But I'm writing this review to call out a specific instance where we had a miscommunication over a service done to my vehicle. Central Park Express went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they remedy the issue, I got a personal call from the owner, Bill, within hours to make sure my concerns were addressed. Justin, the manager, was proactive to get a resolution in place quickly. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive outcome that earned them loyal customer.

He claimed he had keys but not to the alarm so could not get in. Said the manager was on vacation and the district manager was supposed to coordinate someone to open. We decided to leave the car and get a coffee down the street. When we returned around 9:30 the same guy said he has yet to hear from anyone. So we left and sent a message to the company for a follow up. No response. Poor customer service. And they better pay that worker for a full day. He showed up.

This time I was going all of my own research for the truck of my dreams that I bought 3 years ago, a 4Runner TRD Pro, and when I came in with a couple of ideas, the guys there gave me feedback on what would be best when I gave them my driving habits. They had my new tires on in 90 minutes, told me to come back the next day to give the lug nuts a quick adjustment, and that was it! By the way, my tires were special order - ordered them on a Saturday at 4 and I got the call Monday morning to bring my truck over!! I was impressed how they treated a friend a few years ago when he got a flat so I knew I'd be coming here when I needed tires. Great guys, polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. NOT SO FAST OLD MAN! The good folks at Sullivan told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the screw was too close to the sidewall. What they didn't know is that I knew exactly where the screw was. It was well within the tread. But they REALLY wanted to help with my problem, and offered to sell me one tire, for nearly $400. Installed I assume, or maybe not. So, I took my leak elsewhere. Got it repaired for $40 and made a friend. The man has been in the tire business for decades, and just shook his head when I told him the story. Here's the thing: I never begrudge a man a day's pay, but do not try to take advantage of me. I'm too old and I worked too f***ing hard for my pension to get porked because the rubber merchants had a slow day. Sullivan Tire will reply, bleating their side of the story. And that's fine. The vehicle was brought in solely to address a washer line issue. No authorization was given for additional repairs or labor beyond inspecting and fixing the windshield washer system. Despite this, your shop completed other work and refused to release my vehicle until I paid the full amount. This is a direct violation of New Hampshire RSA 358-A:2 and related automotive repair disclosure laws, which require customer authorization prior to performing repairs. As stated in your website: Trust, Service, and Satisfaction--Guaranteed. I believe your website also boasts the mantra "EVERY JOB IS PERSONAL". Well, this 'guarantee' and 'personal work' did not occur and in order to stay true to your motto, I am seeking a refund for work that was never requested or disclosed before a bill was provided to me. Then, when I refuse to pay, I was told I would need to or the car would not be released to me and I was to reach out to management--but, they were all on vacation which left me in rather challenging place as I need a vehicle. This was highly unprofessional and saddenening.
