I wanted him to use both, so I know what I am paying for. This last visit, much worse! The woman didn't even open the bleeder valve and when I had questioned her, she ran off with the mouth and began swearing at me. When you go to this place, the "office" is a pig sty and polluted with cigarette smoke! The have a nasty RV park in the back, too. I'd not advise to go there! The bleeder valve is a SAFETY feature on all propane tanks. It lets all the trapped out OUT of the tank!
