Look elsewhere. I had these guys put tires on my car in 2024. The person at the desk was helpful and generally pleasant to talk to. They did what appeared to be a good enough job (although the attendant couldn't drive my manual and they finally got a different attendant after they stalled it half a dozen times while I watched in horror). Fast forward 2 years. I happened to be sitting on the ground and could see under my car and noticed one of the tires tread patterns didn't match the others. Upon further inspection, they had installed one of my tires backwards. I had done 10k on the tire at that point. I took the car back and was waited upon by a very unkempt dismissive and rude individual. He not once apologized. He made it sound like it was my fault and how could I not notice for 2 years and that they were doing me a favor fixing it. The tech that did the swap was equally sketchy and rude to my face. They scratched my rim in the process. I've used this business half a dozen times dating back to late 90's. The place is sketchy, deteriorating and I recommend everyone go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all cost. Terrible experience. The service was poor, and the facility was filthy and poorly maintained. We should have walked out at the outset, but it was a Saturday and my daughter needed two tires. From the get-go, 'Austin', the store manager, could not have been more rude , dismissive and unprofessional. The biggest issue was that 'Austin'staff never informed us that their 'tire balancer' was broken and 'Austin' had to go to another store. Instead, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with no clear explanation or updates. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and showed little respect for customers' time. Horrible experience. Chose tires on the site and booked an appointment to have them installed, they're on sale for Labor Day weekend. I drove a half hour to the location on a Sunday to find out they're not in stock and need to be ordered... at least that's what I was able to decipher from the mumbling attendant. No offer of a substitute, no resolution suggested besides "I can have them here Tuesday". That does not help and I will never use this company ever again. 20 years ago my dad had a friend who managed one so I always went to them, different locations... for years. Not anymore. read more

I work for a 501(c)3 [non-profit]. We have a bus, and our bus needed new tires to pass inspection. As a non-profit, that was not in the budget. I've been a customer of TW for over 30 years, so I popped on in. They had a pretty good price for the two tires I needed, but being a non-profit, I inquired if they could do even better. The certainly did and were extremely helpful about it. Literally, everything about the interaction was one of the most positive experiences I have had at the retail level in ages. I was greeted at the door by a man installing tires. He was friendly and welcoming. Inside at the counter, more of the same (a second man), something that doesn't always happen in the world of automotive parts/service. Beyond that, he set up our non-profit in his system so we could continue to receive those benefits on future purchases. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had a bathroom available (also clean). The only other customer while I was there, a middle-aged woman, had repairs done to her tire which were explained clearly and completely by the first employee who had greeted me. She had questions that made it apparent she was not fully savvy about cars/tires. He was very patient and thorough in his explanation did so without talking down to her (another thing that is fairly UNcommon in this business). TW has always treated me right in terms of price, but the service at the Somersworth location is far-and-away the best I have seen at any business of this type. Do not hesitate! read more

Super happy we found this place. I was on vacation using my sons car and he desperately needed tires but I didn't want to waste a day waiting for them. Went to a few places before, wait was too long and prices seemed high, one place was going to charge 70.00 for installation. I've never entered a yelp review, but had such a great experience here that I had to share. I went there this week in a panic because, when I tried to inflate my tires, they deflated instead. Andy was very personable and quick to help me. They inflated my tires and gave me new plastic caps - I guess the metal ones can cause corrosion. Had 4 new powder coated wheels diagnosed as bad by another shop so I decided to have a second opinion here at Tire Warehouse in Somersworth, NH seeing as though they had a road force balancer capable of doing a run out test. Manager was super knowledgeable and walked me through the process and ran the tests. Turns out all 4 wheels where perfect and they mounted and balanced all 4 wheels on my existing tires the same day on my Corvette. All the employees and Manager here are top notch probably the best service I've experienced in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my family, friends, or anyone else to go here! Totally satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.i came in with my 2 small chilldren to purchase tires for my travel trailer and they took care of loading and unloading the tires fom the back of my truck.i was quoted a time of 30 minutes and when I returned to pick them up they were outside waiting for me.i wish everything could go this smooth!!! read more

Fast service, friendly and professional staff and fair prices. I called ahead around 4:30 to see if they could put on my snow tires a few hours before a winter storm. They close at 6 and said they could do it if I came by 5. They changed the wheels right when I got there. It was just a matter of bolting the rims on, so it cost much less than I expected. The guy at the counter took the time to explain to another customer exactly what was up with his tires and did the same for me.
