I wanted to forward my thoughts on our experience being I was a manager of 97 employees in my past and run my own custom furniture business for the last 10 years. Point being, I know what good customer service is as well as poor. My experience has proven most employees only hear the negative when reviewed. Theodore and David were our techs today for our installation. I've never been so impressed by two guys in that capacity. Very knowledgeable, never cocky or arrogant, hard working and just all around great employees. Not only am I impressed by them, I'm equally impressed with StarTex as a company. We called Nelson I think it is in Mexia and the price for leasing a tank changed 3 times in 4 weeks. Basically rude and not courteous to people wanting to pay them for propane. Even the delivery man Mark, whom we met first on a referral from Ike Neal, was so nice and helpful. M Basically my wife and I are very impressed with StarTex and will be telling anyone who asks what our experience has been like. Social media sites like Google will be reviewed with these compliments.

yelp Worst truck…read morerental experience we've ever had (and we've moved a lot). We reserved a 10 or 12' truck, but the owners didn't let us know until moving day that all they had was a 16' truck -- way too big, but it was moving day and didn't have a lot of choices. Not only was the truck too big, it was in terrible condition. It had over 150,000 miles and the check engine light was on. "Nah, don't worry about that," said the owner. Aside from the wrong size, high mileage and check engine light, there was a hole the size of a small soccer ball in the top right storage part of the truck, sealed over with duct tape. It's a minor miracle our belongings didn't get ruined from the rain on our trip. Lastly, it's the filthiest truck we've ever driven, and my husband has worked in dirty, unkempt trucks in the oilfield. I used half a container of household wipes and a half roll of paper towels just making it bearable. The owners are irresponsible and neglect their trucks and their customers. I wish we'd had other options on moving day.
