I ordered a few slices, a mac and cheese ball, and two garlic knots. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was well maintained. But here's my honest feedback: turn up the oven temperature. I was hoping for a crispy slice and instead got soggy, chewy pizza with more flop than I wanted. It wasn't horrible, but the sauce lacked flavor and was a bit too acidic. The mac and cheese ball was cold in the middle and bland -- another customer on here made the same comment. Season it up and crank up the heat or leave them in longer. The garlic knots were oversized, which made them come out doughy instead of light. For 3 slices, two garlic knots, one mac and cheese ball, and a medium drink, I paid $25.53. That's a bit pricey, but I get it -- costs have gone up across the board. read more

So impressed with the food and incredible service. My family ordered a few trays of food for Easter. The food was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the wonderful service I received at pick up time. They really went above and beyond to take care of our order. I can't believe I have been skipping over this place for a year. I moved to the area from Northern New Jersey, where the pizza and Italian food is great at a lot of places. I listened to every neighbor and local review about food and finally decided that... I have different tastes than any local has. The Chicken vodka parm was one of the BEST I've ever had!! Eggplant stogies, to die for. we ordered a pie and while it wasn't the best I've ever had...it gives everything around here a run for its money. We loved the Hot honey pepperoni. If you want a great Italian entree I suggest stopping in. The restaurant is super clean and the service is friendly. Expected more from this place :( I recently stopped by this place with my sister for some pizza and garlic knots for lunch! Because I live so close to this place and have always drove by, I figured maybe I should give it a try after my local pizzeria was closed that day. Because the place is fairly new, the ambiance is really nice, something I didn't really expect for a pizza place lol! There was a bit of a wait to order, I figured the pizza would be good if it was busy. WRONG, from the looks of it, the pizza didn't look as fresh compared to my local pizza place but I still remained hopefully when I got my order. We ordered a slice of Grandma's pizza, a slice of Margherita Pizza and 4 Garlic Knots. The Grandma's pizza was ok, I've definitely had much better. Rating it a 2/5. The Margherita pizza was simply ok but I prefer the one from my local pizza place giving it a 2/5. This place only allows you to order Garlic Knots in 4's or 6, or 8 I believe. This was quite disappointing since we were looking to only get 1 each. However since we were really craving them we went ahead and ordered 4. Turned out to be ok because we managed to eat them but as mentioned before I've definitely had better. I did expect a little more from this place. It was a bit disheveled when I got there. I ordered an antipasto salad and my friend ordered a chicken sandwich. Salad was ok and they were able to scrounge up a chicken sandwich with bacon bits instead of strips of bacon which I thought was strange. Something about the service was a bit off. I personally don't like servers with the hair hanging all over the place which is what was happening here but not a deal breaker. Ehh maybe they were short on staffing. I have to knock my previous rating down a bit. I got a 16" square pie to go. The crust was tough. I could barely chew it. Not a good thing on a thick crust pizza. My teeth are not getting soft, either, my wife had the same reaction. This can happen if there is not enough water in the dough, if it has been over-kneaded, if the yeast is bad, or if it hasn't been given enough time to rise. I can't speak to what went wrong, but if all you do all day is make pizza, you need to make the dough correctly. read more

I have only had their pizzas and each pie has been delicious. We love the Vodka Florentine, Uncle Alfredo's Artichoke, and Old School Spinach pies. Little Italy. I wonder if they stole a chef from there! The Chicken Parm was just like I get in NYC. Nicely balanced marinara sauce with real breaded, hand fried chicken cutlets. (Not the processed kind you get from a large food distributor.) Topped with the right amount of fresh mozzarella and fresh basil, it came over a lot of good penne pasta. I forgot to take a picture and by time I thought about it, I had eaten half. The other half I took home because it is way too much food for me. My adult son blew right through his, and he is a pain in the a... with food. It more than passed his critical palate. The rolls and the salad were not my focus, so take my opinion lightly, but I'd say they were nothing special. Spaghetti bolognaise is not my thing, but that is my wife's favorite. She obviously enjoyed it because she took home what she could not finish. Typically, she'll just leave it if ho-hum. It is in a pink-cream sauce, reminiscent of vodka sauce. Has fine ground meat, which although good, was a little less than expected. I tasted and found it pleasant, but radically different than other recipes that offer a ton of meat and totally different kinds of sauce. It is probably chef's own dish. They have a ton of different pizzas. Plenty of pasta options. However, the entrées are limited to six chicken based dishes. Well, to me do what you do best and don't add more for the sake of filling out a menu! So this is just right. The ambiance is quite different than I'd expect with food this good. It is casual. Limited table service and a lot of DIY things. You can pick up your own salt, pepper and such, get your own utensils, fountain soda (when you pay for it), to-go containers, bags, and you even get to bus your own table if you want! But you don't have to. If you ask, the staff will take care of you. The only criticism I have is that I don't really need TVs blaring sports events. If I wanted that, I can go to a bar. A lot of people don't seem to mind, but I am used to having a more peaceful environment with gourmet food like this. read more

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order pizza for delivery. I ordered 2 pies at 7:15pm and was told it would take 45 min. I called at 8:10 and was told that they were on the way. I called again at 8:40 and was told again they are on the way. When I said you already told me that, they said there are not a lot of Uber or DoorDash drivers available. Had I known they used a service for delivery, I would have picked it up myself. Mind you, it's about an 8 min drive from my home to Trevi. I ate at Trevi on two different occasions for takeout. First I tried the Old School Spinach Square pie. I enjoyed it. The thin crust was different from what I am used to but I definitely would go back for it. Although, on the second attempt I tried a pasta dish. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Malfadini. Now that I didn't enjoy. The dish lacked seasoning I could barely finish. I do not like to add salt to my food after its cooked personally so I didn't enjoy it. Trash Pizza! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered a 10" pie with veggies, no cheese, well done. We had to order the 10" because they were not willing to "make" any larger gluten free pie because they closed in 30 min. I say "make" because the crust tasted like they just bought the gluten free disks from the stop and shop next door. When we picked it up, they still put cheese on it...so had to make another one, even though we called after placing the order to add a second pizza and they said that 2 people ordered after us in the span of 5 min and the kitchen was no longer taking orders. The mushrooms were raw, the other veggies were also barely cooked just like the uncrisped crust on our well DONE pizza. All that to say, what a waste of 24 dollars on a personalized sized pizza. Mi son loves their thin crust so today I ordered penne vodka, and also 2 slices of pizza. Unfortunately didn't check my order because I trust that everything was okay. When I got home, I didn't get the pizza, and the penne vodka was more like marinara sauce... when I called the manager he started to argue and got the nerve to tell me that he is serving the community like he was doing me a favor to feed me, like I didn't pay for my food with my debit card. He also added that ppl eats the food and then calls to complaint to get it for free! That's probably true cause I see it all, and that's probably what he and his people do. Kyle and I have dined here on multiple occasions. We are always greeted promptly. Their most popular slice and Kyle's personal favorite is the Trevi which contains peppers, onions, ham, pepperoni, sausage and mozzarella. The pizza is always fresh, however my plain slices tend to be hit or miss. Good for a quick bite, especially if you enjoy square pizza slices. There are better options in town. read more

I normally NEVER write reviews, however, I ordered two sandwiches. A Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and a chicken parm with vodka sauce. The chicken parm came out fine. However, they gave me the wrong sandwich for my Buffalo chicken one TWICE! I even drove back to get the correct one and they still gave me the wrong one!!!! I called again, the ( I'm assuming manager) asked if I wanted to come back I said NO I already drove twice just to give me a refund. He then gave me a refund and hung up on me. Also, the menu needs to be updated because I asked on the phone for NO onions, onions were on the sandwich. And the menu said no onions, or peppers and still they were on the sandwich! I ordered from Uber Eats and I was told the driver forgot a portion of my order. I called to confirm and I assume I spoke with a manager because they said they had spoken to uber and received a refund. I accepted their offer to deliver the item anyway. Uber had reimbursed me and I offered to pay for the item. I called back an hour later and was told the pizza must be out for delivery. I waited another hour and the manager (he sounded the same) said no one had spoken to me and there was no pizza. I used to get food from this place all of the time when it was Paisanos, but I tried Trevi's pasta and hated it. I decided to try their pizza and I never got it, but I don't like that supposedly the "driver" forgot my order, because the staff are liars when they said they never spoke with me.
