After being left in same spot in the middle of winter for two weeks w out being started etc it was in worse shape that when it was brought there! They said they couldn't get the key to work.... what? ... that I gave them the wrong key! Ummmm I have one car this make and yet I apparently brought them a different key, one that wouldn't open or start my car?? Then ( with the WRONG KEY ) they miraculously diagnosed it and they said I should junk it and that it couldn't be repaired but they could just get rid of it if I wanted to just leave it there with them... all WHAT??? My tow guy said there were NO FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW TO THE DRIVERS DOOR WHERE HE PARKED IT BEFORE HE LEFT IT AND NONE WHEN HE PICKED IT UP! Why lie? Since my experience all I hear are horror stories about that place! Upon picking up the car in the morning (after 16 days of it being there) my towing guy dropped it off at another place and by the close of business the following day it was completely fixed, engine, alternator, oil and fluids changed and a new battery, a new wiper blade AND inspection sticker on it for under $500.00! And with the SAME WRONG KEY I GAVE TWO JOHNS... imagine that. -12 stars if I could!

They did a superior job after explaining their work and process.  I got my car back timely, perfectly clean, and no one would ever know it had been hit/damaged. They were prompt, courteous, updated me daily with the progress as well as answered all of my questions and there is nothing I can think of that would have made my experience better, both for me and the coordination with the insurance company. It sounded like I had snow tires on, which I don't. Besides that, I'd been hearing a nagging mystery noise that intermittently seemed to be coming from the back at highway speed. I wanted to get it checked before driving back to NYC. I have family in Wells who recommended Pine State as they have good reputation with the locals. Brought it in and Mike checked the front end and found that there was nothing amiss there but the left rear wheel bearing needed to be replaced. That was the intermittent mystery noise I'd been hearing for for a while. I drove the car back to New York the next day with no sign of the that noise. Friendly, trustworthy, and a fair price (a bargain compared to a dealership). Highly recommended!

They said they'd have it done by the end of the next day. Surprisingly, I received a call from them in the morning saying it was done. It turns out that even though the part wasn't coming in until the next day, they stayed late and prep'd the car for a morning replacement.
