I understand and appreciate hard work but $300 for a hem is absolutely ridiculous. If I had the option to give it zero stars I would.

The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

I had drove to a dry cleaner close to me only to be turned away due to such a short notice so I decided to drive home and iron the shirt myself but noticed a sign that read Holiday Plaza Dry Cleaners that was not a choice when I asked Siri for nearest dry cleaners. I did not know if it was actually still in business so I decided to give it a try anyway. I walk in with shirt in hand and a nice young lady says " my name is Courtney how can I help you " ? I told Courtney about the shirt and I needed it by no later than noon tomorrow and that I was turned away by another dry cleaner so I understand if it's too short of a notice to be pressed.. Courtney told me nonsense. If I have to iron the shirt myself you will have it ready for the wedding. Kudos to Courtney for going above and beyond. She not only made me a happy customer, but she has now added me to her database as a new customer. Thank you again, Courtney for your caring kindness and professionalism. The owner told me that they are normally closed on Sundays , but since I was a bride, he wanted to make sure that he could devote attention to only my dress. I was very appreciative and we confirmed my appointment for June 7th. I called on Monday June 1st to confirm my appointment since i had my aunts traveling from NY to be apart of my fitting and see my dress. i spoke to the owner again and he confirmed my appointment for Sunday. I arrived at the place on Sunday June 7th and the door was locked and the lights were off. I called the shops number multiple times with no answer and also called the owners cell number that he listed on his business card. I had to call his cell MULTIPLE times before getting an answer, all while standing on the side walk with my family and my wedding dresses in our hands. When he finally picked up the phone, he explained that he wasn't even in the state! Apparently he was in NY on his way to pick up suits. There was no remorse on his end for completely leaving me high and dry. All he said was "i didnt have an appointment for you. You know, life happens". Absolutely horrible experience. How on earth can you confirm an appointment with someone and then tell them days later that they never had an appointment? Horrible way to run a business. I understand that mistakes happen but he literally had no remorse for the fact that i was standing on the sidewalk with my family and wedding dresses waiting for HIM! My aunts drove over 3 hours to support me at this fitting and I felt absolutely terrible. Needless to say, ill never book anything here or recommend them to anyone
