's not even visible.
