I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves honesty…read more Before making the drive to the dealership, a deal was discussed and agreed upon. When I arrived, those terms changed. That alone was frustrating, but what really stood out was the lack of customer service throughout the entire process. Communication was poor, the vehicle was supposedly "detailed" while I waited only for me to get in and find crumbs still in it, no one helped transfer anything from my old car, and I was sent on my way without even making sure the car and app were properly set up. It took me a week and multiple calls with Kia to get access to Kia Access, only to later find out the dealership could have activated the trial in seconds. But what really pushed this review from disappointing to unacceptable was what happened after. After I submitted my customer survey reflecting my experience, the salesperson left me a voicemail saying he would not be getting paid because of my survey responses. The tone and customer service in that message were extremely poor, and being contacted and essentially blamed for someone's pay because I answered honestly is not appropriate. Even if the pricing situation was completely out of his control, customer service isn't. That was the opportunity to make the experience right, and unfortunately that didn't happen. Offering to "make it right" only after the survey affects you personally doesn't change the experience that already happened. At the end of the day, the service I received was lackluster from start to finish. Honest feedback is part of improving customer experiences, and contacting a customer to blame them for giving it only reinforces the concerns I already had.

I brought it to Brothers (my first experience with them), mainly because my insurance company told me that if I chose one of their recommended body shops, the work would be guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle, they were right down the street from me, and I would still pay the same $ deductible anywhere I went anyway. I can't honestly say that anywhere else would not have done as good a job as Brothers, but I am completely happy with the work and service I received from them. Steve, Anthony and all the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. It took almost 3 months to get the part, due to supply chain issues, but luckily the damaged lift gate still worked. They kept me updated and arranged for my rental when the part arrived. They had my vehicle just a few days. I discovered that the rear switch operation for the lift gate was intermittent. Due to the accident evidentially. They ordered one from Toyota. Came in the next day. I went down and they replaced it right away. They tacked it onto my accident claim, so there was no additional charge to me. I would recommend them anytime, based on my experience. Russ M.
