Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. It is a large place that seems to have everything you might need for your vehicle.
