My husband was outside and he asked if he could check our tank to see if we needed a refill. We we're low. Thanks to him we did not run out of propane. We had not checked in awhile. How nice of him to check on us we weren't even on his schedule he just happen to be in the neighborhood and actually checked on us. What wonderful customer service. In my head, the end of the world was actively happening, & I had already accepted my fate over my own misunderstanding when I didn't have the other propane tank filled. Dustin stayed calm, professional, & completely unbothered. Almost like he's familiar to this... um hey buddy, you ok Dustin? Propane is showing up the very next morning. Gas filled. Apocalypse cancelled. Mental health restored... pending. The only issue now is I'm not sure whether to call my actual therapist or Dustin at the propane company during my next panic attack. Choose them if you need to be gassed up & someone who won't acknowledge how unwell you sound (at least not out loud or to your face). They are competent under pressure. Even when the pressure is you.
